Suxs
Probably great for the ‘people in the know’ but it suxs if you are new and want to support your local team/Australia’s national team and need some basic information and dates for home games etc. I’m too old to play but I’d love to watch games in person and buy merchandise to support my local team. The app/website is disappointing for people like me.
Timezones not stated
It would be good if the app stated which timezone the game times are listed in.
No access to Diamonds anymore
Previously it was easy to switch between SSN and the Diamonds fixtures/results, but now there is nothing other than SSN. App support email isn’t answered after 2 weeks. Seems like functionality is taken away with app updates over the past few years.

Update fail
Updated the stupid app and now I see no scores or ladder updates for 2025 😭 should never have updated it…uninstalling and reinstalling doesn’t work either.

There should be a way to turn off scores so I can navigate the app without being spoiled the scores
Replays?
In the old app we could search previous years and watch the replays on the games. Where can I find this now?
Ok
Right now I’m in a death spiral with this app, It won’t let me use it until I upgrade, I upgrade, but the banner telling me to upgrade still won’t go away and so I can’t use the app. Sigh. Example of where this app is not as professional as others. Having said that, otherwise I find it easy enough to use and love that I can watch games whenever I want. A good feature is it enables you to block scores. I do have an issue projecting it to my TV, maybe bandwidth issue rather than app issue tho.

I can’t say anything else, BUT THIS APP IS AMAZING! Like knowing I can track every single game, and when to watch it. Definitely recommend 👍
Not worth it if you cannot post the players positions
Worst update this year. Need the player positions each quarter - who cares about net points

I have enjoyed this app for a couple of years now but suddenly it has stopped working when I hit on a replay it just logs out….what can I do? I have now deleted the app and downloaded again and so far all is working so really pleased to be able to continue watching the fantastic netball
Chrome cast not working
I am a Telstra mobile customer so I have access to the app. However I have been trying for an hour to chrome cast off it and it is not working. Just leaves me with a blank screen. What is the point of functionality if it does not work?
Keeps shutting down
I have loved using this app, but all of sudden now everytime I go to watch a replay the app just shuts off - any ideas? I have tried on several different devices...

No videos
The app is good showing upcoming games for SSN and laddder, and some interesting articles to read but ALL the videos I tried to watch were unavailable to watch (screen black with play button with line through it). App is up to date with current version - just disappointing…

Match replays not working
Normally pretty good, but the app is currently crashing and closes every time I try to watch a match replay. Could this please be looked into and fixed?

Great app for such good value
Scores are revealed - and now it crashes
Scores for recent games are revealed the second you open the app. WHAT THE?! How silly?? Who designed this? Update! App now crashes when I try to hit ‘watch replay’ I want a refund - and when I select ‘app support’ it takes me to 404 error on the website.
Unreliable
It’s great to be able to watch SSN matches from the UK but it’s so inconsistent it doesn’t work 50% of the time! Love being able to watch international archive matches too (when it works!)

Can’t hide scores
In the previous app I had my scores set to hide. I can’t see where to do this on the new app.
Fantastic app
I purchased this after looking for a legal way for us to watch the Suncorp League from where we live(England). The app is very reasonably priced for the years subscription. And the added bonus of being able to watch past years games is a great bonus. We are currently slowly making our way through the 2018 season. My only gripe is the app doesn’t always remember the point where we left the match previously. Can be a bit annoying when you get back into the app and you then have to find where you were watching last time.
Would be good to watch a live game
Trying to watch the live game but appears the wrong link has been added and I can only watch a reply of an earlier game. Someone fix please!
Great but issues
I love this app and love being able to watch Suncorp from the UK but there are some issues. My biggest problem this year is that whilst you can hide the results from games the table positioning is shown for each team and it makes it obvious who has won before you’ve watched the match. I’m not sure why this is there.

