Perfect for taxis in Fuerteventura
Like Uber, but you pay your taxi drivers cash in hand. So easy to use, found cars really quick, and the final amount was usually on the lower end (or even less) than the app fare prediction.

Antes era muy buena , pero ahora al usarala tienes que poner tu tarjeta de credito y te retienen 15 euros porque a ellos les parece

It’s a shame there’s so many negative reviews on here, this app is brilliant. Drivers are reliable and accurate, always on time and get you to your destination with no issue. My boyfriend and I have used it for years and will always use it when we visit Ibiza

Has let me down so many times. Doesn’t pick where I’m up most of the time and also has let me down multiple times . It’s so slow too and I want to throw My phone against a wall when I’m using it. It gets 2 star because it has worked a few times but I’m paying extra money to use Uber because I can’t be bothered with the unreliability of this outdated app

Awful service
Just stayed on the island for a week. Not once (and we tried multiple times) did we manage to book a taxi using the app. Don’t waste your time with the app. Call them instead - which still isn’t great.
Viel Luft nach oben, aber funktioniert
Habe die App im März 2023 geladen, da es eine Empfehlung vom Vermieter meiner Ferienunterkunft auf Fuerteventura war. Registrierung war easy, die Nutzung - gerade bei Vorausbestellungen eines Taxi - hat ganz viel Luft nach oben. War mir nie sicher, ob eine Buchung geklappt hat. Eine Bestätigungsmail mit den Auftragsdetails wäre super. Aber…bei allen Herausvorderungen in der Nuzung…am Ende haben die Buchungen geklappt und deswegen 4 Sterne. Nur die App hätte es wohl nur auf 2 Sterne gebracht.
Systemfehler in aktueller Version v7.7.2
App ist auf meinem iPhone nicht nutzbar in aktueller Version. Bekomme dauernd Systemfehler angezeigt. Keine Taxi Buchung möglich. Letztes Jahr funktionierte das ohne Probleme.
Bien pero falta agregar cosas
Me encanta la App es muy practica y aun mas con la nueva actualización que le dieron.. pero siento que deberían agregar una opción donde te permita agregar animales o una nota al conductor para que pueda saberlo antes de aceptar el viaje.. gracias.

The Worst App EVER
The app itself is very clunky. It's very slow to enter your location. You can enter wait five minutes or so for a Taxi, they accept your journey then cancel and you have to enter all the details again. As the summer gets underway you can do that 10 times it drives you mad!
Funktioniert auf Fuerteventura
wenn auch etwas hakelig. Bei der Registrierung keine Probleme. Taxi kommt schnell. Mehrfach verwendet.
Fehlerhafte Ortung
Die App weiß wo genau man steht, aber das Taxi wird in eine andere Straße bestellt. Da man keine Nachrichten an das Taxi senden und auch nicht anrufen kann, geistert das Taxi in der falschen Straße herum, bis die Bestellung storniert wird. Manche Fahrer rufen an, dann kann man sie an den Standort dirigieren - aber das ist wirklich schlecht gemacht.

Consiglio di trovare una soluzione per le seguenti problematiche - spesso l’applicazione non si apre - se dopo aver chiamato un taxi passo ad un’altra applicazione, il sistema cancella la mia prenotazione - sarebbe ottimo ricevere un messaggio/notifica dal driver una volta confermato. - aumentate le informazioni al cliente così si crea meno confusione(lo dico anche per i Taxisti)

Didn’t work
Tried to use in Tenerife, got message “the subscriber account already activated” when trying to book a taxi. How do you have an error message that is actually a positive statement. Idiot developers. Complete waste of time and let down. Deleted.
Gut funktioniert
Wir waren etwas abseits auf Ibiza. Taxi rufen mit der App hat bis auf 1x immer gut funktioniert - ganz im Gegensatz zur Telefonnummer, bei der selbst nach 30 min. Klingeln niemand erreichbar ist.. Das Taxi kam immer innerhalb von 10 Minuten.
Man zahlt schnell doppelt
Leider ist es so, dass bei der Bestellung eines Taxis auf der Kreditkarte ein Betrag reserviert wird. Im Taxi selber verlangen Fahrer eine Zahlung in bar oder mit Karte. Wenn man dann erneut ein Taxi bestellt beziehungsweise es reicht schon,wenn man die App öffnet, wird einem angezeigt, dass der Betrag noch zu zahlen ist. Mir ist es so passiert, dass ich doppelt gezahlt habe und das Geld habe ich nie zurückbekommen. Leider echt uncool.
Painful but it works
Slow and glitchy but if you’re patient with it, the app does its job and a taxi shows up. Personally, didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes for a taxi. Recommend just paying the driver directly after your ride rather than dealing with entering payment info into the app.

