I don’t understand why I get charged when moving money between UniCredit accounts at the same branch, nor when I use my card. Hence why I barely use this account and only have it because I have to for paying F24’s.

Agile e sicuro l’ingresso in app, chiara e intuitiva la grafica, buono il bouquet di servizi disponibili, ottimo l’aggiornamento dei dati sia del cc che dei titoli. Nella sezione titoli però occorrerebbe ripristinare la possibilità di visualizzare il grafico dell’andamento dei vari fondi nel tempo, precedentemente presente ed ora invece non più disponibile

Old fashion way
The security process of Unicredit on line, makes me remember how it was in the old days. Nowadays banks ask clients interfacing on line a username, a password an a confirmation number that is send either via phone number or email that previously the cliente has registered with the bank. Having four numbers plus an authenticating number in a separate gadget is definitely outdated.

Ritardo nella consegna
Ho ricevuto un messaggio che diceva que non era stato possibile consegnare la carta, quando la consegna a domicilio non fallisce mai, queso è una cosa. L’altra cosa è che me dicono di andare all’ufficio postale per far consegnare, ma non dicono quale ufficio, dove abito ce ne sono diversi, devo andare in ognuno di essi?

Problem activation the app
I have problem while activating the app on a new phone. It asks me about the pin but without specifying the pin type. Is it the 5 digit pin as for the debit card or the 8 digit pin of online banking or the 6 digit pin of mobile banking? It doesn’t specify the pin kind or the number of digits. Please help.

Critico la smania della banca a rifilare una pubblicita' ad ogni click, una di queste pubblicita' mi ha bloccato il computer e ho dovuto fare un restart perdendo tempo e potenzialmente dati
Pessimism’s la forzatura di dover dare un giudizio sul app
Passissima la pubblicità costante dentro l’app. Oggi me ha bloccata il bonifico e non potevo andare avanti con home banking fino a quando ero costretto di dare un voto all’app. Avrei dato un rating zero x questa forzatura!

App migliorata enormemente in confronto al passato, continuare così! Sempre però una gran rottura dover avere il token per fare pagamenti. Ci sono altri metodi molto più comodi per il cliente utilizzando lo smartphone

Questa app è un trionfo di incompetenza. Difficile da usare e si blocca sempre. Per fare un bonifico ci vogliono un sacco di codici che è sempre difficile sbagliare. Sto valutando di cambiare banca solo per questo