I love netball and support it so much and this app is amazing. You can buy merchandise and find tickets from least expensive to most expensive. You can also follow your team and find out what’s happening with your team. It also has the ladder so DOWNLOAD NOW!
App still not working 🤦🏻♀️
My mobile is with Vodafone, the app doesn’t work on 4G. Every single time I open the app it tells me I’m not connected to the internet! You point me to a link on the Telstra website to lodge my query yet no clear instructions once on the page where to complain/put feedback. The chat function is a bot which is not going to help. It’s simple, fix the app so it works on networks like Vodafone 4G not just Telstra internet!!!
Love the App - but stop upgrading versions!
(Had to buy a new iPad to keep watching, as the version was upgraded to a new version that was beyond my iPad’s capability. It took days of my time and numerous phone calls to work this issue out, but Apple told me in less than 5 minutes - “the new version of the app is now beyond your iPad’s ability to be upgraded to a version that is compatible with it”. And the iPad was less than 5 years old.....
App Issues
The app often kicks me out when streaming a live game to the TV. Then when I restart, it starts playing the previous game and takes 4-5 attempts to get back onto the live game which often wastes 5+ minutes of the game time.
App update
Even though I sent the message blow - nothing has improved 😩😩😩Really frustrating cannot update the app as requested since the changes. Has some glitch somewhere 😩😩. Please review and fix. Missing the games 😡😡😡 Finals day and really angry that I still cannot update the app to watch the finals on my iPad 😡😡😡😠😔😳
Amazing app
Best app ever for Scores, fixtures and the ladder to see who's winning. It is a very helpful app and I totally recommend it.
Latest Update Error
The latest update has created a loop. When I open the app it provides a link to update the app in the App Store, but I’ve already the app & when I then open it from the store I get the same update app loop. Error only arose following this update.
Good app
I just got this app because I am a big netball fan and am hoping to become a better netball player. My coach suggested that I watch Thunderbirds and see what I pick up. I loved it. I don't really know entirely what the app is about but I am liking it so far.
Paid for subscription but still catch watch the match soon after game finish
I have paid for the subscription but when I try to watch a game through the app not long after the game has finished, you can’t . I thought that’s what we were paying for. You should be able to watch a game no matter what. Waste of money .
Viewing in the UK
Bit fuzzy at times takes time to settle. It would be great if it was easier to rewind and fast forward, maybe a 10 seconds forward or rewind button 🤔

Replays don't work
Can't get replays to play for more than a few seconds before the vision freezes and the audio continues or it goes to black screen with no visual at all. This would be a great app if you could actually watch a replay.
Chrome cast doesn’t work very well
Glad you can now cast it to your tv....however it seems that every second or third pass it’s cutting out and stopping....
could you make it free?
so I’m not with Telstra so I’d have to pay but it’s quite pricey from what I see on my screen but I mainly use it for the ladder and when upcoming games are coming so it’s not too bad but could you make it free or at least cheaper?
Needs some work
I’m from the UK so it’s great to be able to watch the matches and keep up to date. But, the picture quality is often very blurry which makes it difficult to watch and the replays take an absolute age to be available. It’s also really frustrating when you log into the app to watch the replays and the results are there. One last issue is if you log out or you pop to the loo and your screen locks it doesn’t remember the point you were at in the match and takes you back to the beginning. If these glitches could be resolved it would be a great app.
This is the best netball app ever
It is very insightful and easy to navigate. The live scores are almost exactly synced and the videos and articles are amazing. This app is sooooo good.
Replays
Sooooo peeved. Every time the video freezes and the sound plays. Absolutely ridiculous & This is after the match replay “bug fixes” so frustrating, especially when it’s so difficult to see a live match!!
Really good
This is a really great match for watching and being involved in the netball, and also At a really great yearly price. The only thing I would change is that you can’t come back to a match at the same point you have to start it again. Overall i would recommend this app to netball fans
Bring back the annual renewal option
Ok, the app is great, player lineup, replays, national and international Diamond matches available, and easy to access. However I’m cancelling my subscription until the annual option is returned. I love my netty, but now that you can only subscribe weekly or monthly, the prices are crazy. It’s cheaper to purchase 17 weekly subscriptions (14 normal games plus 3 weeks of finals) than it is to get 4 monthly subscriptions (~16 weeks) plus one week. I don’t think this change has been thought out well.
Casting to my sony tv
Can’t seem to cast to my sony TV, says this video isn’t encoded for your device, reload your screen or select a different folder, only want to cast replays.
