Glitched out!
I payed for a pride pass & event last Monday and today.. both times the game glitched and I was unable to play or collect prizes. Can you either fix it please or give me my dosh back.

Dodgy ads
Love the game but recently I have had some ads with AI of celebrities and fake BBC site links selling weight loss pills and a secret cryptocurrency app claiming to be underwritten by the government for £60k. This is going to damage Ru’s reputation!
laggy
trying to get onto week 2 maxi. Already bought the goth dress, game froze so exited. It’s trying to make me buy the dress i’ve already bought so it gets confused and freezes
Extremely disappointed with support and loss of diamonds
I have been a long term paying player of RuPaul Superstar and have supported this game from the beginning. Recently I experienced a serious issue where the game consumed 689 diamonds without my consent and without any confirmation prompt. This happened during an upgrade in an event and the diamonds were taken instantly. I contacted support immediately and was assisted by Bobby from Night Garden Studios. In my experience the responses were very slow and the requests made to me felt unreasonable. I was repeatedly asked to provide screenshots of an event page that no longer exists because the event had ended. I provided a complete step by step description but the issue still was not resolved. What has been most disappointing is that despite years of loyalty and monthly spending, I felt as though my concern was not believed and that I was being made to repeat myself instead of receiving genuine help. In my opinion this has been handled very poorly and it has completely damaged my trust in the support process. I am not asking for refunds of real money. I simply wanted the in game diamonds returned after an error that I had no control over. Having this dismissed or delayed has left me extremely dissatisfied. I hope this review prompts senior staff to take a closer look at how support cases are managed and to treat long term players with the fairness and respect they deserve.

Been playing this game for years absolutely love it
heavy on the play to win
Been playing for about a week and while the game is definitely addictive, I’m not sure that is always the best thing as you can lose a lot of time playing this. This is a farming type game, however there are certain mechanics where you must “upgrade” your stations in order to earn money in idle mode. As many people have noted in other reviews, the progression with this can be very slow because you either need to watch ads for a very measly payout or spend your own real life money. There are many instances in the game where it feels like you need to pay to progress normally. This becomes especially apparent in the daily and weekly challenges where you are either put up against players who have very obviously spent a lot of money on exclusive clothing and upgrades, or players wirh similar builds to you where you still end up mysteriously losing most of the time. Furthermore. it seems like the main focus is fashion, where you must collect items of clothing for higher points, however I’m unsatisfied with the fact that it doesn’t actually encourage creativity because everyone ends up putting together the same builds to maximise points etc. Not to mention, the clothing items don’t look nice interchangeably and generally get quite boring quite fast. Furthermore a lot of the clothing options are visually quite atrocious as well, so personally that didn’t really incentivise play for me. Overall, these features of play make out a rather frustrating gaming experience which is compounded by how cynical and financially motivated all these choices seem to be. That being said, this is not uncommon with these pay to win type of farming idle games, but then again, these types of games are notorious for being low effort cash grabs that you get misleading ads for in between instagram reels. Oh wait — that’s exactly how I found out about this game, lol. Disappointed but not surprised I guess? Although I was expecting a higher quality game coming from such a large and beloved franchise. It seems to me like this game was created to help pay off RuPaul’s mortgage or something, which I guess is fine but it doesn’t really reflect well on anyone involved with its creation.
It’s okay
The maxi challenges are scored extremely unfairly, the other person could have pieces that aren’t upgraded compared to my fully upgraded pieces and i will still loose. This really needs fixing, it makes the game frustrating to play. Also, please add more rewards for a season. I tend to finish collecting the rewards 15-20 days before the next season, feels pointless playing the game after that.

I love this game so much its like your in rupaul drag race u just have to give it your alllllll

Not a game for someone who’s not willing to pay at least £10 a week, fun for a few days then if you don’t pay for things, you might aswell delete it, gutted because i love the show
Buggy
Love this game but every time there is an update I lose out on events from not being able to access the app for hours at least. The newest drag haus update consistently gives me errors and kicks me out. Unable to access the new features and struggle with the ongoing event too 😢
Meh
It’s a fine game. Problem is there’s lots of bugs constantly coming up. Also I mostly only play events but seem to have exceptionally low RPG as I almost never get the cards I need to automate etc either in the free event box, to buy in the store or even to trade for. So I can almost never progress as I can’t sit there tapping my screen every two minutes

The events in this game are horribly glitchy and constantly freezing. Having to come out and back into the game over and over to rectify. It also pushes you to spend money. Super annoying.
Bugs now
It is a really fun game and I have been playing since 2021, however now there are lots of bugs that don't get fixed like werkstations visuals stop working and gameplay progress is not saved so when you come back then the stations xp is lower than when you left but the coins and gems you spent and still taken from your account

