Excellent Customer Service
I have used this app for years and have found it very accommodating. I found myself at a loss for my password and received help from Joe, who guided me through the process of the synchronization portion of the app and retrieved all of my data. Very happy with this company.
Bad update
Can’t update on my computer so I’m going to find a new site 😢
Server error 200 iPhone app
Also on iMac. Edit changed my rating with quick response from support on fix. Only 4 stars as price keeps rising.
Data collected and stored in Amazon’s servers!
The advertisement of data not being collected is misleading. This app collects and synchs all of the data into amazon’s data centers. Amazon is infamous for stealing and selling peoples data and if you are going to collect user data and store it in amazons servers, at least don’t advertise it as “data not collected”
Unstable!
I’ve been using MEO for years now. At first I was reluctant to pay the annual subscription but realizing year after year how safe and easy it was to use. However recently, I’ve noticed that the app has become increasingly more glitchy and unreliable. It tends to shut itself off during a search and sometimes won’t open at all. I’ve tried reinstalling the app but tends to be a temporary fix, or, not a fix at all. I’ve stored a great deal of data in the app and really trying not to go through the process of painstakingly moving my information elsewhere. In some cases for the logins that I use frequently, I’ve transitioned to the Apple “strong password” feature and abandoned MEO. For what I’m paying annually for the app, my expectations for quality and reliability have also grown in concert with your price increases over time. Once again, I’ll continue to use the app through out the year and evaluate the performance. I’ve not had the time to explore other options and transfer my information. If I continue to experience the instability and glitchy performance, I’ll begin the process before I renew.

Love this app, I been using it for years, it’s keep my information safe with no hackers trying to steal my information. Also it helps me to remember my passwords. 😁
Passwords Lost
Lost all passwords due to I forgot my password to login. No support provided
Can’t see Face ID option anymore and subscription payment issue
I’m not sure if it’s a bug and I think I am up to date with Versions, however there’s no longer a Face ID option showing anymore. Will it be coming back? Also I have just sent message about why the subscription auto renewal monthly payment seems to have been taken out 10 days late. Apple advise one date but payment has been deducted on a different date. Apart from these 2 current issues, long term subscriber and have found the app invaluable.
All Notes Disappeared from Ap
In the last few days, (November 2024) all notes in the various sections & entries are no longer visible unless “Edit” is selected. What have you done!? Restore this capability now!
large price increase
I’ve used MEO for many years and it is a very good password mgmt app. The annual subscription fee just got jacked up by 33%, however. I know inflation is high right now but that is excessive. I will be canceling my subscription and will look for something else. My needs are simple so I may just go to putting everything on a spreadsheet.
Umm
So just these last few days I went into the app and now everything is in Spanish. I can’t revert it back. I went into iPhone settings and the language chosen is English. I have deleted and reinstalled. I have logged out and back in. I have offloaded the app and to no avail. Is anyone else experiencing this? If this is on the developers side can yall please fix this issue.
Greedy app
They charged me to be able to add more and now to add more they want a recurring subscription. Not worth it since you can lock your free notes app on the iPhone.
Great app
Have been using this app for years now, it’s only failing is being unable to work on my PC. But that hasn’t really been a drama. Excellent app and will be even better if I can store membership cards after the update
Pricey and Updates Messed up MyData
I used to like this app but after the 30% price increase and the updates that messed up my data, I’m less a fan as before. I also can’t get my subscription updated via iPhone.
Disappointed with Recovery of Data
I’ve used this app for years. I recently misplaced my password so I was unable to open the app. I deleted the app because it said I could restore it using the Syncription feature after reloading the My Eyes Only app. Now the Syncription credentials aren’t working. I was unable to login using my username and password. I tried to reset my password and the security questions aren’t working. It’s a pain because I have a lot of data and I want to get it back. Support????

