Avis
Francyne

Simple but quirky
I like the simplicity and the pattern lock login, but the copy/ paste function is terrible and things like highlighting and moving text are very problematic
Love this app
Easy to use. User interface is friendly. Feels relatively safe!
Used to love
Don’t be fooled! If you accidentally press delete - the note is gone forever! It does not back up actual notes to the cloud, it does not have a deleted folder, it does not ask you “are you sure?” and the company will not respond to any emails you send!!!
Great!
I like the simplicity of it. I just wish we could have other colors instead of brown only without paying for them. After all it’s just color. Other than that I like it. Took a minute to see how the font could change. Other than that I like it.
Very disappointed
I upgraded the app and paid $29.99 and iCloud Sync & Backup is blocked for me. You have the choice to pay $9.99 year, $1.99 month or one time purchase $29.99. I like the app. The reason I paid $29.99 is because I want the iCloud Sync & Backup. I am very disappointed I paid for the service and I didn’t get it.
Help
My notes deleted. How I can I recover it. I really need it. I can pay for it please
Great
Thanks for the bug fixes, it's a great app, the only downside was the iOS update, it always worked fine, thanks.
Deleted Note
This app would be the absolute truth but I noticed a glitch of sorts. I had a note with proprietary information on it just vanish. I actually pay for all the features so I have the cloud function. Being that my files are backed up I figured to delete the app and redownload but I was looking for a deleted item function but to no avail. That’s needed for this app. Fix this!
Horrible
Do not trust this app.
Would’ve been 5 star
I’ve had this app since 2014. After the last update when I went to sign in it just kept crashing. Wrote to support which came back with answer that basically said they couldn’t help me. I deleted and restored the purchase. 10 years worth of info gone. It was great app but if you can’t help me fix and recover it’s worthless and not too happy with losing my info. Lesson learned, write it down as well.
missing information
I love this app. I’ve been using it for years. However, I’m now missing Information and I don’t know how to retrieve it. It would be good to have support available for situations like this. I’m sure it’s an easy fix, but I need support and I don’t have it. Other than that, the app is great.
How to backup my passwords
I forgot my password
It will no longer open for me
I have no access to years of journaling now. Sad
Solid
I've used for years, it's great.
Well
I had this app for several years. Love it. I even turned around about paid for it. Because I could keep my notes, poems, and short stories private. But. Now they want you to pay for this and that. Why make loyal customers, upgrade again? I can almost understand someone who just downloaded the app. But come on! Doesn’t the ones who’ve had this app when it first came out count for something? Needless to say I’m not doing another purchase for this app.
If erased can’t recover data😡
Had data from several years which my nephew erased. No customer service to speak of and lost very important reminders and data.
Great App
I love this app and use it all the time!
Erased all my notes
I just opened Note Lock and every page of notes is GONE!!! Information like passwords all disappeared.
Eh
It’s a really good app. But for some reason it uses the microphone, which is really really weird considering it’s a notes app…. Could anyone explain why it uses the microphone??
IOS11
if u guys could update this to make it compatible with ios11 that would be a1, all my password are on here and i forgot one of them so I’d like to access it
Please help
I love this app, but for years, yes years, I’ve asked for help transferring my stored notes to an updated phone. I’ve looked for the answer everywhere. If you happen to know-I’d appreciate the help. Still stand by this opinion. Have recently looked for a similar “locked” notes app that can transfer to new phone models. Help, would certainly be helpful to this creators review.
Great and Safe
I have used Note Lock for over 15 years. Love it
All my notes are gone
I have had this app for a long time and had a lot of important information on it like log in info and now its all gone i hoped on the app to try and get my log in info for a game and instead find the notes you get when you first installed the app its pissing me off that it only happened to me i checked with some other people who have the app and they dont know because theres is fine i dont know what happened please fix this otherwise im gonna have to use a different notes app
Mrs csilla
I wish this app would be able to sync with my other devices via iCloud like other apps do. It is hard to make notes in one and not be able to pick it up in the other I agree with this statement. I’ve been using this for years and years and purchased ( paid for !) Pro but it isn’t honored and now asking for monthly payments! Not acceptable! However I like the security and opportunity to use this app to have a private and secure conversation with myself!
