Horrible
Drivers refuse when distance is far. I know uber is more costly, but worth no hassle
No funciona
Taxis libres
Worst ever
App barely works and rare a taxi comes, plus map is a joke shows them near by then miles away. Also cannot cancel either it’s a joke
Application correcte
Decent app
I had read all the other negative reviews and i almost did not download the app. I am glad I did, because it is a helpful app which is reliable. A taxi never cancelled on us (we used it three times) and was never late. The taxi arrives within 10 minutes and the prices are not bad. The taxi drivers speak barely english but they are nice.
Horrible experience
We downloaded and tried because our driver suggested it was better and faster than calling when he dropped us off at the beach. We ordered a cab through the app, it took 20 minutes just for it to book a driver and said they would arrive in 10 minutes. After 10 minutes it said the driver was arriving and immediately said the ride was finished. Don’t waste your time. We ended up having to call the company and are still waiting on the street.
Incompleto
He olvidado mi contraseña y es imposible volver a registrarme Ana
Rápido y fácil
No tenía fe pero va genial.
App leaves much to be desired
In theory the app is a good idea, but it does not work correctly. It doesn’t record the right day for booking so you have to end up calling the taxi company anyway. I still haven’t been able to book a taxi that I need. Do not recommend.
Great experience!
Hidden gem of Mallorca. Works like a charm! Would definitely recommend, although app is a little outdated. Works like butter after the 5-10 mins of making an account. Haven't encountered any scams yet through this app so pretty it's legit. The taxis are on time, nice and understanding. Just don't try to cancel a ride. U won't be able to. But u don't pay till the end of ur ride. Otherwise great experience if ur in Mallorca and looking for a cheap alternative to uber!
Not suitable for parties of 5 or over
App seems well made and user friendly. However, it keeps crashing when you select more than 4 passengers. This made it useless for us as a family of 5.
App doesn’t work
Don’t waste your time trying to download the app. I’ve put all my info to register and still have yet to receive a confirmation email from the app. App is trash!
Fatal
Great app
I read all the bad reviews and had bad hopes. But the app worked great taxi never cancelled on us and were always there really fast. I would reccomend this app for sure its great to use in spain bc theres no uber here and this is almost identical.
Unable to register
Do not waste your time this application is not working
Life Saver!
I used this app to get to and from work while I wait on my car to arrive. A taxi driver gave me a card that instructed me to download the app. You have to register for an account which was super easy. When booking ensure that you have your location on for precise pick up locations and make sure you are booking for the day that you want the taxi to pick you up…PAY ATTENTION. Very easy to book the wrong day if you’re not attentive; triple check. The taxi picked me up a couple of minutes past the time I requested (2-3 minutes). But all in all I got to work on time! If you know you’re suppose to be at a certain place at a certain time, please factor in a 10-15 minute time addition for good measure. Just in case they are running behind.
App no good
App kept crashing when trying to launch after setting up logins. Re-installed app but still didn’t work. Guess it is not compatible with iOS latest version
Funktioniert perfekt.
No sirve
