Please fix the bug
This game is starting to bug a lot a lot and I really love this game, please fix the bug issues and please update the game where there’s new categories of clothing every week new vip packs every week and a rare week. I really miss msp1 and I can’t even play on mobile cause it never fully loads. Please and thank you!
Lost my VIP!
I claimed a VIP ticket within the game but when I logged back in THE FOLLOWING DAY I was no longer VIP!
Mobile pets
I’m unsure if I’m just missing something but I am unable to equip my pets, do I need to have a pc in order to do that or am I really just blind and don’t know how to do so. Other than that I enjoy playing, it really is nostalgic and I love how og the shopping is as well as the gifting and friend limit. Really brings me back. The only thing negative I have is the lags or bugs. Sometimes if I do the shopping spree I’m unable to enter the animation shop and I freezes. I do have to say that I usually just get a couple other lags after playing a while but I still enjoy playing and I usually just restart my game. Overall an amazing nostalgic game that my 9 yr old self still loves.
Account Deletion.
My very first account was deleted almost a decade ago but I am STILL able to view everything that was posted on it. I do not think this is safe for any children that use this game. If an account is deleted, then everything that was on it should be GONE too.
I love this game but it always logs me out today I’ve been logged out 3 times today and yesterday 3 times this game is a big problem honestly I’m going to delete this app if it logs me out again and the mods don’t do anything about disgusting behavior please msp do better.
butch cornelius
This guy made me download msp he’s my hero
MSP ROBS DIAMONDS
This glitch is so annoying. It’s irritating enough that you have to spend money to buy the diamonds, but then half of them end up robbed from you when you’re trying to activate fame boost or shopping spree. It’s eaten 100+ diamonds just to give nothing. Fix this asap, this is very annoying!!!
Amazing game, but I wish
I wish that this game would be worked on just as much as MSP 2. I’ve played this game over the course of fourteen years of my life. Both me and my sister have always loved it. I really wish this mobile version would have less lag and more features that the website msp has. I would love to be able to change clothes of other characters while making movies and to make looks of other people. Even to be able to play the nostalgic dress up and have an updated game of trivia. This game is so much fun + nostalgic for so many people who grew up with it.
Not loading
I’ve been wanting to play this game all week, so I downloaded it and it hasn’t loaded past 35% all week. I haven’t even been able to get past the loading screen👎👎👎
Butch Cornelius deserves justice
Like I said
mmm
i love butch cornelias
never works
this app never works even when you email the people about the problem. They still never reply. I've been waiting days for a reply on a glitch that I had with my computer and no one has responded. Fix the game.
I loved this game as a kid but I can’t play now
It won’t let me in. It’s stuck on 35 percent loading
Hey Deb
So I tried to download it and it went on the loading screen and it was on 35% for 1HOUR
This game used to be so good
i grew up playing moviestarplanet like many of us still playing today did. i’m disappointed because MSP 2 is not the same, however the original MSP lags so often, sometimes it won’t even load or won’t log you in. i know the developers of this game still make so much money from it, because there are many players out there like me who buy vip all the time. think about the thousands of people who are spending money on this game every week, month, 3 months, or year. there is no reason for yall to have abandoned MSP like yall did, i hope yall never hear the end of it until it’s fixed and a good playable game again.
timeless memories <3
Keeps me coming back! Easy to tap into seasoned or newbie, it’s always fun to see trend cycles hit the ingame rotation.
Don’t waste your time
Literally won’t load past 35%.
Autographs
Every time I keep playing this i can’t get other people autographs like when I press the button it says error.
Barely ever loads
I love this game, I really do. I’ve been playing on pc for over ten years. It’s just a shame that this app can’t do the website justice. The app has come a long way, but it struggles to load and function most of the time. The amount of times I have to close and open the app because it crashed or wouldn’t load is ridiculous. I’m sorry, this game is too old to have this many issues. I don’t understand why it’s so buggy and laggy and glitchy even.
Update
UPDATE the game because wdym im not able to log onto my own account ???? esp when its all correct info fix the game .
Msp
Bring back msp because msp2 is trash
Loading is ridiculous!
I used to love this app, I would play it with my cousin, and I thought it was awesome! But then I got.in a while later and it NEVER loaded. What happened?
