Cost is too much
Paperless Billing
Forced me into paperless billing. Then I had to figure out how to change that.
Be careful
Once you create an account it automatically makes your account paperless. No warning, No option to continue paper billing. Setting up autopay was equally disappointing. It asks if you want to set up the feature, ( thinking I can pick the withdrawal date) false. It takes it out of your account immediately. It then gives 2 conflicting due dates for the next month. It seems every opportunity to actually manage your account is taken away to ensure WPS reduces its obligation for documentation and guarantees it gets payment immediately. WARNING

The app would be more informative if it showed hourly or daily usage.

Easy to use with lots of information available instantly in the app. Would highly recommend for anyone tracking their billing
Please Bring Back Old Version! Doesn’t work!
The new Update/Version no longer works on my iPhone! I have an older version phone and it won’t let me update the app which makes it unusable! Please bring back he last version instead of forcing people to go to the website to login over and over again just to view the bill making it a nuisance to even pay my bill. Not everyone has an iPhone 35 lol make it work for older phones!
Tracking usage
The one thing that I wish that this app had was to give the person the ability to go back more than just one year to track usage. I would like to go back to 10 years when I moved into my home and find out about the usage, then comparing to now.
Needs an Update
When I had a balance from the previous month, the next billing cycle kicked in literally the day that I went to make a payment. I paid the past due amount immediately. Now, EVERY time I go into the app it still shows the total of last months plus the current months charges…even though the past due amount was clearly paid. In this day and age this shouldn’t be happening. Also, the WPS app will randomly kick me out every 3 months or so forcing me to re enter my username and password. Ugh…
WPS app
Had a lot of trouble getting the app to load. Had to register 6 times before it finally moved to the register screen. Almost gave up.
Can Do Everything in App
Almost everything you need to look at, pay, adjust etc is all in one spot here in the app. Super easy to use.
New Update - can’t sign in
Ran new update, app opened with errors. Deleted app and re-downloaded. Now app opens, but I can’t sign in, getting error {"fault":{"faultstring":"Unable to identify proxy for host: https-one-way and url: \/mobile\/auth\/authorize","detail":{"errorcode":"messaging.adaptors.http.flow.ApplicationNotFound"}}}. Please fix!
Billing all of a sudden my bill is out of control. What happen

Important info missing
I don’t like that there is no header or logo anywhere on my app pages or the app setting page. If users step away and pick up the phone later there are no identifiers.

Great app!
The app is so user friendly it almost makes me forget the cost of my bill each month has gone up $70 (give or take) a month despite lower-than-average temperatures and lower usage.
It Ain’t Working
After downloading and signing in it simply buffers endlessly. The old version worked fine.
Phone app
Would have given 5 stars but this app no longer works on my iPhone. iPad is fine but not the phone. Uninstalled 4 times and still nothing. Shut phone off, updated it and nothing, frustrating.
Logging into my account
I’m having an issue getting logged into my account!!!! Anyone else having issues with this too?

Poor. Updated and now get error message. I updated as soon as I got the email. Now can’t get in.
Works Well Until
About once a month, the app asks me to log in, but it never remembers my saved password. I’m always redoing it. Can this be fixed? If so, it will be darn near perfect. If not, it’s a hassle. Thanks
Pretty generic!
I’ve used other utility apps that you can see your daily usage. This app is pretty much designed for bill paying. And they just started allowing debit card payments. I feel they are pretty slow getting into the game.
Much easier
This is app is so much easier and doesn’t take long to pay my bill. This app has been well set up
Error message
I received the email to update the app to avoid getting an error message and did update the app, however I am still getting an error pop up and not able to log in.
Love App but dislike early morning texts
I love the App and the ease of paying the bill. I do DISLIKE the early morning texts. Would 8:00 AM be acceptable vs 6:00 AM???

Seems like if you don’t sign in often enough that the app tells you either your email or password is incorrect. If you request a verification code and then sign in with the same password it then works. Pretty annoying tho.

Not working
I’ve been trying to register on this app today and it’s not functioning. This is the second time trying to get this app up and running and I can’t get beyond the basic setup.
Best electric
It was good. I really like it this app simply and easy to make a payment online.
Only if you want paperless billing
It automatically switched me into paperless billing when I logged in. Not acceptable at all. Hard no.
Credit card
It is very good you have the app, but I didn’t find you have auto payment for credit card. This is the bad thing. You should think about accepting credit card for auto payment in the future. Because using credit card, I can get some percent cash back from the bank. This is the benefit for using credit card. I think many people will prefer to use credit card than bank account.
Mandatory Credit card
To use apps now it is mandatory to give away my credit card information
