Usage Views are nice
I use it extensively to keep track of the family members usage. It does a great job and allows for keeping them in the loop on where they are at.
App crashes
And not the only person this is happening to! App needs to be fixed/updated to operate properly. Crashes in the middle of payment processing which could cause potential repeated withdraws from one’s account.
Would give 5 if…
They’ve made big improvements to this app but I wish I could save my payment details like every other app I use to pay bills online. It’s a bit of a hassle when you’re busy.

Decent but room for improvement
It’s much easier when apps that allow you to pay bills retain or save credit card information. Additionally this day and age face recognition makes for much friendlier apps. Otherwise very useful.

It’s a good App but needs improvement and add to it extra features and make it more practical than what is it now.
Rejects password
Broken. Not sure what happened to this app. I can’t log in & it rejects my password. Frustrated.

The app is fairly easy to use but it seems like only the primary member on the account can download for usage.

Paying online
I haven’t been able to pay my bill with this app for a long time. When I go to put in what kind of card I’m using it doesn’t stick. I don’t know how else to describe it.

Your last update credit my password and number not to be saved. The button is clicked the say password and login information it’s not working so please fix the problem.

I think it would be a nice feature if we could schedule payments for a future date.

Ever since the update I now have to sign back in every time even though the save password button is checked. Please fix it.

Retain Payment Info!
I like the app, and I use it monthly to pay my bill but I wish wish wish there was a way to retain my credit card info so I don’t have to dig it out of my purse and punch the numbers in every month! Come on, Cellcom. FaceID!!!!

With the update I can't login. I must have forgot my password and there is not help or forgot password button. I even tried to delete and re download.

Boo
I had the previous version of this app and it worked much much better. the app now requires you to log in after a few hours whereas it previously let you stayed logged on forever. Also immediately after opening the app it won't let you check your usage right away, you have to force close the app and then reopen it and you're finally able to see it. Seems minor but it starts to get annoying when you want to check your data usage fast especially if you check it frequently.

It would be nice to not have to put my card information in every time I pay my bill. If the card could be saved on app that would be ideal.

Inconvenient
Seemed like a good app so I downloaded it. However, you have to go to Cellcom in person to get the password or they will mail it to you. Very inconvenient. Needless to say I deleted it already. I'm all for security, but Cellcom is way too overprotective.
Was good. Losing usefulness
You had chat, that s gone. Now you add news weather and sports!? What a crock! It's just supposed to be a cell account app. Not Yahoo. Put a chat feature back in, and leave all the crap out!

This app is pretty good but the data usage takes quite some time to update it's not instant like other apps for data usage do.

I just uploaded this...it wouldn't even open. Not a good way to represent a business I have been dealing with for over 15 years..
Used to work
This app used to work perfectly, occasionally it would crash on launch but that was it. Now all it says is "network unavailable" despite being connected to the internet, I've tested it on data as well as wifi, neither works and I know that I am connected

Ok but needs help
If logged in as "main" phone # for the account, it works ok, to show the usage data for that one line only. However, as soon as I log in as any of the OTHER phones on my account, the app immediately crashes, every time. I have to uninstall and re-install in order to log in as the main phone # again. Pretty useless, since I was hoping my daughter could use it to monitor her data usage through the billing cycle. Same thing happens with the app on her phone - can only log in as the main phone #.
Know your data
The primary reason I use it is to keep an eye on everyone’s data on our plan. We have unlimited, but it toggles down if you go over a certain amount so I try to keep them posted if it is going fast.

Just got the app thinking it would be convenient, except every time I try to open it, the app crashes. Haven't been able to open it yet.
Status of MiFi
We use the app regularly to check the status of our MiFi remaining balance and are happy with that feature.
Terrible
I can't log into my account. I hit login and it refreshes right back to the login screen without anything new. I hate writing bad reviews, but this needs it.
