Amazing service!
Cannot use the app although my subscription is DNA Prepaid subscription
My subscription is prepaid but when I try to use the app it keeps telling me "Your phone subscription is not a DNA Prepaid subscription." Worst app ever! Does not work at all even though I have tried everything.
MobilePay maksaminen ei toimi
Sovelluksen kautta kun yrittää ostaa rajattoman paketin ja vaihtaa maksutavan pudotusvalikosta Verkkopankki -> MobilePay niin appi ilmoittaa ettei sivua löydy. Tämän jälkeen latausta ei pysty tekemään ollenkaan koska latauspalvelu valittaa että edellinen tapahtuma on kesken.
Ei tunnista liittymää
Yrittää käyttää sovellusta, niin tulee vain ilmoitus ”puhelinliittymäsi ei ole DNA prepaid -liittymä”. Vanhassa puhelimessa (iPhone 11) toimii kylläkin ja joudun vaihtamaan sim-kortin aina siihen, että voin ladata liittymää. IPhone 14 pro ei toimi.

Нет русского или хотя бы английского языка, хотя всем понятно что препайд , это для туристов(

I have the latest version of the app installed. I topped up my balance. And I don't see this option (it used to be on the main screen): "You can also easily buy time-based Internet connections from 3 hours to 30 days." —————- On 25 December 2025, I received a message: "...top-up bonus of €5 if you make a top-up worth at least €10 within 5 days..." Today is 27 December 2025, and I topped up my account with €10. But I did not receive the €5 bonus.
Mahdollisuus lisätä useampi prepaid?
4/5 tähteä. Saisi täydet 5/5 jos olisi mahdollista lisätä useampia liittymiä esim. Super Prepaid ja Data Prepaid yhtäaikaisesti.

Really like the new look of the app, which are clearer than previous. Special offers from DNA time to time is a nice perk while using this app.

Got this as a placeholder till I could get a phone plan but wow I’ve never had such a bad product. It works once you get it to work but sometimes it takes 24h for the prepaid internet to actually work which defeats the whole point. Terrible. Wouldn’t recommend
Käyttöön otto tavalliseen liittymään ei onnistu.
Aiemmin oli kätevää kun sai tämän sovelluksen omaan puhelimeen ja sai hallittua lapsen liittymää. Nyt ei enää onnistu.

Roskaa
Samanlaista roskaa kuin DNA TV. Ei toimi lainkaan, ilmoittaa että ei ole prepaid liittymä vaikka on eikä puhelimessa muita liittymiä tai VPN:ää käytössä. Vaihtuu prepaid kun saldo käytetty.
Ei voi aktivoida iPadillä
Hankin prepaid liittymän iPadiin ja ajattelin hallita sitä tällä sovelluksella. Sovelluksen aktivoiminen tapahtuu siten, että DNA lähettää tekstiviestillä aktivointikoodin prepaid liittymään. Noh, iPad ei voi vastaanottaa tekstiviestejä, joten sovellusta ei voi käyttää. Pitäisi mahdollistaa jokin toinen aktivointitapa iPadille.
Korjaa virhe
Päivityksen jälkeen ostin 5G-paketin 3 kuukaudeksi, eikä se näytä kuinka monta päivää on jäljellä!

Ennen toimi hyvin, mutta ladattuani sovelluksen uuteen puhelimeen, sovellus lakkasi toimimasta. Väittää ettei liittymä ole Prepaid, vaikka tämä on sama liittymä kuin aina.🙄
Worst customer service
There is no way to purchase a single thing through the app. I guess the only thing this app offers is an opportunity for the ol’ customer service run around I thought we’d gotten past in 2008.
