Lousy app, miserable bank
They’ll take your money, good luck getting it back. They keep lowering transaction limits, to the point it’s impossible to pay rent or buy an iPhone in a single transaction. To temporarily raise your daily limits you have to use a Crapulent face recognition scan. This was programmed by a mental defective who obviously lacks basic competency— while the iPhone can do almost instant face recognition the kBank app repeatedly fails. What’s worse, where they used to force you to do one face scan to raise your limit, such as to pay for a low-end iPad, you now have to do six separate face scans. You have to raise the daily limit, the card limit, the transaction limits, the in-store transaction limit, and a couple other pointless limits these idiots added. Six face scans, over an hour, because the app was programmed by incompetent developers, to complete one purchase.

New Version mess up the accounts/cards order
After update to the new version, the custom order of accounts/cards are reset. Need to go in the setting to re-order again. Seems like minor issue, but for someone who memorize the order and select the account to use/transfer money based on the order, it can cause unintended transactions.

Bug: e-slip saving incorrectly requests photo library read access instead of write-only access
When Photo Access is set to "Limited Access," iOS allows apps to save new photos without reading the existing library. However, K PLUS triggers a "would like to access your photos" popup on every QR payment because it requests read access to the photo library rather than using write-only access to save the e-slip. Suggested fix: Use PHPhotoLibrary write-only API (performChanges) for e-slip saving. Frustrating
The app requires you to type in your pin every time you pay via QR code. This is 2 things. A) annoying B) security risk. The code can easily been seen by anyway loitering around you, picked up by cameras and used later. Much better to have faceid used to authorise transactions. Or even set up no security on small transactions.

Terrible face scan feature
Absolutely terrible face scan feature. Does not work. Wouldn’t put my money here unless absolutely necessary. Better off use other bank. Stay way from them at all costs

Good app but no Apple Pay??!
How can a bank with so many digital ambitions and a decent app not support Apple Pay??!! That’s like the most basic thing… very disappointed to have to use a foreign credit card only because using yours means I actually need to drag mine with me like in the 1990s

Restricted From incoming
I have been a long-time customer of Kasikorn Bank, but recently my account has been restricted from receiving incoming funds without any clear explanation. When I asked the officer, I was only told that it was due to “too many transactions,” but no proper guidance or solution was given. As a customer, I expect transparency and professionalism. I have never been involved in any illegal activities, and all my transactions are clean and legitimate. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled shows a lack of ethics and care for customers. Banks should provide clear communication, proper reasoning, and assistance to resolve issues, not leave customers confused and helpless. I sincerely hope Kasikorn Bank can improve their customer service and treat clients with more respect in the future.

Not always work
This should be able to use even if you in another country with WiFi. Even I have WiFi, it always tells me to connect with different network. I have to fly to Thailand to use this app!! Ridiculous!
Better than others while you are travel overseas
Mobile banking apps from major banks, including Siam Commercial Bank, Bangkok Bank, TMB, and some other have experienced crashes during critical periods, such as payday. Many customers were unable to access accounts or complete transactions during peak demand. But I never have any issue with this bank in my experience. Always reliable and easy to use. Fast processing.only one of my trouble is I can not download this app to use in my new phone because apps not recognizing new devices or SIMs, requiring them to visit a branch in Thailand to re-register or verify their identity A prevalent issue is mismatch between registered SIM card details and bank records, which frequently triggers app suspension—from which users seldom recover without making a physical visit to a branch back in Thailand So, to mitigate such risks, keep alternative payment arrangements or backup banking options readily available. In my opinion and experience, this app still work better than the other Thai bank

Hard to delete Favourites
App works well for most things I need to do but deleting favourites is extremely difficult. Select Manage and most of the time the red delete option does nothing. After many many presses you may be lucky enough to get the Bin icon to show up but that is extremely difficult to use also, again, most of the time it does nothing. This needs to be coded better.

The worst app ever
If you don’t live in Thailand, just use a different bank. Kasikorn bank will never worked when you’re in a different country, even though it’s 2025. They always find a way to block you from accessing your account through the app. Good job team! I’m going to close my account for good on my next Thailand trip.
New Icon, same old problem. Does anybody read this?
Ive reduced my score to 2 stars because the app no longer works. Every time I try to get an account statement the app crashes. Also the watch app doesnt work. Update 7Feb 2017, App still crashes as before. Watch app worked once and hasn't worked on subsequent attempts. Another update; 16April 2017. The latest update has not fixed the problem I previously mentioned. The app still crashes as soon as I press the circle to get a statement. it does however seem to work on the apple watch, but that only provides a one month statement. Update 03May; We have a nice new icon in version 3 but no-one has bothered to fix the problem of the app crashing as soon as you try to get a statement. Updated again 18May. I guess nobody from Kasikoren bothers to read the reviews nor look at their emails as the crashing problem still exists. Update 1st June 2017. No response from Kbank so deleted and reinstalled the app and it now works okay. I would have given it 5 stars if they'd bothered to reply to my email.
Keep forcing users to follow K Plus ads
No matter how many times I turn all ads notifications off, the K Plus ads will keep turning itself back on (after the next spending notification coming in). Worst policy on forcing users to watch ads, compare to other bank apps.

Just okay
The app looks good but has limited functions.. It would be a lot more useful if you could see all your transactions not just the ones that were carried out on the device. Update. With the latest update the app has got better. As well as seeing recent transactions you can now have a full pdf statement emailed to you. It worked instantly. Added an extra star to my review.
Not working
After most recent update the app will not load at all on 3G. On wifi it loads up until I want to login then says I need to be on 3G then same problem, Black screen!!!
Could do better
When it worked in iOS 4.3.2 and before, it was okay, now it doesn't work in 4.3.3. The interface is terrible, very badly designed. But it is very useful to be able to make mobile transfers which are instant, not like the web version for some stupid reason. This app is more like using an ATM. If it gets fixed and they get a decent interface design it gets more stars.
