After entering a phone number and OTP, the app just shows a map of my location. There are no visible overlays, buttons, or any way to request a ride or take any action at all.
Impolite behaviour
Drivers demand extra cash and when i said will complain then said khai b kar de kuch farak na padta .
Buggy
I can’t get past the initial Ola Maps screen on my iPhone. Reinstalled the app as well as restarted my phone. No issue with the WiFi connection.
Non existent customer support
Ola Cabs offer zero accessibility for dispute resolution. The in app chat repeatedly glitches and stalls, preventing users from lodging complaints, like it is especially designed to do so. The official support emails remain entirely unresponsive. A highly frustrating experience with zero accountability.

App shows blank screen every time I launch. I have attempted to delete and reinstall but the same issue keeps occurring

⚠️ Extremely Unsafe
⚠️ Extremely Unsafe Experience — Please Think Twice Before Using OLA I strongly recommend avoiding OLA if you have any other option. The service has been extremely disappointing and, more importantly, unsafe. I had actually uninstalled the OLA app back in 2019 after facing multiple serious issues with drivers. Some drivers were extremely rude, aggressive, behaved like rowdies, and even made threatening remarks. Because of those experiences, I stopped using OLA completely. Unfortunately, today (06/09/2026), I had no other convenient cab/auto option available, so I had no choice but to reinstall the app and book an auto. Once again, the experience was extremely unsafe. The driver was driving very rashly and aggressively. While driving, he was getting into fights with other road users and behaving aggressively. At one point, when another vehicle did not give him enough space to overtake, he appeared to deliberately move the auto toward the vehicle as if trying to cause a collision. This is not just about bad service — this is a serious passenger safety issue. A driver should never put passengers’ lives at risk because of road rage or aggressive driving. And honestly, whenever I have travelled using Uber or Rapido, I have not experienced this kind of behaviour. Compared with those services, my experiences with OLA have been much worse. After almost 7 years, I gave OLA another chance, and unfortunately, this experience has reinforced exactly why I stopped using it in the first place. Guys, please think twice before using OLA. From my personal experience, it feels completely unsafe. Passenger safety should be the first priority, and OLA seriously needs to improve its driver screening, monitoring, and action against aggressive or dangerous driving.

App doesn’t load on iPhone
When installing App on iPhone12, the user is supposed to receive the OTP by sms but that is never received despite trying several times. The OTP by phone works (sometimes). But when the App is opened, it either freezes on a map view or has a blue screen. Does not work at all. Generally a poor interface design, counterintuitive and does not come close in terms of sophistication to other competitive transport apps out there.

Really disappointed with service
I booked an Ola specifically for safety reasons because it was Janmashtami and I did not feel comfortable travelling alone. However, the driver dropped me halfway through the journey even though other routes were open and available. If the driver had an issue with accepting the ride, he should not have accepted it in the first place. Leaving a passenger in the middle of the route is completely unacceptable, especially when safety was the main reason for booking the cab. On top of that, I was charged more despite being dropped halfway. This experience has made me feel extremely unsafe using Ola. I am uninstalling the app because I cannot trust a service where a driver can leave a passenger in the middle of the journey without any proper reason. I request Ola to seriously look into this incident and take appropriate action against the driver.
Fraud drivers and fraud company
This is happened twice with me driver started the trip and after 100 meeter canceled it and asked to de board. I have complained in ola but no resolution received. Now deleting this app uber is far better in complain resolution
