This game is a good game, but too difficult without paying for upgrades, gems etc. Shame as I like it, but the pay to unlock feature is ridiculous here.

I have had such an amazing experience playing this game with my brothers. It is hard, but that’s just part of the fun. It does have a VERY steep learning curve, so I recommend this to people that are good at strategy games and are up to a challenge.

Amazing.
Arguably the best in the kingdom rush series, we meet again frontiers. It’s super balanced with the heroes being cool aswell with the enemies and towers. So much content; however much you spend, it’s worth it. Thank you kingdom rush.
Game is stupidly difficult
When the community said that frontiers is the hardest game by far, they mean it. I seriously want my 2 dollars back. Game is so freaking hard it basically forces you to buy premium heroes or more gems for dynamite. Kingdom Rush needs to be seriously reworked and balanced

Too Bad It’s Extortionware
This is a very well done game, except of course for its business model. Like so many of these titles, it tries to frustrate you into giving them money. I’d gladly pay $20 up front for a version that was designed honestly. Sadly it isn’t, so I have played as much as I can tolerate for free. Maybe someday we’ll go back to games that don’t try to make you pay to win.

Big problem is that you cannot Pause and Edit at the same time. An essential that all self respecting TD needs. Also the heroes are overpriced. Apart from that this game is near perfect, an absolute piece of magic.
Let down
Almost identical to the free version only a lot more difficult and must use a lot of diamonds to get through levels. Stick with the free game it’s better.

You get a small number of gimped heroes and they try to charge way too much to purchase the good ones. Lame

Scams to steal your money
These games are just scams to get you to pay more and more money to “win” their silly game, the difficulty of which they control. Buy more and more “coins” so you can buy more and more weapons. Even in doing this, you will still lose more than you win. Get out while you can.

Definitely the worst of the three, Frontiers lacks colour, the heroes are overpriced. I just don’t think it’s my favourite when compared to the first and third instalments. It’s still a good game and worth your money but maybe origins or KR 1 would be a bit more fun

I’ve never played a better one.
Game Center pop up
Every time I open the game a pop up for Apple Game Center appears. I am forced through two windows and select who can see my info, and then there’s an error and it can’t save the results. To the best of my knowledge the Apple Game Center hasn’t existed for years?
Too hard
This game is much tougher than the original. All the enemies have too much health and have too overpowered abilities (like the cannibalism ability of the savage warrior). You need to nerf some of the enemies.

This is more of a complaint then a review.
So the game is great it works fine, but there was an issue when I updated the game. For some reason unknown to me it deleted a character I had, kutsao to be specific. I had the same issue on the original kingdom rush game. I don’t know if you guys can give it back or something, but if you could that would be greatly appreciated.

Unplayable without numerous in-app purchases. I’ve played this game multiple times through in multiple different levels, and you can forget about beating it unless you pour a blasphemous amount of gems or real life money into gameplay.

Great game awesome hero’s (even the free ones) great story a few bugs but great. One bug was my game got deleted but after awhile My game for some reason came back. Hope you fix some other bugs. (Ps make Another game please)

Increased difficulty
Use to rate this at 5 stars but they have obviously increased the difficulty a lot. To advance beyond a certain point you will have to make additional purchases where as before you could beat the whole game, at least at the end in casual mode if nothing else. Forget about that or pay out some more money. I beat it twice before and have been trying to again but have hit a wall in the middle. Changed.

One of the best games on mobile.
I’ve loved all the KingdomRush games. I’ve played and beaten all of them. Frontiers is probably my personal favorite out of the series (although the original is a close 2nd) The heroes, they’re all really fun to use. Their abilities are interesting and they are strong but not insanely op. They’re balanced well. The towers are diverse, you can have sneaky assassins who can steal from enemies or tanky and bulky crusaders who can survive mighty blows. You can have a tower with marksmen with crossbows or magical tribesmen. There’s always something different which was so cool! The levels were also pretty darn challenging. I enjoyed figuring out how to beat this darn stage. This series is so much better than all the dumb random ad filled mobile games now. 10/10. One of the greatest games and company’s on mobile.

I keep getting one time offers for hero bundles and i go to buy them but they say the item is being updated and to try back later. Given that it is a one time offer though I cant try again later. Dont want my money?
