Damage compensation
⭐ 1/5 for LähiTapiola. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 for Sanna. If waiting were an insurance service, LähiTapiola would be the market leader. More than 3 months of delays, poor communication, and apparently even worse communication between LähiTapiola and the contractor responsible for evaluating the vehicle damage. Then came nearly a month of waiting for money, while I repeatedly called, emailed and sent messages trying to figure out what was happening. The standard response? “We’ll get back to you.” Apparently “getting back to you” is an optional extra not included in the insurance package. Calls. Emails. Messages. More calls. promises. No actual answer. Then, finally, I spoke with Sanna and suddenly I discovered that clear communication at LähiTapiola is, in fact, technically possible. She was extremely professional, took the time to explain in detail what had happened, what mistakes had been made, and why the situation had turned into such a circus. She didn’t magically fix everything, but she really did something surprisingly rare during this entire experience: she actually communicated and explained the situation properly in details and extremely professional. And the best part? As of this day I’m writing this review, I STILL haven’t received my money. So congratulations: LähiTapiola: ⭐ 1/5 For demonstrating that “we’ll get back to you” can apparently mean anything except actually getting back to you. Sanna: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Professional, clear, respectful and apparently carrying the communication department on her back. If LähiTapiola had handled this case the way Sanna handled one phone call, I probably wouldn’t be writing this review 🤷🏻

Miksi kirjautumiseen on mahdollista ottaa kasvojentunnistus käyttöön, jos vahva tunnistautuminen tulee tehdä joka tapauksessa aina kirjautuessa? Täysin turha ominaisuus.. Lisäksi ruudun kokoa ei ole optimoitu ja alapalkissa oleva valikko ei ole käytettävissä, jos näkymää erehtyy selaamaan. Onko tätä sovellusta edes testattu missään vaiheessa kehityskaarta?
Tärkeä, mutta huonosti toimiva sovellus
Sovellus on idealtaan tosi näppärä, mutta toimii todelöa huonosti ja bugisesti. Käytännössä sovellus pitää sulkea ja käynnistää uudestaan jokaisen asian hoidon jälkeen, joten et voi samalla istunnolla esim tarkastella vakuutusasiakirjaa ja lähettää viestiä

Tehkää jo vihdoin kunnollinen sovellus. Että voisi maksaa sekä vakuutuksen että auton samasta paikasta. Lisätkää kieliä! Miksette tee tälle mitään? Surkea sovellus!
Ei testattu
Vaikka sovelluksesta löytyy suurinosa tarvittavista toiminnoista se tuntuu keskeneräiseltä. Appi on ennenkaikkea todella hidas. Käyttöä haittaa myös varsinkin se, että alapalkista näkyy vain pieni pilkahdus iPhone 14 Pro:lla.

Ihan hirveää, käsittämätöntä ettei tämän kokoluokan firma saa yhtä appiä toimimaan.

Olisitte tehneet natiivin mobiilisovelluksen, kunnolla toimivan hybridiversion tai sitten suosiolla vaan pysyneet mobiilisivuilla. Tässä hyvä esimerkki miten mobiilisovellusta ei kannata tehdä.

Kaatuu jatkuvasti, kun näistä sanoo heille eivät tee mitään.
Hidas ja kankea
Aloitetaan positiivisista. Lähes kaikki tarvittava löytyy kun jaksaa kaivaa ja on pitkä pinna. Negatiivista:Appi on surkean hidas. Käytettävyys ontuu pahasti. Mm bannerit tulevat joka kerta etusivulle uudelleen ja uutiset pysyvät uusina vaikka ne käy lukemassa. Jokaisen sivun lataus kestää ja vakuutustietoihin pureutuminen on todella kankeaa. Ei tätä kyllä mielellään käytä.

Toivoisin parempaa laatua
Appi on hidas ja huonosti optimoitu. Visuaalisesti alapalkki huonosti suunniteltu. Käytännössä kopioitu lähitapiolan nettisivu huonosti optimoituun appi muotoon. Laatu ei ole sitä, mitä tämmöisen apin pitäisi olla tälläisellä firmalla.

Only half of bottom menu is visible, the app takes ages to load between pages and there is always an issue when trying to get an invoice payed from within the app.
