Very Easy
Very Easy to use. Only wish we could use phone #’s & see passwords for E-transfers contacts lists.
Worst Banking App
This has to be the worst banking app there is. Will not verify my log in, although it has not changed. When it brings me to the online portal, will not show me any of my information or will say that it is the incorrect information.

Error
Every time I try to pay a bill after 11.59 pm at night it comes up with an error message.
Fee charge
Wondering about the small sums appearing monthly on my accounts. They seem to be service charges. I never had to pay any service charges before you guys took over. I am a senior, if that matters to anyone.
Why the cost?
Why does every other bank have free e-transfer. But WFCU is 1.50 each
Accepting e transfer
Every time I receive a e transfer from the same person same security question i have to run through the whole process of accepting and login in and answer the security question this is a big pain when before with rapport once answer it was easy for the e-transfer my other banks it instantly once done.
Could use some improvements
App functions ok. There are a lot of extra clicking. For example when paying bills you have to pay one at a time. If you were able to select all bills you would like to pay and in the new tab you can pay all at once it would be more efficient.
More complicated
Too many steps compared to older system. If paying multiple bills can’t see ongoing balance as need to pay one by one

I haven't been able to figure out how to get the exact change when I'm paying a bill. I can't put a decimal in anywhere.

This is such a garbage app. It never works, always logs out, and glitches.
More options
I would like to have the option to transfer to my credit card and have the amount credited immediately. I would also like to be able to view credit card details on the app. I would like notifications if I need to put money in an account to avoid overdraft fees.

Please give it some TLC
When the app works, it’s great. I don’t need flashy - just functional. However, any time web banking is down, instead of just telling me the service is unavailable (which seems to be every night after midnight lately), I’m prompted for my password and that fails. Also, Face ID should use some secure token to log in. I discovered recently it sends the password. This got me locked out of my account because I had changed my password. This is a financial account. Login should be robust!

This app used to work great. Now it seems I can’t log in more than I can. “Online not available at this time” is a constant. Have uninstalled and installed it again and again and it still gives me grief .
Ok
The app is great overall but recently they’ve stopped providing expected withdrawal amounts for personal line payments and other loans. This was extremely helpful and a big convenience issue now that it’s been removed.

After your recent update, I have been unable to use my fingerprint to open the phone. Something ridiculous happens every time you update which I find to be a great inconvenience please fix it.!!!!!
Worst app ever
This is the worst app (let alone banking app) I have ever seen. Half the time I go to use it, it asks for my secret question, I input the answer and then it says the app is not available at this time. Without fail. I then have to open a web browser to view my account so what’s the point? It’s enough to make me want to switch banks.

Currently when I tap on the app to open it the app shows it was clicked on and does nothing. I can’t even open the app plz let me know what the problem is

Online banking
When paying a bill online there’s no place for memo to identify the payee. At times when logging in, you need to do it at least twice to long in with password.
Needs a lot of work
Lots of bugs and glitches, can’t login in sometimes ever with facial recognition active. Hard time with email transfers when asking to open the app to complete the transfer it does not let you. I gave up and tried it with my ING account and it worked like a charm. Definitely needs some more work….

Since the update, I cannot get into my app without entering three questions. I have tried to phone the bank and talk to the technician, and it still won’t work.

Not happy
An update to the app occurred - I uninstalled and reinstalled the app as directed and now I cannot transfer money between accounts. Very frustrating.
Very laggy
The app tends to freeze and/or not recognize when you tap something on the screen. I usually have to close it a couple times if I want to do something on the app. Works fine otherwise.
