Terrible unnecessary hassle.
Completely unnecessary load of rubbish bouncing around trying to log into Danske Mobile App. Looks like they just have to be different from other Online Bankers that are using much more effective and simpler techniques.

Kirjautuminen uudella puhelimella
Ostin uuden puhelimen, mutta sama puhelinnumero käytössä. Tämä ei anna minun enää kirjautua danske id:lle. SMS aktivointi ei toimi vaan sovellus käskee minun aktivoitumaan vanhalla puhelimella. Simple and easy
A simple app that does what it’s supposed to, I guess. It’s logs you on to Danske Bank securely instead of the old plastic cards. Activating it has a number of steps, but that’s only once and after that it’s pretty straight forward and easy to use.
No Face ID or Touch ID login
No longer able to log in with Face ID or Touch ID. Really annoying.

Toimii kun sattuu huvittamaan
Sovellus jää esim verkkokauppakirjautumisissa toistuvasti ”luuppiin”, kirjautumisen hyväksyminen ei mene läpi vaan hyväksyntä tulee parin sekunnin päästä uudelleen ruutuun. Peruuttaminen kyllä onnistuu. Kytkee omatoimisesti faceID:n pois päältä pari minuuttia sen päälle kytkemisen jälkeen. Tekee tätä toistuvasti. Tuen mukaan tällaisia virheitä ei kuulemma ole kenellekään koskaan käynyt. Hankalaksi menee laskujen maksu!
faceID deaktivoituu itsestään
faceID deaktivoituu jatkuvasti itsestään ja täytyy käydä erikseen asetuksissa laittamassa se takaisin päälle. turhauttavaa. jostain syystä deaktivoituu aina kun painaa nimenomaan faceID-kuvaketta. muuten appi toimii.

Danske are absolutely a disgrace!! This Id app fails to open practically every single time !!! It’s a deplorable service!! Get your act together for goodness sakes
FaceID takkuaa
Jatkuvasti ongelmia Face ID:n kanssa. Tiputtaa sen pois käytöstä vähän väliä. Saa laitettua takaisin ja toimii kerran, jonka jälkeen taas tiputtaa pois käytöstä, eikä voi kirjautua kun pinkoodilla. Häiritsevää todella, etenkin kun muissa apeissa toimii FaceID täysin.

Miksi Face ID tippuu pois käytöstä heti kun se kerran epäonnistuu? Todella ärsyttävää jos satut yhden kerran vilkaisemaan muualle väärällä hetkellä niin jo joutuu virittämään asetuksia uudestaan 😩
Forcing camera permissions
Very poorly designed app. Camera permissions required for the app to function. Why is the camera permission FORCED?! Very sketchy behaviour and I have lost a lot of trust in Danske generally as forcing unnecessary access to my device for functions I don’t use or never will. Apps developed by professionals typically don’t block the complete app when a permission is denied. I just want to approve payments. Is there a reason you need my camera for this? Note: I don’t scan QR codes or have ever used the camera in this app, so I ask why is this forced? Every other banking app I use is so much simpler than this mess of split apps and unnecessary permissions.

Face ID toimii epävakaasti. Välillä yrittää lukea kasvoja ja luku onnistuu mutta sovellus pysyy lukossa. Joskus parin kerran jälkeen aukeaa, joskus menee jumiin. Kun tämä toistuu pari kertaa niin faceid kytkeytyy kokonaan pois päältä sovelluksen asetuksissa.
Tekniset ongelmat
En pääse kirjautumaan danske id:n avulla minnekään, sillä se antaa nyt useampaa viikkoa putkeen ilmoituksen teknisistä ongelmista äpissä. Ennen toimi ongelmitta?
Doesn’t work for my business account
Previously had 2 way authentication via text etc but now always prompted to use this app but it tells me my business account details are incorrect and can’t proceed. Frustrating. Sort it out.
New glitch
Requiring a screen locked device is completely unnecessary, please remove this so can continue using the app.

I hate this new way of confirming a purchase on line. Bring back the text messaging.

1. Miksi muuttaa toimivaa järjestelmää? Älkää muuttaako mitään. Tietoturva on huono meriselitys. 2. Tämä päivitys aiheuttaa iPhone ja iPadissa loopin, että ei pysty kirjautumaan. Käyttäjätunnus ja salasana ok, avaa Danske ID -> avataan -> ja sitten ei tapahdu mitään. Pyyntö ei aktivoidu ID:ssä. Olen asentanut sovellukset kahdesti uudestaan ja vika on kestänyt nyt neljä päivää.
Glad to see an alternative to the security fob but…
I cannot seem to log on using Danske ID and online business banking on the same device. I tried to log on using my phone but I’m required to scan the QR code to gain access meaning I would need another screen. Frustrating. Plus, I have two business accounts therefore I need to keep re-approving the Danske ID app for each one.

Not exactly a review, more a question. App works ok, but now it’s asking for camera access to scan qr codes. Why’s that? I only use this app to approve purchases by swiping. Never use it to scan qr codes
Access to send money to MasterCard
I have been trying to send money to MasterCard from two accounts. The first account was ok but the second account on oes not permit entry even though funds are sufficient.
Danske are trying to lose customers
With my local branch closing at weekends and closing at 4pm on weekdays, I don’t know how I’m going to actually access this app when I’m working a 9-5pm. I know for a fact that I’m using the correct log in details but the app seems to have locked me out.
Danske ID App
Why can I only use the app on one device at a time. Have to keep logging in every time with my user ID and keycard when I need to switch between my iPhone and iPad. Not good if I am logged in on iPad and need to access my account from my iPhone if I am away from home and it requests to bind again. James
Seriously stupid
I have an IPhone 6 Plus phone with which I can access the Danske mobile and use. If I needed to deposit funds in any of my accounts I would not be able to as I was advised to use the Mobile ID app. I have no intentions of getting a new phone until any of my other everyday app are no longer available to update
Having to bind a pain
We have 4 devices we use to bank and having to bind every time you use a different device we are running out of codes on card?
Re ID app
My husband and I use the same iPad and now I cant get into our joint account using my security details as it only accepts his finger print or details. I have to keep logging on to the website to get into the account. This should be taken into account when there are two account holders and both need access.