Love this game so much, my only gripe would be that there should be so much more to do with haus’s , haus tasks and competitions against other ‘s and a haus chat maybe, would really make the game much more fun and more chances to win prizes, come on you know it makes sense
Please fix the ad’s
Each time I watch an ad it’s the same one and it won’t let you exit the ad. Either fix it or get rid of them altogether

Kinda stole my money
The games fun but I spend like £3 on one of those kits for the event game modes and it’s taken my money but I had an error come up and I didn’t get what I paid for, like the money is out of my account but I’ve received no in game product
Fun but keeps breaking.
I love this game I play it nearly everyday, it’s now gotten to the point where it’s so hard to pass episodes and just end up playing the mini events. Sometimes the money stops going and it freezes so I have to restart the game which is very annoying. Other than that it genuinely is one of my favourite games just wish that bug would be fixed.

Downloaded, broken within 10 minutes. Timers didn’t work without reloading, now can’t even log into the game. No I will not contact customer services to go out of my way to play a game that broke less than 10 minutes into gameplay as the generic response from developers doesn’t acknowledge the problem itself, only placate via customer service
Major disappointment
Loved the game but lots of bug issues, played it for like a year straight and unlocked so much stuff and one day it decided to just never load again and I lost all my stuff. Fix this…… HEEENIEEEE this is not kunty slaying the house down now is it???? Unacceptable 😭

Great Game But I have some suggestions
I love this game! I’m a fan of the show and wanted to get the game. It’s fun, you collect a lot of costume pieces and unlock queens who appeared in the show. Only issue with the game is it’s very pay to play. I grind A LOT in events and still never place high enough to get the makeup pieces and epic/legendary pieces. I’m not saying these should be super easy to get but it would be nice if there was still a way to do it and it be attainable. I have 2 suggestions. 1 - Add a purchasable makeup box. We have one for drag pieces but why not makeup? You can get 1 makeup piece on the free track of the season pass and you can save 12.5k toot coins to buy either eye makeup or lips but you never can buy both unless you saved about a month in advance. 2 - Add more body types. I’m a woman who would like my game character to represent me and it would be nice to play as a woman since women can be drag queens too. It could be cool to add unique skin tones and eye colours too because I’ve seen many irl looks that involve have a fantasy skin colour or unique eye colour like red/yellow/purple etc. What if it’s an extra custom option? It could be something worth looking into Anyways thanks for reading :3
Could be good, ruined by numerous glitches
The game essentially is a dress up and compete, whilst featuring Ru and some of the Drag Race favourites that we know and love. It’s fairly engaging but it’s littered with errors which really make it a miserable experience to player. There’s nothing more disheartening than paying actual money to help you compete, and then become aware it doesn’t matter what you do, there are players exploiting glitches to whale all over the game. It’s so blatant and the game does absolutely nothing to prevent it - there’s no mechanism to report it and the blatant cheating is just getting worse. Add in the numerous glitches that also screw players over, missing rewards, resetting progress made, missing entries to the pvp competition, then it’s really not worth playing in its current form. Beta game, that needs some serious improvement

I’m really disappointed that after the worst season of RuPaul’s drag race aired, and the fans spoke up in huge numbers about this issue, why is Kitty Scott-Claus getting a designated section of this game after her racist and bullying behaviour. None of the other more successful queens have featured, so why her? Yet more favouritism. I hate that one of my favourite tv shows endorses this kind of behaviour. I think I will have to disengage from it for a while. I also second what others have been saying: it’s impossible to win any of the challenges. More upsell upsell upsell.
Best game
Favourite game, only problem is the last update has caused a few issues and bugs. Mainly with the Haus section
Fun at first but account gets randomly deleted
Been playing and enjoying this game for over a year, but two of my accounts have now been randomly deleted. The first time it happened, the support desk just told me that my account didn't exist and they couldn't help me get it back, even though I did nothing to delete it. Eventually started playing again and the same thing's happened after two months. Fun game but don't be surprised if you find all your progress erased randomly.

Enjoy the game but every so often it glitches, meaning you don’t get items you’ve earned, even if you’ve bought packs to earn that item. Which is very annoying

I absolutely love this game so much, few pointers though in that the newest update won’t let me join a drag house, something about the internet connection which is fine everywhere else? And sometimes it feels like you’re almost at the point of having to pay for lipsticks to get on with the game - one episode took me so long because I refused to cash in, but other than that fabulous!

Great game apart from recent bug
I’ve been playing this game for years because I love it but at the moment it’s glitching out on the event, I’d unlocked all werk stations and all but one automated, I was the highest score! However I went off the game no longer than 30 seconds and came back to werkstations all jumbled some said start even though they already were, the amounts produced by werkstations were significantly lower, I’ve lost gem and werkstation characters that I’d already unlocked! It keeps flashing the no WiFi sign but I definitely have WiFi and data! I’m assuming it’s another bug, very disappointed because I’d spent so much time finally ranking 1st. Please fix this!
