เปลี่ยนมือถือใหม่ แต่อยู่อังกฤษ และใช้แอพไม่ได้ ต้องยืนยันเบอร์โทรศัพท์ที่ไทย ??? เพื่อ หน้าก็ยืนยันแล้ว บัตรประชาชน และอีกล้านแปด จะเอาเบอร์อังกฤษก้อไม่ให้ใช้อีกเหนื่อย เพลีย มีโอกาสกลับไทยคงจะต้องย้ายไปใช้ค่ายอื่น

จะทำธุรกรรมการเงิน หรือจะใช้ในการจ่าย หรือโอนต่างๆ แอพ มักจะชอบมีปัญหา ระบบรวนทำให้กดโอนเงินเกินไปหลายครั้งและยากที่จะตามได้เงินคืนกลับมาเนื่องจากระบบมีปัญหา อีกทั้งจะใช้งานแอพกลับต้องไปยืนยันตัวตนที่ธนาคารซึ่งเป็นการผลักภาระให้ผู้ใช้งานแอพพลิเคชั่น จะใช้จ่ายธนาคารนี้จะต้องสวดมนต์ภาวนาทุกครั้งเพื่อไม่ให้แอพพลิเคชั่นมีปัญหาอุตส่าห์ไว้ใจใช้ แต่กลับไม่ไว้วางใจในการใช้แอพพลิเคชั่นห่วยแตกมาก

สามารถตั้งค่าปิดป๊อปอัพโฆษณาได้ไหม (ต้องการเปิดแอพแล้วพร้อมใช้งานเลยไม่ต้องมีโฆษณามาขวางให้ต้องปิดกด) ข้อความ/ตัวเลข อยากให้มีขนาดใหญ่กว่านี้ “เวลาสแกนจ่ายสินค้าเปิดให้ผู้ขายดูถ้าเป็นผู้สูงอายุจะมองเห็นไม่สะดวก”
ระวังและหมั่นตรวจสอบด้วยตัวเองเสมอๆ*เสียเวลาอ่านหน่อยแต่คือความจริงล้วนๆครับ
ผมเดินทางมาต่างประเทศ USA และอยู่ที่นี่มา 8เดือนแล้วระบบบัตรเดบิตATMและบัญชีออนไลน์ยังคงใช้งานได้ดี ต้องยอมรับ และชื่นชมในความสะดวกของแอปไทยพาณิชย์นี้ **แต่สิ่งหนึ่งที่ยังคงเป็นปัญหา(ผมเคยโดนแล้วเมื่อ3-4ปีก่อน) ไม่คิดว่าระบบออนไลน์แบ้งค์กิ้ง ของ ไทยพาณิชย์อันนี้จะไม่สามารถมีระบบป้องกันมิจฉาชีพเข้าถึงบัญชีของเราได้เลย จริงๆ มีคนแฮ๊คเข้าใช้งานได้ในขณะที่ผมอยู่ต่างประเทศ มันพยายามจะเอาเงินออก ดีที่ข้อความซิมมือถือของผมยังคงใช้งานได้ที่นี่ ข้อความโชว์ว่ามีการตรวจสอบว่ามีการเข้าถึง บัญชีแปลกๆ ทั้งที่มีระบบ2ขั้นตอนยืนยันผ่านเบอร์โทรมือถือแล้ว มันก็ยังเจาะได้ อยู่ดี **ต้องคอยเข้าตรวจสอบด้วยตัวเองบ่อยๆ โชคดีที่ว่าทำการได้ผ่านแอปอยู่ ผมจึงรีบเปลี่ยนวงเงินออก เป็น5ร้อย อีกไม่เกิน 10วันต่อมา มันเข้ามาใหม่ มีระบบข้อความแจ้งเข้ามือถือว่า ยอดที่คุณจะทำธุระกรรมเกินวงเงิน **ก็เท่ากับว่า มันเข้าระบบผมจะเอาเงินออก (.ซึ่งผมปรับเปลี่ยนไปก่อนหน้า ทำระบบสแกนหน้าไว้เลย ตอนที่ได้รับข้อความต้องสงสัยครั้งแรกโชคดีที่ไหวตัวทัน) **ทางธนาคารและระบบได้แต่เพียงแจ้ง ข้อความ และ แจ้งว่าระงับบัตรเดบิต เอทีเอ็ม ของผม แต่บนระบบออนไลน์มิจฉาชีพมันก็ยังสามารถเข้าถึง อยู่ดี เพียงแต่มันยังไม่สามารถเอาเงินออกมากๆได้ (ปรับเปลี่ยนวงเงินออก) มากๆได้ **ผมตั้งไว้ที่500บาท เกิดขึ้นแล้วเมื่อ 3ปีก่อน ตอนนี้มาเจออีกแล้ว จะกลับไทยอีกไม่กี่เดือนข้างหน้า คงต้องเปลี่ยนทั้งระบบ เปลี่ยนบัญชี เบอร์โทร ปิดบัญชีเดิมนี้