Crashes upon launching
This app used to be amazing when it worked. Now, when I open the app, it crashes. I don't want to reinstall the app because I will lose all of my stuff. Please fix this fast!
Pls fix
I’ve been using this app for at least four years. Works fine. PLEASE fix the individual purchasing selection for ad free. Can’t stand it
Atlantic Cookie Co. Home of the “Shuckie” cookie!
Great app for safety of docs. Thanks
Terrible
How do you retrieve a note you deleted. My note got hacked even with all the security it says it had and one note deleted!!!
Useful and easy and free
Useful and easy and free
Great app. BUT!!!!
Great app. But I keep a msg that it needs to be updated because it's slowing my phone down. Please update so I don't have to go looking for another app.
I love this app but..
I have the premium version and I’d really like to be able to set a sold black ground. The only dark background is marble which has white lines all over it which can make it difficult to read sometimes. Having the ability to import my own background would also be very useful
Handy application
Good application
Notes Lost 😭
I’ve noticed that my notes have been lost and some have unreadable text that is integrated into some of them for instance this is how some of notes have converted from sentence form to something of this nature “ went Aisthe (mawhole Mwercekend” not sure what that sentence was prior to it being distorted in my notes. I’ve reached out to support and no response yet. I have missing notes and I can’t seem to retrieve what I had in here from searching words that I know were in the text of those notes and it comes up with no results from my search….and to add insult to injury I purchased the Pro version. I just need help retrieving my lost notes. What’s even worse is that I see that there was possibly an update but I NEVER received a push to update it the latest version it appears to be a whole new application because the way Apple has it an update of the app would automatically be in your update queue. This is absolutely horrible. I’ve spent years capturing notes and I see many of them missing and I was a pro subscriber so my content should have been synced and it’s not there!
Good but..
It’s a good app but almost everything is premium. Only 3 notes at a time?!? I mean it is pretty cheap but it’s a waste of money. I would appreciate it if more things weren’t premium.
Crashed
Good concept but it crashed and I lost a massive portion of the letter I was writing. New iPad, nothing else running.
Low Star Rating
I quite enjoy NL, however, I only gave it a ⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating because there is ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I find it troubling that they take your 💰, if you choose to buy the Pro version, but do not answer Cust. Serv. inquiries or support with any issues.
Great App
Great piece of software. It does what I want and makes it easy. Had quite a search and then found Note Lock. Thanks for this great product.
Purchased Pro
I purchased the pro version, it worked for about four days and poof, gone. Very disappointing as I REALLY LOVE the password protection on this app.
Adding photos
I would give it five stars if you could add photos clearly
Uhhh what just happened ???😰😶😱
Seems like a good app but right after I finish my entry it disappeared from existence. I mean i know it's supposed to be hidden but it totally disappeared! also I couldn't figure out how to get pictures on it
Good but...
I used it when it was free, but not anymore now that it’s premium there are already a lot more to choose from if I want to pay... if...
Note lock
It’s has been a great little app for the past 8 years to keep password do highly recommended it to anyone
Notes magically disappear
Do NOT put anything in this app that you will need again and do not want to loose. I’ve lost two REALLY important notes not from anything I’ve done on my end. Just poof they are gone. I have used this app almost daily and was loving it until my notes disappeared. I have tried to retrieve them to no avail. The notes app on IPhone allows you to lock notes - I’ll just be using that for now on. Sooooo disappointed!
Is it possible to make this app work in iOS 11?
Hi
...
.....Ummm the note thing in this silly app! So I would say at least give ppl 10 free notes!
Note
I would give a better note if i could write with my apple pencil
