Perfetto !!
Slow app, complete lack of pricing transparency
Avoid this app! Their pricing structure is extremely opaque, and you can find yourself being charged almost double of the displayed fare, with no possibility of refund. The displayed fare was 38 euros, when I arrived my taxi meter displayed 56, and I was charged 86 on my credit card. Customer service not in service of customers. Avoid!
Couldn’t think of anything better
I used the application « it Taxi » in Florence for going to airport very early in the morning (around 4h00). I booked the taxi last evening. And this morning the application sent me a notification 10 mins before the booking time ... saying that it is trying to contact a taxi. Then after few mins it gave me the number of taxi that it found near my location, showing me the taxi on a map approaching my location. The driver was very polite and professional. I used the option to pay in cash and got a proper receipt of the payment. I highly recommended this app :-)
Totally unreliable
Geolocation puts you somewhere in 1 km radius of the real position, time estimates unreliable, non-existence customer service.
Customer service 0
No customer service, even if you have a problem with one of their taxi. I strongly not recommend this company
