It’s very poor app. Once you subscribe only amount will be deducted but account will not get activated. Regarding this if we contact with customer care they will tell we have forwarded your issue to the technical team. Again by when it will be solved they will not confirm and they even they do not know about it.

App is not working on TV
I was using this service since 4 years. App was used to work on TV but suddenly it is not working and asked me to login, saying exceeded maximum devices. I am just using my mobile, no other device is registered. Even tried to contact the support through the phone and email. No response either way. Very bad service and experience.
Make changes on UI
please fix this in the app. While playing a show, it doesn’t clearly show which episode is currently playing. Also, when watching one episode, the previous/forward episode option is missing, which makes frustrating 😕Kindly update the app and improve experience.

I have done recharge yesterday and today I can’t watch anything on my phone and TV also, when I connected to help desk they saying it is your Wi-Fi problem I’m able watch YouTube and hot star on same tv with same Wi-Fi but these fellows saying it’s your Wi-Fi problem. Waste of time waste of money.
Landscape mode on iPad
App is great. No complaints. But if it works in landscape mode on iPad , would be best experience. I am not sure why app works only in portrait on iPad. Most iPad users would prefer using app in landscape.

I have aha on my phone and works great but when I downloaded it on my Roku for projector, the movies keep loading but won’t ever work. I need them to fix this issue

Worst Subscription Renewal Experience
I had a very disappointing experience with your subscription service. For several days, I tried to renew my subscription from my own account. You kept showing attractive offer plans, but every time I tried to pay, I got the error: “Current plan is not required for your account.” Fine, I thought maybe the offer wasn’t applicable, so I tried paying the regular price. Even that failed with a generic “We’re sorry” error. If my account isn’t eligible, don’t show me those offers in the first place. And if there’s an issue with my account, provide a proper explanation instead of vague error messages. What is even more frustrating is that I had to use my husband’s number to subscribe, and it worked instantly on the first attempt. So clearly, the problem was with your system, not my payment or device. This was a frustrating and confusing experience. Please fix your subscription system and provide clear error messages instead of making loyal users waste their time.

I have take gold plan and the concurrent devices is 2 right again it’s saying limit exceeded with one playing . And 2 nd reason in iOS I can adjust the quality it’s not showing why ?? Like low med high it’s not showing and subtitles I can’t off the subtitles even it is off again it’s coming . First please update the app for iOS

I subscribed for annual package and it was not updated correctly in aha app , I asked support team for help via chat , they took iTunes purchase invoice + aha subscription tax invoice details and I received message to my mobile number saying annual Subscription is active , yet they say it’s iTunes issue . If iTunes purchase details and aha mobile number details are not synced in your database, how can you even ask for details and finally say iTunes payment is secure , and do not activate the account for the amount paid for the full year ? And each time support chat connect to different person so spend time in giving details many times yet issue not resolved Very bad experience related to subscription issue. Hope they can improve

Please consider developing the iOS app natively using Swift/SwiftUI instead of a cross-platform framework like Flutter or React Native. The current implementation doesn't provide the same smooth, responsive, and polished experience that users typically expect from a native iOS app. A native iOS implementation would help deliver better animations, gesture handling, UI consistency, and overall performance, resulting in a much more authentic iOS feel.
