Best sports app ever!!!
Such an amazing website it was sooooooo helpful when I wasn’t playing netball. So when I was sick or had an injury I could watch the scores on my phone in the hospital or in bed
Not syncing match time
Just had a game where the app doesnt match the actual start time and delayed by 15mins. No apparent fix… Worked fine for the last two years and now issues :(
Registration bug
My daughter has paid her registration for her team, but the club have advised that they her details haven’t come through to team. I was at a netball comp last night and heard 2 other groups of people talking about this issue. Sounds like a current bug that needs investigation.
Incorrect ladder placing
Generally a pretty good app to use but has a major flaw. GA% not calculated correctly. Our team won 28-0 but is given 0 as GA% and placed below lower scoring teams because of goals being divided by zero. Why not use goal difference the way every other sporting competition does?

Not always accurate and is hard to manage but I must say it is the perfect way to keep track of the score in a game 🙂

Useless
More bugs than a swamp
No choice but to use this app for the last 5 years for both my kids. Somehow still doesn’t have teams in my watch list no matter how many times I add them. It used to but then one day just disappeared & never returned.
Live scores
Why do ended live score games show at the top? To get to the current/upcoming games you have to scroll down all the way and there’s no option to adjust this. And the live score doesn’t update live, you have to refresh or go out and back in!

Team Manager function
Just been assigned Team Manager for 1 of the 4 teams my kids play for. Unfortunately that means my landing page now only shows the team I am TM for, meaning I then have to go into the draw and change screens in order to capture which game is next in the 4 games across 2 competitions my kids play in. Can you please tweak it so the landing page has both TM and all my kids games in one section?

It’s great and all especially if you child plays for more than 1 team which means you can switch clubs, but sometimes you can’t see the ladder! But overall pretty good!

Still terrible. I’m trying to register for a comp. My name is Tom and my child is Alice. It’s telling me to enter a different name for the parent or child.
Help with access
How can I access this without registering as a player. I am an avid netball fan and would love to track Schedule, locations to watch and also track scores. There ate events put on by Netball QLD and the draw is in this app bit I can’t seem to access this??

Worst App ever
WORST APP EVER. Scores don’t update properly, teams given scores of zero when they have won. Steer clear of this garbage and write scores on paper
Pretty good app
The app is really useful for scheduling and tracking the season. I however absolutely hate the fact that I can’t get rid of old games because that didn’t get played from the front page. I have a game from June 2022 as the first game and I can not remove it despite not even having that season on my watch list anymore. Please fix this so we only have current upcoming games in our schedule

This update does not work
Tried to download this update 4 times and all I get is the wheel of death. Issue because the app continually prompts me to update. So I can’t use the app also.
Please redesign this app!
Sorry for being negative but this is my 4th year using this app, and it is still so hard! Please do some end-user workshopping and redesign it. The pathways don’t make sense, the terminology is confusing, there is no way to archive so all your old registrations clutter up your homepage, it’s in no way intuitive… and almost every person who uses it agrees with me. You have a large market, please do better!
I love it!!!
It’s so easy and good to use when I play netball I always love checking the ladders to see if we are on top. It’s quite easy to use and it lets us know when the game times are so we are always their time. It also shows us the other teams in our divisions rank.
Off line for entire game
Very frustrating to have to back up with paper because it can’t be trusted be working.

Terrible App
One of the worst sport apps I have used. Should switch to PlayHQ - basketball has been using for years and is extremely user friendly - now with MyHoops connecting in with PlayHQ it is easier to follow your favourite teams.
