Troppo pesante e ti blocca se non hai l’ultima versione
L’App ti occupa troppo spazio nel cellulare e ti fa aggiornare ogni volta a nuovi versioni bloccando subito la opzione di usarla senza fare subito l’aggiornamento
Chat in profilo non funzionante
L app di per se è molto funzionante, ogni dettaglio non è stato lasciato al caso; l’unica pecca che ahimè incide tanto e il problema della chat che non funziona; Provato diverse volte a riscaricare L app dallo store ma senza nessun beneficio, ho pensato fosse un problema di telefono datato (iPhone XSmax) ma non lo è in quanto su iPhone 14 non mi riesco nemmeno a connettere per poter chattare! Spero si possa risolvere
Still room for improvement
The app asks for your location when signing up it then assumes your region is the language to display. I am an American in Italy and I don’t speak Italian so when the app changes the language to Italian and there’s no way to change it back, I can’t use the app.
Problema notifiche app
Buongiorno segnalo che con iOS 26.6.1 le notifiche dell’app non arrivano. Cercando L’app Mobile nella sezione notifiche non viene visualizzata e quindi non è possibile dare il consenso. Nell’app Mobile invece ci sono le spunte attive. Quello che accade è che le notifiche vengono visualizzate solo quando L’app viene aperta. Non c’è modo anche ripristinando le impostazioni di iPhone per avere la richiesta di concedere i permessi di notifica. Certo di una vostra aggiornamento dell’app. Saluti.

Uso quest’app da anni, sono cliente San Paolo da più di 10 anni e posso confermare che quest’app è inutile. Non funziona mai. È sempre, costantemente in crash. A volte ho bisogno di fare un’operazione veloce e ovviamente quest’app aspetta quel momento per non funzionare.
Great app, but…
The app is available in English however all the messages and banking system navigations are in Italian which makes it super difficult to manage if your Italian is not so good. You need to use the online banking portal, at least this way you can use google translate. The app is not thought out well for English!

I am at Banca Intesa in Italy and they told me there is a tecnical glitch and the app is not working. So I am not able to access my bank account from the app.

È un’app molto ben fatta ed articolata, ma con un difetto madornale. Senza dati sul rendimento negli ultimi 365 giorni e (almeno) negli ultimi due anni, le info sugli investimenti servono davvero a ben poco.

I have never been able to scan an F24. Now I can see my mom account but if I try to fill in an F24 for her, the app fills it in with my data! If creating a bonifico for later execution, I can’t see the details anymore (until it is executed).
Mostly good things, and a few great ones
[used on iPhone 7, X, 11 Pro] Mostly good banking app with a few really great features. It has the ability to send payments to individuals and accommodating the various types of electronic payments to be found in Italy. This is not a super simple app, but if you know what tool or information you need, it is not so hard to find. It would be nice if information emettere were maintained automatically for future entry, but if you know you’re going to use the same information in the future, it is possible to select saving it. Very much appreciate the addition of FaceID for login and verification. The real killer feature of this app is the cardless withdrawal at Intesa Sanpaolo bancomats. I loved it even before the pandemic, and now I’m even more grateful that it radically reduces the amount of touching necessary.

Per favore, inserite un’opzione per disattivare le vostre notifiche “pubblicitarie” (offerte prestiti, “scopri l’opzione xyz”, “compra un iphone a rate”, eccetera). Le uniche notifiche che voglio ricevere sono quelle di autenticazione/autorizzazione operazioni.
Conferma operazioni da migliorare
Invece di implementare nuove funzionalità perché non cercate di migliorare la notifica di conferma delle operazioni fatte dall’Home Banking , che ogni volta è un terno all’otto per riuscire nell’operazione ? Grazie .

Impossibile attivare notifiche su iOS
Da tre anni continuo a non essere in grado di usare quest’app su iPhone perché l’app non compare sotto le impostazioni di notifica delle app del telefono (non c’è proprio in elenco) e quindi mi è impossibile utilizzarla come O-Key visto che le notifiche non arrivano all’app.
Fails too many times!
Trenitalia for example, fails five times before you succeed, by then you missed the damn train. For a couple of Euro, while Anazon happily authorise a hundred with no check? And everywhere online, if the card check comes, it fails mostly. Sometimes it fails then offers OTP One Time Password to your phone, that works, but the app fails to authorise.

Major security concern. Unable to access from USA.
It has been about three or four months now, if not longer. But no matter what I try—whether from a PC or iPhone that I own, I cannot manage to verify my identity in order to access my checking account. I have verified that my codice fiscale/ VAT ID is accurate and that my email matches up with the bank’s records, yet I STILL cannot receive the text message verification to my USA phone number. So frustrating. This is not acceptable for even a Third World country.

Please can you add a support for English? I am an international student and I bank with Intessa Sanpaolo. I imagine many other people who speak English and yet to learn italian have this app. Please adds English language support. Thanks
Nuova app tanti problemi
La funzionalità per attivare l’app su un secondo device non funziona, “qualcosa non ha funzionato, riprova più tardi”. Selezionando l’opzione di supporto app si viene rediretti sulla pagina principale di intesa per aprire il conto. Insomma un po’, tanti, problemi di giovinezza…
Saving section mi piaceva di piu prima
Adesso é diventata complicata sa gestire in più i trasferimenti dal saving account al cc con importi pre impostati mi irritano

Imbarazzante
Ogni operazione di pagamento online richiede 5 esecuzioni. Gli operatori di banca cambiano ad insaputa e repentinamente. Aggiungerei una notifica. E anche se accetto o no ( ma l’argomento esula dalla app. Tento di impostare le domande di sicurezza da 3 mesi, la app si blocca sempre. Non aggiungo altro.
Works well but slow to start up
Intesa Paolo has been working hard to modernize things and this app is a good example. Only two complaints - the app is sometimes so slow to start that it nullifies the advantages of the careless withdrawal -PLEASE PRETTY PLEASE ADD APPLE PAY SUPPORT! Thanks
Great App lacks Language support
Looks like a great app, the options and the security checks are something you don’t see in most banks, but for those who are still learning Italian or who cannot, for any reason, and considering the number of foreigners in Italy, this should be on top of their list, at least English!!
