Dear developers, welcome to all I have a problem with the game Last year I bought a game from the app store (I play with an iPhone 14), everything went great, there were no problems After a while, I deleted the game A couple of months ago I decided to download it again, installed it, entered the game, started a new game and I lost the attack buttons on the right. It's like they don't exist at all, it's an empty place. After that, I deleted the game again. Yesterday I downloaded the game again, I thought the problem was fixed, but the problem remained the same. What to do in this situation? Due to the lack of attack buttons, it makes no sense to play, but I want to play)))
Torture
I bought this game recently because I was excited to play fantasy RPG. I got stuck in the first level that has a trick loop and spent more hours trying to just finish the level and find the secret path out of the loop. After hours of reading up and going through it, I had to give up. Wildly disappointing. I’m sure there are parts of the game that are interesting but the need to torture for a hidden path that can’t be found. Even using AI to help Guide through with no help. Don’t waste your money don’t waste your time. I feel badly that the game developers probably put some really interesting things later in the game.
Change Oufits
I can’t change outfits with Glenn in the carriage. I can clearly see outfits that are unlocked, but there is no select feature. I’m on IOS.

Boring And Unresponsive
There’s really not much to say about this game, it’s a typical story RPG. Apart from unresponsive and clumsy controls, there’s not much to complain about, but there’s also not much to praise. Somewhat interesting leveling system. Storyline cutscenes and intros are obscenely long though, the literal very first cutscene in the game already killed the immersion by just dragging on far too long. There are several monuments in cutscenes where you’re just staring at the sky, crows, or silent characters. You typically have an option to skip the cutscenes, but that also comes with the downside of you having no clue what the story is about.

My only problem is that there’s no maps , as some previous posts also mentioned. Without it I just walk in circles for hours and hours. Please add the maps!

Extraordinary work but need mor q&a testing
Listen, im a soulsbourne vet. Played through many indie souls like titles and none of them was able to capture the feel of the original dark souls. This game has done it. Funny that’s its a mobile game. Great story, solid game play, and i have been having alot of fun figuring put the rpg elements. I’d say if you ever do a future souls like, adopt the aspect of show don’t tell, i have no problem figuring out the story through actually finding it in universe. Other than that it is 100% worth money, i’m even considering buying the dlc when i finish. Now for the bad, the game sometimes doesn’t register my moves on both controller and touch screen, fighting feedback is iffy at best, in most cases be ready to die a cheap death because your opponent won’t stagger. The sanity system need to flushed out, every other enemy encounter causes my to lose sanity to the point of lunatic. The enemies themselves take way too long to take out, i mean i’ve leveled up my characters about 16-17 times and and im still just barely getting through areas. And every enemy is a tad faster than you they can stagger you, and most of their move sets are too fast to dodge. It’s absolutely infuriating, and not in a “get gud” way. The characters in general move too slow, and these maps are somewhat big. Im still interested and amazed by the game but there ARE blatant problems that are holding it back from being the best indie souls like.

Good game, wrong console.
I played this for a bit on iOS. It was alright, but the touch screen controls for a Soulslike were absolutely abysmal. Got it on switch, played a bit there. Still not my favorite soulslike but it is MILES better with an actual controller input. Not sure why the devs thought mobile phones would be a great place to make an action rpg but at least their switch and pc ports make up for it. Avoid the iOS version. Get the game on switch or pc. Good souls like.

Seems like this has been an issue for a year and you’re still charging money for this game without a fix! Unethical to say the least, more likely criminal.

While you are trying to do an a little it’s so off key it isn’t even fun. You hold down the button to do the special attack and he auto swings. Awful

Overall it’s a good game. The song is so beautiful. But there is an annoying bug. When controller is connected, the touch sometimes stop working , and there is no way to open bag.

Pros: Good graphics for mobile, decent gameplay, alright boss fights. Cons: Bad voice acting, subtitles don’t match, sloppy cut scenes, voices doesn’t really match what’s happening in the cutscenes. I’m not gonna finish this game.
DLC purchase won’t restore
I’ve contacted the Devs about 3 times the last year, I switched phones and NONE of my DLC purchases will restore, and I don’t really feel like dropping another $10 for everything. Devs have been very silent, their website won’t even work, only way to efficiently contact them is through apple reviews (I see they still respond), maybe they’ll see this and finally fix my problem. Until then I don’t recommend this game to anyone, feels shady at best at this point. As I said, 3 times over the course of a year is pretty ridiculous, not so much as a whisper from them.

Amazing game, please keep addressing bug and optimizing the game for new phones. Also maybe add another dlc and more outfits? Still the best souls like on iOS to this day.
The Attack and interaction button keep disappearing
After multiple attempts and rebooting the game, it was not helpful. The bug totally ruined the game,I can’t even attack or dodge but taking all of the damage and just literally walked around
Not quite 120hz
Enjoying the game so far. Especially with the new update for iPhone 13 pro devices. It’s a little up and down performance wise though. Start of the game is very smooth but at times it starts to drop below 60fps and becomes very juddery. Also hard to know the right graphic mode for the game when it says Ultra and then “iPhone 11” as an option!
A true Souls fan
This is NOT dark souls type game. This is a Witcher type game and I can’t stand Witcher games. I want a RPG not you tell me who and what I’m using and I just pick the order I unlock that one persons skills in. I want to make a character and then play it. Too much dialogue as well like bro there’s literally no similarities between this and any actual dark souls games other than it’s dark fantasy too

Good game but touchscreen controls a problem
Enjoying the game but the Maddened Ascetic is too difficult to beat in Normal mode on iOS touchscreen controls with level 1 power-ups available. Character moves just a bit too slowly and no margin for error at all against that enemy, which is tough with touchscreen controls. Given up.

SCAM ALERT
Reported this to Apple as a scam. Touchscreen controls do not work, so the game can’t be played as advertised. The controls disappear from the screen immediately if they appear at all. Link to Developer’s site goes to a page that is non-existent, so there is no help or support. Requesting that Apple refund the purchase price. They should pull this item from the App Store.
I hate Souls style games
I am really not a fan of the Souls style game, but this is clearly a beautifully made game and will appeal to anyone who does enjoy that style of game. The developers are fantastic and really seem to care about their customers.
Looks great but only for experienced players
I wish there was a note that it is game is for experienced players only - I wouldn’t spend £6.99 on it. There is no option for normal or easy level of difficulty available (I normally play in normal mode and I think I’m average skilled player). Game is beautiful and interesting so I find it extremely frustrating that I can’t enjoy it. I’m stuck on Madden Ascetic level - I cannot progress any further ;(
