Esperienza decisamente negativa. Non sembra esserci un modo affidabile per capire quali esercizi commerciali accettino realmente i buoni pasto. La sezione dedicata allâinterno dellâapp contiene informazioni inesatte: diversi esercizi indicati come abilitati mi hanno comunicato di accettare i pagamenti Satispay, ma non i buoni pasto. Di conseguenza, ci si reca sul posto convinti di poterli utilizzare per poi scoprire il contrario. Un servizio del genere dovrebbe fornire informazioni precise e aggiornate, soprattutto su un aspetto cosĂŹ importante. Al momento, purtroppo, la funzione risulta poco affidabile e genera solo disagi.

Tutto molto smart e ben pensato. manca solo un servizio simile a sum-up, dove per ricevere soldi da chi non ha satispay, l'app satispay del creditore genera un QR code che il debitore scannerizza e che rimanda ad un opportuno servizio web di satispay che permette al debitore di pagare usando carta di credito, applepay o simili. non sostenibile per privati?

Quando ho aperto il conto Satispay, l'app mi ha chiesto di impostare un "budget". Ho inserito una cifra a caso o forse era preimpostata, pensando fosse solo un limite di spesa o un obiettivo di ricarica manuale. Invece, questa notte hanno tentato di prelevare automaticamente 200⏠dal mio conto bancario tramite addebito diretto, senza inviarmi un'email, un avviso o una notifica preventiva. La funzione budget non dovrebbe dare all'app il permesso di prelevare fondi automaticamente. Dovrei essere io a decidere quando e quanti soldi ricaricare. à inaccettabile che prelevino soldi in questo modo senza una conferma manuale esplicita per l'operazione. Darei 0 stelle se potessi. Sconsiglio vivamente di usare Satispay. Sembra una truffa.

Permanent Cashback promo gone (but back everyone in a while)
Absolutely loved using this app for 1 year when it first launched in Luxembourg with the 20% cashbacks on all purchases between Friday and Sunday. However, since 1 month ago, the cashback promo is gone :( and now there is no reason anymore in using this app as paying with card is just easier. When will the cashback promo be back in Luxembourg? đ Update: it seems that the cashback promo does come back for Friday and weekend every once in a while during Black Friday weekend for example, so my rating for this app improved by 1 Star.

Really bad communication
I need to pay an Italian company from the UK. I downloaded the app yesterday. I tried to create an account but the sms the verification never arrived. I tried and waited multiple times. Wrote an email, they never got back to me. Really annoying.

Peut ĂȘtre ne sais je pas M en servir mais aucun intĂ©rĂȘt Ă ce jour Je n y pense jamais et les commertne se signalent pas Ătant donnĂ© qu il est obligatoire de bloquer de l argent sur l appli, j ai donc 100⏠de bloquĂ©s piur rien. Alors qu avec l appli de cadhback Carlo, pas de fonds bloquĂ©s.

Jâai mis satispay en place pour Ă©conomiser chez mes commerçants, CâĂ©tait 30% vendredi samedi et dimanche câest maintenant 20% uniquement le vendredi Mon utilitĂ© a charger une appli Ă part de mon compte bancaire, gĂ©rer 2 budgets etc pour seulement Ă©conomiser sur un jour de la semaine (qui en plus nâest pas le jour oĂč on peut le plus en profiter) baisse considĂ©rablement je vais lâutiliser beaucoup moins câest regrettable

Too slow to be useful
Takes far too long to add money to the account, days after my bank shows it as being taken. Looks vaguely useful as an app in theory, but too much hassle in reality. Maybe also why many shops locally have stopped accepting it?

Nous sommes allĂ© mangĂ© Ă Thionville les moulins bleu et nâavons pu payer avec Satispay car tablette non chargĂ©. Je trouve cela scandaleux !! Le commerçant fait de la publicitĂ© et aprĂšs refuse ce mode de paiement. Nous avons payĂ© 54⏠or nous aurions pu bĂ©nĂ©ficier de 30% de rĂ©ponse.

J'ai ajouté plusieurs cartes de fidélité sous forme de code-barres. à l'heure actuelle il nous est pas possible de trier les cartes par ordre alphabétique, ce serait bien de pouvoir l'améliorer dans la prochaine mise à jour. Installed this junk yesterday on Sunday, during set up process you gave to get a code sent by text. Requested this several times but it never appeared. Sent an email to them requesting assistance. Still waiting for a reply. How can I trust an app whose developers are this useless. Deleted now. Never using again
