Can’t pay my bill using the app
For a long time this app is the only way I paid my bill but recently the option has been removed when I go to do so. This is very inconvenient and would like for this option to return. Please update the app for processing payment and I will update my review!! Update: had to uninstall and reinstall to correct the issue. It now works properly again. Thanks!
App doesn’t work
When I open the app it just sit on a black screen. I open and close the app, I use different internet connections; but still nothing. The app is unusable. Please fix it.
Latest update has removed accessibility
I rely on apps that provide a dark mode option. The white screen is an accessibility barrier. The previous app had it - PLEASE BRING IT BACK!
Needs work
This app was fairly consistent for a while but now I can’t even sign in.
Wuts happening??
Since the update I have not been able to sign in and pay through the app I have to literally go through Safari to pay my bill! Please fix this cause I love my Services that I get and so does my two teenage boys!!

Speed Tests Never Work
Every time my wifi connection has gone out for whatever reason, I try to do a speed test and the webpage the app takes me to just keeps endlessly loading until it times out. At least five times now. Literally makes my blood boil and is enough for me to consider switching to Imon or AT&T
Poor App
Just like the service the app won’t open now that I’ve downloaded it..
September 10s and now 2025 …
September 10 and now 2025 is takes a long time to load some time it’s hangs up and you close the app and try again it’s hangs up or satellite [ my carrier] and WiFi
Throws error
Every time I open this app and tap on the second tab to see the usage. It throws an error, saying that it is unable to display the information and that if it happens repeatedly to let MediaCom know.
Oops!!
More often than not when my router goes offline I’ve attempted to use the app to see if there is an outage before troubleshooting, and more often than not I get “Oops!” Pop up error message and that’s all it says, then crashes the app. Have tried many times to uninstall and reinstall and nothing works. One of the many issues I’ve encountered. Needs an overhaul.
Troubleshooting tools don’t work on app
The app troubleshooting tools don’t work. I have to call support then I get belittled for calling support as the app can do it. Ridiculous.
Update this
This app feels like 1990. Please make something better that works with modern phones. User and pass should save to iOS passwords or support Face ID. Need to cancel with mediacom anyway. They charge 5x more $ for slower speed than the competition anyhow.
Poor app and service
Internet constantly goes out. No outage map in the app. What use is this app? All it is focused on is paying the bill and upselling the service. No meaningful customer value to speak of. Cannot initiate a live chat. Must either text, email Or wait for a call back for any help.

This app is hands-down, the worst of all the big phone and cable companies. Mediacom is lost back in the 90s, and it is proven day after day by the app, the service, and the completely clueless and ignorant Customer Service people they employ. Admittedly, all cable and phone companies are horrible, but mediacom stands at the very top all by itself as the worst of the worst.
Slow and full if bugs
The app is very slow and doesnt work well.
What good is this
I expected to troubleshoot and reset my home internet from the app. Nope! Tried searching for help and it opened webpage to presumed help files which could find nothing from any of my searches. Now to uninstall this as it’s a waste of space. Mostly like Mediacom’s off shore call centers, worthless!
Intentionally Difficult
It seems Mediacom makes account access intentionally difficult. Every time I regain access to my account after a grueling process, I note my username & password. The next time I go to log in, they don’t work. Numerous experiences with this. When I try account recovery, I never receive the email OR the code via text despite using accurate information & no spam/junk/filter. Zero issues with any other provider or platform but repeated issues with Mediacom. You’d think one of the largest / most successful ISP’s in the Midwest would care enough to provide better services & better software to their customers. Please don’t reply & tell me how sorry you are. People see through that. Fix it.