Extremely unreliable and a time-waster.
It's better than nothing but four times out of five the addresses in their database are completely inaccurate. The taxi drivers will instantly accept your booking then immediately drive off in the opposite direction clearly with other passengers but won't cancel. So you'll be left standing around wondering what's happened. When the drivers do decide to see through the booking, they often seem to have no ability to figure out where you actually are so eventually give up and again just drive off in the opposite direction. As I said, it's better than nothing but don't rely on it.

L’applicazione funziona, l’ho usata tre volte e il taxi è sempre arrivato puntuale, inoltre rispetto al radiotaxi si fa decisamente prima. Unico difetto: a prenotazione completata non arriva un messaggio di conferma, che invece sarebbe opportuno. Arriva invece un messaggio 4 minuti prima dell’arrivo del taxi. Speriamo nei prossimi aggiornamenti

Dos veces que me han fallado TaxiClick ,recogen a otras personas y me quedo en la calle intentando llamar porque en la App pone que estoy en el taxi. Pensaba que la app era para evitar estos problemas pero hacen lo que les da la gana .
If it works it’s great
Used it three times now. First two times is worked great. Fill in the destination and in two minutes your taxi arrives 👌🏻. Last two days the app continuously crashes if you open it. After a couple of time it worked but you have to login again! The last time i ordered a taxi it kept running or aborting the taxi ride. So an old fashioned hand up was this time sufficient 😅. Worked good 2 times of a 3, so 3 stars for me.

The best, worst app I’ve ever used
Used TaxiClick in Ibiza with a group of friends this past week. This app felt like it was written by someone whose experience consisted of a few tutorials on YouTube. I don’t think they’ve ever heard of the term “user experience”. Subpar user interface, and almost no indication of when a cab would arrive. More time was spent on the waiting screen animation than on the rest of the app. That said, every time we called a cab one eventually arrived. It could be 16:00 in the afternoon or 4:00 in the morning; we were never stranded. It didn’t look pretty, but the app worked. Some tips: - Make sure you’re on semi-decent WiFi when making the initial call - After requesting a ride, don’t close your phone or switch to another app - Have someone waiting by the pickup location, because there’s a chance your ride will get there before you even know there is a driver

This is the only app you can use in Ibiza if you want to book a regular white cab. Most of drivers are nice and always try to help you.
Stole my bag
Took a taxi to a restaurant and on leaving the car the driver sped off. Contacted the company countless times but provided no help. Eventually had to go to the police station and report the crime to claim on my insurance.

Scam Drivers
Driver parked away from the agreed pick up stop (it was at a accessible place), called us to say we had to walk to him. When we managed to find the taxi he had parked in a hotel car park and ignored us as we went to talk to him instead was just playing the crossword. After literally standing in from of him and waving in his face he let us in the car. We got in the taxi to find HE HAD LEFT THE METER RUNNING. It had already racked up 6 euros before we even set off. We paid him to play a game in the newspaper, what a disgrace.

L’applicazione funziona bene, c’è qualche difficoltà sul posizionamento del civico che può risultare non molto esatto ma si può vedere il taxi in arrivo sulla mappa.

Slow, unreliable and backwards for ages of technology we live in. Terrible infrastructure & service
Not reliable, poor grade and low budget app for an high grade island that is incredibly expensive. It can cancel you whenever it feels like it. Customer service is awful and not helpful! Uber is a more expensive however, on point and more reliable than this app! You can’t even make contact with the driver unless they call you, which most don’t and ignore you or some drivers call to ask where you are going and if the direction doesn’t suit them they cancel you especially if you get drivers around their change over time of 17:00h.
Perché obbligatorio gps?
Veramente non vedo il motivo di rendere obbligatorio il gps all'avvio. Se voglio soltanto prenotare che senso ha? E se il gps ha rilevato male, non si riesce nemmeno a modificare l'indirizzo di partenza! 😱
Buono ma migliorabile
Al primo utilizzo poco comprensibile, ma il funzionamento è ottimo. Unica pecca che segnalo: non si riesce a inserire manualmente la posizione, bisogna essere sul posto con il gps. Stessa cosa per la destinazione, non sono mai riuscita ad inserirla.
