I love this app. I buy the monthly ticket and it works well.
Terrible experience
I used the app during a trip to Italy in July 2025 and added €75 to my account. I was unable to use the service and requested a refund in August 2025. I provided all requested information, including my Wise bank details, and was told the refund had been submitted and would be completed within 30 days. It is now May 2026, and I still have not received my money. Customer support kept sending generic responses for months and eventually stopped responding completely. Extremely disappointing experience.

Cannot get Account
Don’t waste your time trying to get an account. The process fails out for foreigners whether from the app or from the mobile website. The app just gives an error box. The website lets you pick the US country code (1), but the shows an American flag next to the code 39.

I did have anywhere to report issue so I have to write here, the app is having a problem with the My tickets section that fails to load and closes the app

Does not work - waste of time. Bring coins for parking meters
I downloaded the app to pay for parking in Sardinia. Unfortunately, I could not create an account. I wasted over an hour trying to create an account. Other people trying to pay for parking were having a similar experience at the same time. We were late for our activity and nearly missed our tour. The local tour guide was eventually able to create an account from her phone with her credentials and helped us pay for the parking for the day. I tried to create the account with different email addresses and phone numbers but nothing worked. I received error messages that said I couldn’t use my phone number because it was already in use. But when I tried to request a password reset the error message said I didn’t have an account.

Il sito mycicero, Adria,MooneyGo è la seconda volta che mi creano problemi. La prima volta ticket non visibili la seconda volta in piena notte mi hanno scalato dei soldi che non ho mai autorizzato. L’app sembrava anche comoda ma d’altra parte devo preoccuparmi di essere derubata. Sconsigliato

Acquisto L abbonamento per la metro roma Atac. A volte non mi fa accedere al biglietto o mi dice che non lo trova.

Fantastica App per parcheggiare senza dover cercare monetine e senza doversi preoccupare dello scadere del parcheggio potendolo facilmente prolungare dal cell.
Bad changes
You used to just be able to add some bus tickets to your app, but now you have to select the exact date and time. Ridiculous and frustrating.

Da migliorare
É già tanto avere nel savonese un app dove puoi comprare i biglietti online, ma miglioriamo: il paywall e il processo di acquisto molto macchinoso, la barra di ricerca per trovare la città in cui sei io lo uso da iOS e non trova mai la mia posizione anche se ha i permessi per vederla. Dopo l’acquisto del biglietto la convalidazione, non si può acquistare ed è già valido senza salire sul mezzo di trasporto pubblico. Uno deve poterlo acquistare e convalidare solo e quando sale sul mezzo (io acquisto i carnet a tariffa fissa e quelli si convalidano subito appena acquistati).
Prolungare la sosta dovrebbe essere più facile
Su un iPhone SE non è intuitivo trovare subito come prolungare o terminare anticipatamente una sosta. Quando una sosta è attiva dovrebbe essere immediatamente visibile. Invece su iPhone SE è necessario scorrere verso l’alto perché la schermata non è completamente visibile come invece su iPhone più grandi. Se riuscite a migliorarla sarebbe un aiuto per tutti.

Good app for both transport and parking
Trash
MyCicero, the predecessor to this app, was trash, but it worked…most of the time. I assume the same can be said for this iteration. After 5 password changes (accepted as valid, but then failed when logging in) and multiple requests to change security settings they send an SMS confirmation (US telephone on data-only eSIM) with no option to send email. 30 minutes wasted. Don’t bother.

Cos’e’ successo al nome cicero? Mooneygo sembra un app di finanza, il logo di una banalita incredibile. Ho disistallato l’app perché non la riconoscevo piu, per poi chidermi “ma che fine ha fatto Mycicero?”

You need te let us change the number plates when someone does it wrong not force them to buy another subscription for parking
Great for tourists
As a tourist, I am using this app for all my journeys in Rome and Naples. Finding routes is reliable, although buses are not tracked live (at least in Naples). It took maybe 5-6min to set up May card for in app purchases. From that point, it works for all train and buses. No headache trying to buy ticket locally every time.

No Apple Pay. No possibility to pay foreign cards. Useless to tourists.

Recently i have a huge problem with the app And after i choose my ticket, trying to do the payment and moving to the page to pay It says that your connection is not safe And doesn't allow me to pay It is weird because i don't have this problem in android tablet but it's happening in iphone So if it's a bug please fix it to using the app

As a tourist I was unable to even validate my phone number to allow me to create an account. This is supposed to be the “best” option out there in Rome to get public transit passes. As far as I can tell they’re all bad and all have the same problems. This is no better than the rest. Wish I could rate 0 out of 5 stars.

Naja, funktioniert
Anmeldung umständlich. Zeitaufwand ca 30 Minuten bis zum ersten Parkticket. Etwas umständliche Menüführung. Aber letztlich funktioniert es. Das ist in Mailand wichtig, da wir im größeren Umkreis keinen Parkscheinautomaten gefunden haben, nur den Hinweis auf die Gebührenpflicht.

Ich kann die ganzen negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen, sowohl das registrieren als auch das buchen eines Parkplatz Tickets ist in Windeseile erledigt. Die Übersetzung ins Deutsche könnte an manchen Stellen etwas besser sein aber was soll’s; es ist eigentlich immer klar was gemeint ist und man kommt gut mit der App zurecht.

I used this app religiously for my monthly metro passes. Now there are always gliches and it will not allow me to purchase my tickets with my credit cards anymore! Developers need to FIX THIS APP!!!
Not always possible to validate the tickets
Also it stores all your credit card info at their servers. Not the safest thing to do. But hey, it worked for us a couple times.

Broken
Creating an account requires 50 captchas with blurry images. Then it doesn’t send the confirmation sms, presumably because I have a non-Italian phone number. Can’t use this app without an account.
Very useful app
The app does what it is supposed to. Registration is easy and the process of buying tickets is straightforward. Apple Pay would be appreciated however. Also, the UI is loading a lot, maybe this could be improved.
Slow, unacceptably slow.
nice idea but awfully slow when on mass transit! just opening the app might take 30sec and on my iphone 5s is very unresponsive. it should at least integrate with Wallet app to speed up ticket validation or have shortcuts to purchased tickets in the home screen ... don’t you see I always use the same ticket vendor????

I have been using the app for more than a month and it was working fine. Now with the new update I can’t buy the tickets for the bus. Some days it is “not purchasable” and others it just fails the payment
