Wish deposits came through a little faster
Difficult. Always requesting more info even though you provided detailed receipts.

Mostly easy, one huge drawback
I find this app *mostly* easy to work with. However, it has one drawback that knocks it down to three stars: if I’m submitting a claim and I switch apps to look at the receipt for the claim it kicks me out of the submission form and I have to start all over. Maybe this works for people who can hold a lot of information in their head, but not for me. In a world where most people only have one personal computing device, and it’s their smartphone, this is a pretty big oversight.

This application is difficult to navigate and needs to be updated for 2025. The review process is slow as well, just wish things looked better and happened faster

I have never in my life had such a hard time getting my own money for prescriptions and medical care. Then I have with this company. I highly suggest running the other way.

Horrible App, Not great service
I dislike this app. It isn’t intuitive and I am always being asked for a receipt months (like 9) after I submit a claim. Horrible service from a “service provider.” Why don’t they actually do anything like due diligence instead of rejecting claims.

Ridiculous
I’m tired of having to jump through hoops every time I want to use my card for a qualified expense and when I fail to do so, my card is locked out and I’m unable to use MY money. On top of that, over the counter, qualified FSA items mind you, are rejected during check out more times than not. This company is a joke and I wouldn’t doubt if they do not receive some sort of kick back at the end of the year when there’s unused money left over from all of the locked out cards. If I could rate them less than 1 star, I would have done so.

Terrible company, annoying app
This company will make you jump through every possible hoop to get/use your FSA funds - and then some. In nearly 20 years I’ve never dealt with the issues I have dealt with this company in just the last 3 months. Also, the app is annoying - it refreshes if you take a call or do anything on your phone outside the app (a call or text, to check your documentation, or anything else, even for a second), even when you’re in the middle of submitting their 100 pieces of documentation for repayment, effectively kicking you back to the beginning and having to start completely over.

I’ve had other hsa type accounts and this is the worst one I’ve ever had! Slow to process claims and strict on how they are submitted. I literally have to call customer service and wait on hold EVERY time I need a claim processed. It’s ridiculous!
Transition to retirement
I was not notified prior to my account being transitioned to a fee based debit card prior to it going into effect. If I had known, I would have closed the account prior to retirement. This was poor customer service
Needs User Friendly Updates
This app needs user friendly updates. It requires receipts to be uploaded but if you move out of the app for any reason - to view dates on your receipts or if you cannot find it in your documents, it makes you log back in and start over. There’s no time delay at all, meaning you get logged out even if you leave for a second. It’s frustrating and not very user friendly

Easy to use, easy to submit reimbursement.
Surency flex is awful
So this app is horrible. You give them the information. Send them a receipt and they transpose numbers and deny the claim. So at the end of the year you are scrambling to call them and get a correction and big surprise no one answers the phone.