Swear word
I have had this app for years with no problems. Last week they updated it and it went to a new system. Completely wiped out years of saved passwords. Customer service has yet to reply. Garbage stay away if your smart

Ottima applicazione, la uso da anni, ma la software house ha un servizio clienti VERGOGNOSO! Sul sito non c’è una email a cui chiedere help; non danno assistenz di nessun tipo! Sul mio computer, aprendo My Eyes Only appare in angolo la scritta “SYNCING ESPIRED”! Pago regolarmente annualmente il servizio ma adesso non ho più la sincronizzazione e tutti i dati devo inserirli a mano su tutti i device! Nessun avviso, nessuna assistenza e prezzo lo stesso! Veramente VERGOGNA!
Very Messy
The latest update has disabled my Syncryption password and disabled the ability to change the current password. This needs fixing ASAP.

Lost all my password
Had the old app that I paid for and then they did a update that they did not have my old info on. I accidentally deleted the app and now don’t have any information. For a password app this is unacceptable and don’t use this app.

I have used this for years. Only request - can you include the option to upload a photo for each data entry eg I have entered my passport details and I would like to upload a photo of the passport details.
30% Price Increase
I love this app, but just received notice from Apple that the price for my renewal in October is increasing from $29.99 to $39.99. Just can’t justify that much of an increase in a single year, so I cancelled my subscription.
Good app but...
This is a pretty good app but I feel they have been price gouging for a long time. Forced upgrades and now a jump from $30 a year to $50! Will definitely be looking for a new app, even if it means manually moving all my passwords.

No good
Clunky and not reliable. None of the MEO apps are reliable and sadly I wouldn’t trust this app with my passwords.
Great product
New version works well syncing between devices and the cloud backup is a bonus. Face ID with iPhoneX works well
Alphabet pick option locks up the app!
This app keeps coming up with ways to disappoint. Now the option to pick by alphabet locks up the app. I may have to find a new app.

Great App
We have been using this app for 3 years or more. It is rock solid and we have never had an Issue. My wife and I both sync to each other so if one of us changes a password the other person gets it
Data missing w/2024 update & not getting it back!
I was a very satisfied customer for the past 10 years. But with the 2024 updated version of MEO, multiple entries of mine have been lost!!!Joe has coached me with emails, tried everything, but nothing has worked to retrieve missing data. I just wrote him in 5th attempt to retrieve much needed usernames and passwords. We shall see, but I am giving up hope and looking for a new system.

Love this app and have used it for years. This is one app I use almost every day. Easily syncs with all my Apple devices. I highly recommend it to store all your confidential password and account information.
Alfabet R-kolom is waardeloos!
Wat een drama die laatste 2 updates. 1) Eerst was er geen alfabet aan de rechter zijlijn, waardoor makkelijk scrollen door wachtwoorden heen was. Nu is er wel een maar past hij (op telefoon) er niet geheel op waardoor ik bij de wachtwoorden die met een ‘z’ beginnen niet kom. 2)Wat ook ook heel erg mis is dat ik overige informatie nu nergens meer kwijt kan. Ik hoop dat jullie het eerste probleem snel kunnen verhelpen, app wordt wel betaald.

To counter previous review
After an update and renewal my account was blank. I gave a bad review, but support worked with me to regain all my passwords. They were very diligent! Even though it took some time to establish I am the owner of the account due to their very tight security measures, which is a very good thing these days, they were able to assist me in syncing my account. Thank you Joe. Fan for life. I apologize for my very harsh response initially.
Doesn’t update other devices
I use both an iPad and iPhone 12 on my Apple account and every time I verify from one to the other neither device actually “updates”! Why advertise that “all your devices sync” when they clearly don’t?

Too Expensive other bugs
As a retiree I have to watch a budget. I purchase a license for this app back when I was using an iPhone 3 and relied on it for many years. Then they introduced the subscription feature. What a sucker punch. I see the app now has 22 reviews on the app store, woo woo! Think how many more you might have if you adjusted your price to a more reasonable amount. Food for thought...

Some of the data input had to be adjusted as the system is probably American but other than that I think very good. It is good to have my boring little life in one place

Premetto che uso la versione Classic da sempre... Rispetto alla versione Classic sono troppo poche le novità per motivarne l'acquisto. Inoltre sembra un po' più "pesante". Serve qualche miglioramento e potrebbe diventare interessante comprarla.