PLEASE ADD CREATING LOOKS OF OTHERS
Been playing MSP for at least 7 years and I love it! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is cause we can’t create looks of other people on the app or get daily tasks. PLEASE PLEASE PLEEAAASSEE add making looks for others to the app!🙏🏻
Awful service.
The app is great, but the support service is a disgrace. I emailed to get help after losing my account and got extremely dry email replies that all said the same thing. I sent screenshots of proof of ownership of my account along with recipes etc and no one at all was willing to help me. The service is ridiculous, no one helps whatsoever they do not care about their players.
black screen
I have not been able to log in at all. all it gives me is a black screen for my computer and it stays at 35% for my phone… why does it do this. other than that great.
I love, love msp!
I love msp, and it’s the only game I play! Because there’s no games like this anywhere else! It does seem to have glitches though which I’m not fond of but I get through it by just refreshing! and also servers seem to be down sometimes too, so that’s also upsetting..but overall great game and I love the old aesthetic of it!
GRRRR
It won’t work on mi ipad i’m fuming I just want to have nostalgia BUT NOOO it won’t let me verify my age or do ANYTHINGGGG Goodbye SandraSugarSocks I will miss you
Nostalgic but needs bug fixes
I downloaded this as a bit of a nostalgic thing and i love it my only issue is the bugs obviously its old its not going to be perfect but on mobile when i go to go shopping for clothes etc the clothes dont show up besides that and other bugs its good and i would recommend if you have the patience to handle the bugginess
Bring Back MSP
I have been playing this game since childhood. Forgot about it because life got busy and then I saw it trending on TikTok so I started playing again. The game is lagging super bad. The shopping lags when buying new outfits and such. Chat rooms lag, avatar freezes in chat rooms too so you can’t see your own avatar. Even designing your room lags too. I have been having trouble logging on the game and haven’t been able to get on the past two days. It’ll act like it’s loading but it doesn’t log me in at all even after waiting 5 minutes and still doesn’t. It’s on MacBook, and I know my computer is not the issue because it’s brand new. It was working just fine a couple days ago. I love the game, but seriously please fix these lagging issues. It’s making me not want to play anymore.
Fix ur game
love the game, love the nostalgia, HATE ABSOLUTELY HATE the lag, the US server is ALWAYS “under maintenance” on my pc it always says 56 days LIKE WHAT!? then on mobile it either won’t load or just kicks me out of the app entirely. Fix this please! tired of wasting money for a game I can’t ever play without some sort of interruption
I love it!!
I love this game!!! I hope they don’t get rid of it. Sooo much fun!!!
Just as cash-grabby as it was in the start!
Can’t even wishlist vip items to save for later unless you’re already a vip, it’s genuinely pathetic how bad they want your money 😭 glad I never played this often as a kid
Bugs need fixing
When watching movies an error message pops up to say it’s been deleted when it hasn’t - there’s a “too many requests” error when liking things , sending autos and petting pets. The app doesn’t work on Chromebook anymore , when it app is open half of the screen is cut off. Other than thag , love it x
Very stupid
I CANT PLAY ON MY INTERNET
Trying to log on
I can’t log on Can u fix the game so I can play
Amazing
I <3 moviestarplanet. so nostalgic.
app doesn’t work
just made an account today and all of a sudden it logs me out and i can’t log back in. i know this is my correct user and password because i took a screenshot of the information when i made it.
Decent game
The game is very decent, I used to be an og back in 2015-18, the game has progressively got laggier and there is a trading limit which is unforgivable in my opinion, I believe it should be gotten rid of or at least vips get extra trades and gifts, I think it’s a bit ridiculous if someone pays so much money and don’t even get many perks except spending items and certain clothes. I love the game and appreciate it but the lagging needs to be worked on and the trading system needs to be banished.
Loading screen
I’ve tried multiple times on both my phone and iPad to log into my account. Still both devices cannot log in as the loading screen just keeps loading constantly. 15minutes of waiting and I gave up. Fix your servers
BRING BACK THE OLD COMMUNITY
Trust me, if you started catering towards the older generation and updated the og game more, you would make so much more money I swear. EVERYONE wants old MSP back, please please don’t waste your game by transferring to MSP 2, you’ve created a masterpiece, everyone loves og msp
I love this game
I’ve had this account for about 15 years and I was sad to see no one on the game when I opened it does no one not play no more it breaks my heart
FAWC U MSP
THIS APP DOESNT WORK ANYMORE I CANT LOGIN MY ACCOUNT
glitch?
