Update new Collingwood app
I have an i15 phone and cannot update how do I go about updating it?
Not available for older iPhones
This new version can’t be downloaded to older iPhones, I have an an iPhone 8plus running the latest iOS available for this model. Can’t download the app and has can no longer use the previous version so I can’t access my data and or my mobile membership. Can you please advise how we can continue to access the previous version of the app.
Ticketmaster bleach
I love almost everything Collingwood except Ticketmaster. The process of redeeming tickets is cumbersome non-intuitive and, frankly, painful.
Please fix video issues
Video still locking in full screen view. Have to delete app and reinstall to watch next video. Frustrating.
The app isn’t great but go pies anyway hence the 3 stars when it probably should have been 1
Go Pies
Go pies
I love just scrolling through watching highlights of the pies games Go Pies
WTPharK
I keep trying to buy items and it won’t give me the 10% off. And when I add an items to buy it takes me back to the beginning making me scroll on and on, which also makes it annoyingly easy to give up on buying items.
No stone unturned
All the content you need and want and no fluff. Simple layout and design interface. Flawless interaction tool for a member and fan. I use it frequently. However for 2025 we can no longer watch videos in landscape mode? What happened there devs? Please revert back. Edit 13-05-25: The new update fixed the no full screen landscape issue. Thanks developer team- your work appreciated! :) Update 18-5-25: full screen videos cant be closed or replayed. App seems to lock up. Only closing via app switcher and reopening works around this. Not elegant. Update 25-5-25: full screen adjustment issue seems kinda fixed. The expand/ contract toggle button that's been added works but then once a video finishes that same toggle button is not visible in either landscape of portrait view. Needs a look at. 4.5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟✨
Too busy and hard to find what you want
Jut give me straight up latest news in article format please!
Notifications
Overall, app is smooth and intuitive, however, notifications rarely work. Living in the US, this is imperative in order to follow the club.
Very Convenient
Honestly it’s great. It’s very organised when telling people news, updating information on time etc. I have no trouble in using it and it has any information I’m looking for
Girls footy
You seem to do more on the aflw than the afl
More articles
Pre-season training & VFL updates would be great
Collingwood
An absolute amazing app 10 out of 10 would recommend!
Worst app I have ever used
This is the worst app to navigate for members who ever designed it get a real job
Fan
Very thorough. Between the afl app and this one, the Pies are well-covered.
Hello I like the app
It cool
horrendous functionality
any app based on ticketmaster technology is always going to be riddled with problems. getting constantly logged out for no reason is infuriating
Michael
It’s the best App that lets you no and football and players 👍
Doesn’t work with an older iPhone
Can’t access my tickets anymore since they “upgraded” the app. Horrible user experience. Zero stars.
Collongwood’s Connection with its Members
All 110,000 Members look forward to the email/sms/ video’s of activities, actions and regular notifications s about the Collingwood AFL/ AFLW & VFL

Barcode

Unable to download the latest version of app
I have supported Collingwood for many years and accessed the app on my iPad very often as it’s easier to view than the phone. I am now unable to access the app because my iOS version is 15.6.1 and 16 or above is required for the Collingwood update. My iPad was purchased in 2020 or 2021 and I’m not sure why the recent update to a higher iOS version won’t work. But it seems unfair that Collingwood is choosing to cut people off from the app at the beginning of what looks like being an exciting season. Maureen
