App is not working in android TV
App is taking too much time to load in the android TV, from the past week
Good
Nice
Too much power hungry
Consumes lot of battery and in windowed mode on iPad it loads the app in portrait mode. The app overheats my iPad and consumes lot of battery. Fix this. I had to use this app in low power mode all the time.
Too much battery consumption
In my iPhone, this app is consuming too much of battery. Please fix that!!
Good
The app was good but need casting option, developer please have look on that
Lg oled c6
The app is not working on the LG OLED C6 model. I raised a query to your customer support but have not received a valid response. This is causing us to lose our valuable subscription amount.
Good to watch new content coming out but unable to upgrade to yearly from monthly
Customer service is not reachable when creating a ticket and unable to upgrade. App have to be taken care.
Buffering
Am using iphone 13 and using good speed 40 mbps wifi so even me video is buffering while watching so it is not a good app for use ,am lucky before subscription i found this issue while seeing free content ..so,i suggest team as a enadu fan please ressolve all bugs as soon as as possible otherwise leave ott field and keep joint venture with youtube
Etc win
No Dolby audio… Not available in APPLE TV No 4k UHD POSITIVES: Old movies video quality is good…
Paid but no service
I want to give less than this but there is no such option. Even after subscribing for monthly subscription, successful payments, after two days also my account is not updated with active subscription. And still its asking for me to subscribe. Raised an issue but there is no tracking of resolution or no choice of direct customer support contact or atleast call back. Worst ott of all. Please dont chose etvwin.
Too good content but....
I stay in Australia and we don’t have many options to watch Indian tv channels live or on tv. Request the team of ETV win to add “tv casting” option as I love to watch the movies which etv has got on television instead of mobile or iPad.
B
It’s too many advertisements
Unable to find on Apple TV
Hi, The app and the content is good. I am able to install the app on my iPhone but not able to find the app in App Store of my Apple TV.
Worst app
Don’t they use their own app? It never works good even though you have good speed internet, it just stream every second.
Need casting option
App works fantastic , but looks great if it has casting option.
Poor application
Unable to upgrade to premium plus. The ads are location based and despite Telugu app subscription I keep getting Marati ads and that too after hanging application several times to load location based ads. Tried to upgrade to avoid this hassle but no option to upgrade. Hope someone from tech team reads my review and take steps to improve the application
Missing casting option
App is missing much needed casting option for an on demand video app, would have given 5* with casting option. Admin please add this option sooner than later.
Phone heating issues
While using ETV win app in iPhone 16pro, phone rapidly heating and battery draining very quickly.. irrespective of app update and software update happening same… Developers need to update the app to resolve these kind of problems.. battery drained from 80 to 10% within 20 min watch time and phone overheated..
Chromecast Not Supported
Good to see a dedicated app finally 🤩.. please add casting features.. we like to watch content on tv instead of mobile phone
Not subscribed
Done payment through apple media and it’s not subscribed and not showing help documents.
Changed subscription policy in the middle of the period worst app ever
First of all app is very slow and second until last month we are able to view from 2 tvs now in the middle of the subscription period they changed the policy such shame on you guys changing the lividly in the middle of the period
Poor video quality despite 4K UHD TV and fast internet
The Video quality is poor across all settings in USA . Even though we have a 4K UHD tv and one of the fastest internet connections, the streaming keeps buffering in both 4k and auto mode .None of the other apps have no issues with streaming, so the problem seems to be only with ETV app.it’s disappointing to experience this from such a prestigious company. This really needs to be fixed for a better viewing experience.
Eats battery
Worst battery consumption ever seen for any mobile app. It eats 100% battery in 3-4 hours in a pro max model iphone.
Add app to tizen os
Add app to tizen os
Quality
Worst experience I have ever experienced ott platform , paying premium is really wast they gives 140ph quality in the 1080ph resulution , in there youtube channel itself possible to get the high quality video
Too many ads
5 ads in 30 seconds of movie trailers.
Worst app incompatible on either OS
Doesn’t work on either ios or android .. even open gets stuck in 1 or 2 seconds. Worst to consider to take the premium
Worst user experience
Probably the worst UI for decent content. I recommend borrowing ui tips from Netflix as even AHA has a slightly better UI than this.
Not able to connect tv from iPhone
This is very bad experience I have with ETV win app, I have subscription and need to watch movie on tv after subscriptions, but it doesn’t happen because of some glitch for iPhone users . Bad experience
Too slow to use
Performance issues in app
