Just OK - not recommended for detailed travel plans
This app is ok for general information but doesn’t account for weekend schedule variables or provide track closure and maintenance updates. We were rerouted several times for closure and construction not known by the app and wasted much of our time. Better to use an app that is updated since track closures and weekend changes will likely impact travel frequently.
3 stars till you update Please update!

You need to update the app
Fix the app and update it. My phone says it's slowing my phone down and won't work with new iOS updates

Excelente servicio 👍
Doesn’t guide you
The problem with this app is that you already need to be an expert at knowing the NYC subway system in order to use it. But if you’re just standing on a random street corner and you want to know how to get from your current location to somewhere else, it won’t tell you where the nearest subway station is and it certainly won’t even tell you how to walk to the nearest subway station. It basically just shows you the subway lines, but trying to get to the subway or navigating the subway is up to you.
Please Update!
Great app, but no longer works. Developer needs to update!
Buen mapa
Bueno para guiarse
Good Idea, Poor Execution
Looked like it had a great map where you could select your station but it did not work. To make things worse, as I kept trying to work out the details an ad would pop up and disrupt the entire process. Id pay $5-$6 for a good app with an interactive map. This isn’t it.
Update pleeeaaseee
This was my number one nyc subway app. It was so helpful to see which trains stopped where so if there were delays I could simply transfer. No other app does this. Please update!! It no longer works with ios 10+
Clear and super helpful! Highly highly recommended
Very impressive! Thanks!
Too many ads
Did not bother to use it. Ads too disturbing and intrusive.
uh
it’s super efficient. just needs to be updated so i can use it with iOS 11
It’s from New York
Nice app for New York
Out of Date - Warning Travelers
I have used this map for years when I lived in Manhattan, but if you are checking it out now, 1.0.1 is out of date and the trains have moved. You will get lost. Please fix this developers.
Update please
Loved this app but alas it will not work with iOS 11. Please update it, I am not happy with the other apps out there. 🐧
NYC Subway
Excellent app. Very satisfied with it. Just wish it was on google since I now use android.
Another request for an UPDATE!!!!
Please update!!! I love this app but no longer working for me. Please update!!!
Thanks for the bug update. Can you update the train lines also?
It is clear everyone loves everything about this app, but the info hasn't been updated in five years. I notice a recent update to fix a bug, but the train lines need to be updated as well. The Q train stopped going to queens almost two years ago, and where is the W Train Line? This is still the only app I've ever paid for in the 11 years I've been using an iPhone. I would love to recommend it to people who ask me for directions or friends visiting the city, but the developers refuse to update the info. They must have something against being a successful app and making money, because this makes zero sense.
Subway info for NYC
Hey technicians. Having trouble developing upgrades to city info? Not surprising. Be comforted with my confidence in your skills. Get moving!!!!

Doesn't work
App doesn't work can't input addresses so what's the point
Saved my day
This app saved my day when all other apps failed. I just wanted to take a subway train with interchanges to reach South Ferry Whitehall Rd station. Since it was cold outside, I wanted to board a train from the nearest subway station from my hotel. No other app showed me any option to board a subway from the nearest station. This is the only app which showed the nearest subway station to my hotel and instructed me which trains to take to reach my destination. All other apps showed me to walk at least 2 blocks to reach a subway station. Great job, guys. Please optimize the app for iOS 7.
