it is irritating to view south indian shows more in numbers than preffered language selected.

No option to add a second profile..just subscribed on an annual subscription and was informed from looking online no issues with adding second or multiple profile for family member in my household. But can’t see any option to add a second profile?

Why are you showing ads?
SonyLiv is good but it could be better if it provides more original movies like some other popular otts. Furthermore, there should be a no ads subscription option for its shows and live streaming.Ads in this digital age is very irritating.

Casting - Subtitle Issues
Love this app and all its content but I’m completely over having to reset the casting to tv on each episode I’m watching because tv subtitles are played from the first episode that was cast. The subtitles do not match the episodes when casting. Please fix this.

Worst streaming app ever. Shouldn’t be given any broadcasting rights. Picture in Picture mode rarely works once in a blue moon, app itself doesn’t work in one time, have to restart multiple times, try to cast the game on TV- might have to try 10 times to finally be able to cast.

Accessibility is not good
A person with a need for accessibility is must for all apps. As SonyLIV providing live caption under any video playback, but watching Shark Tank India with access to live caption or subtitles is not at par. Not showing in real-time, some missing of subtitles between the video. Terrible not a good experience. Requesting your back end software team to please update on this as a priority.

Massive Battery drain and heating
This app drains and heat a lot while watching it sucks 40% for watching like 1hr in my new iphone 17 first i thought it was a system update issue but its persistent in the following days to a week and i tested with comparing to other ott apps even game apps this one had a very huge margin in draining the battery and heating my mobile

Worst ott app
SonyLIV is honestly one of the worst OTT apps I’ve used. It feels like the app’s main priority is running ads rather than providing a good streaming experience. Ads appear constantly and disrupt the viewing experience to an unacceptable level. Even after paying for a subscription, the excessive advertising makes the experience extremely frustrating. The app should focus on smooth streaming, better performance, and user experience instead of bombarding users with ads at every opportunity.

I have been using Sony Liv for a while and has been easy to use. The only issue is that it keeps freezing and does not let you pause, stop, play once you play the series and just freezes.

I have the membership of Sony and facing glitch issue in the app. Every time error occur and show does not play or movie does not play. cursor moves so fast in this app, my money for one year membership is going waste. I want my money back!!