Lovvveee this game, being playing since my childhood. ive been been playing it for years, however i’ve noticed that recently, when i’ve earned money my game will glitch not long after. so i’ll exit the game then go back on it and some off the money i’ve earned will be gone :( would love if you could find a way to fix that
Hacked and service
After years of finally coming back to my childhood game. I logged into my account that i used to always buy vip on. Unfortunately the game is dead no as people moved to msp2. I came back ok after two hours and couldnt log back into my account so i logged into my male account and saw my main was active. The status of my main said “account hacked by anymous” with my avater skin now green, starter clothes on. Im severely upset as this is my third account throughout this time that got hacked. The service of trying to get jt back is terrible, still waiting for a response and cant even get receipts buying vip as my mum has a new bank service and it was like 5-6+ years ago.
Bug
I used to love this game as a kid and I still love it I just wish you guys would fix it so it doesn’t keep bugging.
Açılmıyor
Bu oyuna noldu eskiden çok güzeldi şimdi açılmıyor bile zar zor açtık sonra vip alınmıyor
I LOVE THIS GAME BUT THE LOADING SCREEN IS STUCK!!!
I’ve done everything I can possibly do, I’ve deleted and redownloaded about 40 times I’m not lying. Also clearing cache and force turning off my phone. It was loading until 35% Now when it takes me to the loading screen it won’t let me login or pick a region at all. Wasted my last day of vip trying to get on all day. Pls help I’m very upset ! I’ve been a player since 2015. Refuse to play msp2 because I love my nostalgia.
My opinion
I went back play map as I remember my 2013 account but there is some problems, when I’m on my laptop and I’m friends with someone and I click on the says I’m not friends with them. When I try log in on my phone says incorrect password when it is correct so they need to fix that. What I find disturbing about this game is that people are asking for snapchats and ages now. I love this game since over 10 years but there is little problems
Mobile MSP is Broken
I love MSP, don’t get me wrong. It’s been one of my favourite games over the years. HOWEVER, mobile MSP has become so broken to the point we can barely do anything. This is really frustrating as a person who only has access to a mobile device. These issues on mobile include: 1) Not being able to upload photos. I used to be able to upload them, but now when I click ‘save’ the photo just doesn’t upload. Even after waiting for days, it’s not there. 2) Petting pets for coins. We are only able to pet a few pets before an error message pops up saying there’s ’too many requests’. Because of this, it takes ages to even get enough coins for a piece of clothing, making the game seem impossible to afford. 3) Movies. On mobile MSP, it’s not possible to use animations in movies anymore. We can only use the chat bubble option. This means if we wanted to make a movie, it would only consist of people standing still and talking. Ridiculous. 4) Chat Ban. I personally don’t see any reason for chat ban to exist on mobile. It’s frustrating. Whenever im in the middle of talking to a PC user, boom. I’m suddenly unable to chat just because it’s getting late. 5) Lag and Sound Effects. Sound effects don’t even work on mobile MSP anymore. I don’t hear anything even when my volumes up, or sometimes the sound effects are extremely fuzzy and delayed, causing my app to crash. Furthermore, the app is so laggy than it doesn’t work if you try click on coins to collect them. Sometimes it doesn’t even let you open the artbooks section or the movies section. Overall, mobile MSP is in urgent need of a proper bug fixing. I play on phone, and im assuming these issues apply to iPad users too. Whilst the team may think that it’s not at the top of their priorities to fix these issues, I think it is. I’ve come across multiple users complaining about mobile MSP, some even wanting to quit due to how inaccessible it’s becoming. I love MSP. I really do. It’s one of the games I adore most and hold a special place in my heart for. Which is why I beg you to fix these issues, please. Thank you.
Unable to log in on mobile
I’ve always played this game on and off since 2016 however, lately these past few months I’m unable to log into my account. I try and do forgot password however it keeps saying an error has occurred. I really do love the game but with this problem it’s impossible to play the game.