handicapped - no wifi support - no browser support
SCB took away all internet banking, no browser support at all and replaced it all with with this poor app that only works via G2-5 dataplans. Tied to a single sim, bad for travelers and anyone that loses a phone out of the country. Globally handicapped.
Nice but can be improved
It would be nice if you could increase the character limit in note taking feature. 40 character counts is really not enough. It would be really great if I could take more specific notes about the money i spent. Now,IHaveToWriteInCamelCaseInNotes…!!
Can not log in after change new phone
I can not log in this app since I change a new phone.
Good app but requires lot of improvement
1. User interface is ok but not good, there is lot of room for improvement 2. I read SCB is most secure bank against fraud. That’s wonderful 3. There must be option to hide amount like account number. Sometime amount gets revealed to others while paying at Shops. This is bit risky.
I like the cardless ATM feature
I can give my PA cash without having to give her my ATM card and my pin now.

แอพพลิเคชั่นโดยรวมตอบโจทย์การใช้งานมากๆ ครับ ... แต่ขอให้มีเพิ่มฟีเจอร์บางตัว คือ การแสดงบัตรเดบิตในแอพ เพราะว่าส่วนใหญ่คนเริ่มไม่พกบัตรเดบิตแล้ว เพราะสามารถกดเงินโดยไม่ใช้บัตรได้ แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม ในกรณีที่ต้องการซื้อสินค้าออนไลน์ก็ต้องกรอกข้อมูลเลขบัตรเดบิต ซึ่งหากทางธนาคารเพิ่มฟีเจอร์รายละเอียดบัตรเดบิตไว้ในแอพฯ (มีระบบการสแกนใบหน้า/ลายนิ้วมือ เพื่อดูข้อมูลบัตรในแอพฯ) ก็จะส่งผลให้การใช้งานง่ายมากขึ้น ครับ

I have emergency transfer money in the app at 11/11/2021 but the app doesn’t work that time. What’s happened? The app should available in 24 hrs.

Don’t upgrade to ios17
Doesn’t work on iphone 15 on ios17. You can’t access any parts of the app that use faceid
Mostly Really Good
This app does most things pretty well. I find it easier to use than their website. The bill payments could be better integrated. Two of the three that I need to make payments don’t work. I don’t know if it’s a flaw in the design or if I’m supposed to register (if I am, there should be a message telling me). Otherwise, I’ve been a big fan of this app, and its improving updates, for several years.
Balance not update
After transfer, the transactions appear in the statement but balance does not update even after refresh. Need to close and open app. Also, popup ads when opening the app is very hard to close due to the x button is very small, and it is very annoying. This is banking app, not shopping app.
SCB app
If you want to use the SCB app and live abroad, stay away from it since it needs OTP to unlock the app and register important features such as face scan. I already contact the customer service, and they cannot even help you unlock or purpose any permanent solution to this problem. Once I come back to Thailand, I will close the SCB account and open it from other banks.

手机系统已经升过级，软件也是最新版本。但是无缘无故就开始闪退了

Good but can be improved
Hi SCB Easy developers I really hope you guys add the balance of an account under each transaction. For example, if I received an transfer of 10,000 baht last month, it would be great if I could see what my total was after that specific transfer. Now I can only see the current balance.

Hi Developers, hope you had a good sleep. Please make your app work after phone switch. Here is the problem. You can’t login with 2 sims, you can’t login if no mobile data on your registered sim. Can’t login via Wi-Fi. What the heck, don’t tell me it’s security reason. This is stupidity and bad user experience
Big Improvement
Very impressive. So easy to pay utility bills (and for free) no more trips to 7-11. The cardless ATM worked very well also. Would be 5 stars if it included Apple watch.
Problems transferring
This new version has a lot of bugs. Can't transfer to another bank but ok within scb itself.My transfer-favourites don't work anymore. Please fix the bugs.
