Non utilizzabile
Rimane il limite del numero di telefono con massimo nove cifre, quindi ci si può registrare solo se si ha un numero spagnolo. Considerato la quantità di turisti che arrivano da tutto il mondo o quasi mi sembra cosa fuori dalla realtà. Siamo nel 2025….
Añadir perfil de un menor
Se debería de permitir dentro del perfil de un adulto, añadir el perfil de un menor, por ejemplo mi hijo de 11 años ya no tiene el bono infantil, por lo que cada vez que tenga que recargar su bono “joven”, tengo que desplazarme a una parada de tranvia o una estación de guaguas. Cuando si tuviera esa opción en la app, sería más fácil.

Doesn’t work with my new phone
I have recently bought an iPhone Air and had problems using the app. When I phoned for technical support I was told that the app doesn’t work with the Air and that I should get another phone! If this is true they should be working to fix the issues in the app
Beste Möglichkeit Ten+ Tickets zu erwerben
Ich finde die App gut, zwar ist die Sprache Englisch und der Registrierungsprozess umständlich, aber hat man das einmal durchschaut, kann man super easy (und vor allem günstig!!!) Bus und Tram fahren. 5er Ticket z.B. 2,50€ und man scannt einfach den QR Code im Bus ein. Guthaben bleibt jahrelang erhalten, falls man mal wiederkommt :)
App funktioniert, leider extrem Umständlich
Die App soll allen auf Teneriffa den Kauf von Tickets für den ÖPNV ermöglichen. Folgender Weg funktioniert: -Download der App -Registrierung über rein spanische Eingabemaske. -im Feld Telefonnummer 123456789 eingeben -als ZIP Code deutsche PLZ eingeben -Aufladen des Online Guthabens per Visa Debit Karte - Kauf von Tickets Folgende Hürden sind da: - Verwendung nur Für Locals gedacht - schlechte grafische Darstellung/Geräteanpassung - rein spanische Ticketbeschreibungen - keine Sprachauswahl - keine Registrierung physisch erworbener ChipKarten möglich Auf gut deutsch es wurde nur bis an die eigenen Fußspitzen gedacht…
Geht so…
Es braucht eine Emailadresse zwecks aktivierung vom Konto. Die Telefonnummer kann eine xbeliebige 9-stellige Nummer sein. Bei Passport kann die ID-Kartennummer angegeben werden. Das geht nicht beim ID-Feld, das ist wohl für Spanier. Trotzdem taucht die IDNummer korrekt auf dem Ticket auf. Was nicht geht: Apple pay! Jedes mal zum aufladen die Kreditkartennummer eingeben :(

Great app and easy to use. Don’t let all the negative reviews from all the brits complaining about a local Tenerife bus app put you off. They seem to think it’s an entitlement that everything bends to their way on every part of the globe.

Useful app if travelling long routes
I think unless you’re doing a lot of travelling around the island you’re much better off just buying the travel card to get about,it’s far easier and quicker to use .Just tell the bus driver how many in your party, touch the card to the reader, then when you exit the bus (from the middle door) touch your card on the reader to finish your trip and it’ll display your balance left on your card,

Only for locals
Marketed as being for everyone but not possible to register if you’ve got a UK phone number (these have more digits than the app will let you enter). As for entering a UK postcode (app says zip code) forget it as only numbers are allowed in this field and UK postcodes are letters and numbers. Absolute nonsense. Get more tourists on buses and there will be fewer idiots in hire cars… oh, wait… was this app created to boost hire car businesses..?

Komplett auf Spanisch, daher ggf. jemanden an der Hotel-Rezeption um Hilfe bitten: Registrierung geht mit eigener Email und Telefonnr. „0“ sowie der Pass-Nr. (auf den Reisepass oben rechts). Aufladen mit Kreditkarte funktioniert. Ich hab das 5-Streckenticket „Bono 5 viajes“ genutzt für 5€. Es gibt auch 1-Tages- („Abono 1 dia“) und 7 -Tages-Tickets („Abono 7 dias“).
Macht, was es soll
Perfekt um für Teneriffa ein online Ticket für Bus und Bahn zu kaufen. 10€/Tag , 50€/Woche. Allerdings braucht man für die Registrierung Entweder eine spanische Handynummer oder kürzt die deutsche Handynummer auf 9 Stellen. So habe ich das gemacht und es hat funktioniert. Beim einsteigen in den Bus muss jedes Mal der QR-Code gescannt werden. Es wird also quasi auf Basis des 7-Tage-Abos für jede Busfahrt ein kostenloses einmal-Ticket generiert

Won’t let you register with a UK phone number/post code
App works well
Against all the other reviews, I have to say that the app works well also for foreigners and tourists. In the registration process you are asked for a 6-9 number phone number. Just enter any number there and you’re good to go. The registration finishes with an email. In the app you can buy various tickets. If you don’t speak Spanish, just make a screenshot and translate it with google. Payment worked fine and you just have to scan the qr code inside the bus.

Waste of time if you’re a tourist.won’t accept British phone numbers and need a zip code Get a travel card from the kiosk €2 then top up when you need to
Pointless
Titsa website (in English) recommends tourists download the App to buy tickets. But only allows Spanish residents with Spanish phone number and postcode to use it. You can add fake phone and zip codes, but what’s the point? Once in the app, half the links don’t work either. In fairness, the actual Titsa website is barely functional as well, so it’s hardly a surprise the App doesn’t work.
Not able to register
We downloaded the app and started the process to register. Enter phone number. Did this (uk) - rejected as too long (0-9 digits). No way uk number can be this short. Couldn’t complete registration so app no use at all
Can’t register “invalid characters”
Research suggest it’s best to use the app than pay €2 for the travel card. But the app won’t let me register and doesn’t detail which fields are in error / what reason. Possibly it doesn’t like UK “zip code” also says mobile number should be between 0 and 9 characters…. ?
