Unnecessary update
Really bad update. I don’t see the need. The payment section is completely useless as the front page already shows that. Also I can’t find the insights without having to search when in last build they were easy to get to

Tässä ja Nordea Id apeissa kirjaantumisen numeronäppäimistön koko on muuttunut liian matalaksi. Aiemmin oli korkeammat painikkeet. Onko kyseessä ohjelmien oma muutos vai IOS 27 tekosia.
Pop up ikkunat
Sovellukseen nousee joka kerta pop up ikkunoita uusista ominaisuuksista ja mahdollisuuksista lisätä ominaisuuksia korttiin. Nämä kun kerran kuittaa ja kirjautuessa uusiksi samat pop upit nousee kuitattaviksi. Aavistuksen rokottaa käyttökokemusta
Hyvät poistui
Tähän tuli äskettäin kiva ominaisuus että erääntyvissä e-laskuissa näkyi tilin saldo että paljonko maksun jälkeen saldoa jää tilille. Mutta se ilo loppui lyhyeen kun ominaisuus poistui ihan yhtäkkiä. Miksi hyvä uudistus piti lakkauttaa?

Ihan huono uusi päivitys.. ”maksa” sivu on aivan TURHA koska SAMAT asiat näkyvät jo ”etusivu” osiossa.. sovellus oli parempi sillonku seurannalla oli oma sivu nyt menee monimutkaseks kattoo esim. Paljon olet miinuksella/plussalla

Varför använder ni punkt i stället för komma som decimaltecken? Det är fel. Punkt används på engelska medan det riktiga i både finska och svenska är komma! Leder dessutom lätt till fel, överförde just 7 000€ istället för 70. Vänligen korrigera.
Kätevä ja aina mukana
Helppo hoitaa raha-asioita. Ainoa iso miinus on kuukausimaksu, joka on mielestäni korkea siihen nähden, että on ollut uskollinen Nordean asiakas. Asuntolainatkin on jo maksettu!

Kehitysehdotus
Kuukausiraportti on melko käyttökelvoton palkkatyöläisenä siitä syystä että palkka ei tule aina samana päivänä ja tietenkin kiinnostavinta olisi seurata palkkajakson tietoja. Kuvittelisin, että pystytte tunnistamaan palkan saapumisen ja säätämään tarkasteluvälin tämän mukaan tai antamaan ainakin valinnan tehdä näin? Nyt pitäisi erikseen käydä säätämässä aina kun haluaa katsoa ja tähän ei into ihan riitä.
The app exceeds my expectations
I use both Finnish and American banking apps. I can do more easier with my Nordea app than any other banking app I use. I almost never have to access the bank using a computer. The security features are also great.
Frozen
After this last update, my app is completely frozen and nothing loads. It’s unusable now.

Nordea mobile palvelee minua koko ajan paremmin. Mukava yllätys n nyt ollut kuukausittain löytää uusia ominaisuuksia. Käyttötilillä vilahti jo yksinkertainen, mutta valaiseva laskuri, mikä reaaliajassa seurasi tiedossa olevien maksujen vaikutusta saldoon. Odotan sen tulemista jatkuvaan käyttöön, vaikka valinnaisena. Sijoituspuoli on myös kehittynyt, sinne mahtuisi vielä lisääkin analytiikka.
Platina kortin lopetus
Kortti lopetettiin, mutta saldoa ei näkynyt missään ja jätettiin kasvamaan korkoa. Onneksi tänään tuli erillinen viesti mobiilipankkiin.
Maksut hukassa
Eilen oli taas laskut ja lainanlyhennykset hukassa. Toivoisin, että lainasopimuksia haettaessa arkistosta, näkyvillä olisi otsikkotasolla lainan numero. Nyt ei otsikosta voi yhtään tietää mikä laina kyseessä. Siksi on todella hankala löytää oikeaa sopimusta.

This app is the only thing I enjoy about doing business with NORDEA BANK. in every other respect, the trend seems to be to remove the human component from banking. Of course, this app is another example of removing the human component from banking. Chris Senn
Worst app ever
9/10 times I can’t even get the app to open. It just tells you to wait for ages but never opens. Extremely inconvenient when you’re trying to move money while out and about. Also, the app is always “under construction” which also is very inconvenient.

Not good with iOS15
After upgrading to iOS 15, every other day I need to set up Face ID, confirm that I want to use a password, that I need to connect to a non-Nordea account… again and again…it’s like Groundhog Day. Make it stop please!

Backward Update
Can’t believe I need to type my if every time I use the app and having to go to the code app to use fingerprint is annoying and a backward approach to simplicity. Honestly, I regret updating this app to this ‘newest version’. I think it’s high time the AppStore give room for downgrading or offloading annoying updates like this one. However, the ability to see all investment at a glance is a plus though it’s hugely blurred by this unnecessary complexities created.

Nice update, but the color has been changed to be so awful looking. It has been nice color before since this version. Can you change it back?
Improvements Needed
The only improvement needed is to allow searches of previous payments by recipient or amount
For private customers only
Installed the app and then it asked to create apassword. Error message: your contract doesn't allow you to use this app. A 30-mi nute call to a customer service, which included numerous unsuccessful identification attempts and a promise that somebody will call back regarding this matter. They called back quite soon, only to explain that this app is not for corporate customers at all and that I called to a private customers number in the first place. I took the number from the app itself and it didn't specify in any way whether this number is for private or corporate customers.

Hieno sovellus jossa kaikki tarvittavat toiminnot. Turvallisuuden puolelte olisi kuitenkin suotavaa, että sovellus vaatii salasanan jos siitä on kerran poistuttu! Sovellukseen pääsee tällä hetkellä takaisin multitasking valikon kautta - ilman salasanaa! Turvallisuuden takia vain 3 tähteä!

I keep getting this error: "there is no network connection available" though net connections do work e.g. in browsers. reinstalled the app but that didn't help.
