Authenticate
It’s ridiculous that I have to authenticate my email every log in to pay my bill.
Logging in
Even though you have to enter with password, you have to get a code out of your email EVERYTIME you log in.
Signing in
Why th do I have to use multi factor to sign in to my account.. I mean honestly if someone else even wanted to pay my bill then all means! It’s a ridiculous feature. Just let me sign in and do my business.. God knows we all pay way too much anyway.

Why do I have to authenticate every time I log in through your App? No other app I’ve used does this.

This multi authentication is driving me nuts. Why is it even a thing? It was not even optional to opt out

I don’t like that when you have a bill due it doesn’t show if you have a payment scheduled.
On line bill pay
Don’t know why I have to keep printing in my name and billing address when you have all that information when you have my account number. Seems like a lot of extra work for me whe you already have it

Terrible. Your customer service is terrible. Your prices are outrageous. You are terrible. Maybe care about your customers and stop robbing people.
Always a problem with signing in ??
Every time I go to pay my bill I have a problem with the 2nd Authentication, you go to check you email with code, if you can’t get the whole code in first try, it knocks you out, only have to do everything all over again, today it took me 3 times, it really doesn’t give you time to write it down and the go back, also why not a text message access ?? Always ticks me off !!
Decent app could be better
Would be nice if you didn’t have to 2FA even woth Face ID every time.

Do not like that a code is needed every time I log in.
Stopped working
I used the app to pay my first bill through them last month, my next one is due towards the end of this month and I generally schedule payments in advance. I went in to do so, and no matter what I try to do in the app, after I finish it always tells me I don’t have access to do it? It won’t let me make a payment right now, schedule a payment, or even save a payment method to my account. I tried to fill out a form in the app to contact support and it said my submission was unsuccessful.

I have old phone. Alliant is forcing update. Can’t update old phone so now it won’t let me run old version. Will have to uninstall forever.

Very unnecessary to have to have an email sent to get a code to pay my bill online! Already have the face identification feature and now it’s an inconvenience to have to pull up an email too. Awful experience!!!

You have got to let us turn off two factor authentication! Having to get a stupid code every single time we open the app is ridiculous!
