Useless app
Zero linkage between the actual trains and the position noted on the app. Happens most times - train never arrives or is runnning late but the app shows the train as already passed. Poorly coordinated app. Cannot trust this app.
Accessibility support for visual impaired user
Earlier was so useful and very much accessible for the visually impaired user, but since last update, the accessibility gone 95% down. Developer is requested to resolve the issue at the earliest, which may convenient for the visually impaired user.
Express Train Option and ads
They should add an option to view intercity express trains as it is available on android. The ads have made it really annoying and the full screen ad comes only when in hurry. Have to wait till the ad finishes.

Always shows incorrect timing, updates that arenβt really live. As if they are trying to cover up their own shortcomings of not being on schedule.

Dear m-indicator ye app govt hai kya private?? Agar govt hai toh ye logo ke service ke liye hona chahiye tm toh itna advertisement runnkrte ho ki aisa lgta hai ye logo ke service ke liye nhi kuch earn krne ke liye app banaye ho??
Could be Improved
The app itself is actually is helpful for daily commuters however, there are also multiple issues for instance there are so many full screen ads constantly which makes it so frustrating to check for your train , particularly when there is a time constraint . Also whenever a train is running late or cancelled it is not mentioned on the app which makes it so confusing . If these issues are resolved this app is going to make lives of so many commuters easier.

Needs improvement badly. There are way too many unnecessary ads now, and many of them canβt even be skipped. People use M-Indicator while travelling, in emergencies, or when they literally have 2β3 minutes left to catch a train. Being forced to sit through ads at that moment creates unnecessary frustration. Please bring back the quick, ad-free experience or at least provide a reasonably priced ad-free option. Also, iOS users still donβt seem to have the same Express Train timetable/quick-access features available on Android. Please focus on improving the core utility of the app instead of adding more advertisements.
Update new bus routes
Team Since the Elephinstone Bridge is under construction, I request you to update the new bus routes for reaching K.E.M hospital via Lower Parel and Curry road. Where buses are diverted from Prabhadevi Station to Lower Parel.
So Many Ads everywhere
I understand Ads are important to run a free app but still having it when we are trying to figure out last minute trains and full screen app while figuring out route of the train is very annoying place the ads such that our UI is not affected

The new UI is terrible
The new Ui is the most unnecessary and counterintuitive update i have ever seen. Makes tracking trains difficult. Keep metro in a different section altogether loke it used to be before the terrible update.

Unremovable ADS
The app is useful for what it is but they have recently introduced disruptive full screen ads. There is also no way to remove them with a payment which is ridiculous as it makes the app experience way worse. People use this app to look train timings in a hurry and you will interrupt them with full screen ads? Find other sources of revenue or at least give a option to pay to remove ads.
