Avec l’ajout récemment du forfait annuel, j’ai pu l’intégrer sur mon iPhone 15 Pro sans aucun problème. J’avoue que c’est très pratique de pouvoir l’utiliser dans le métro et les bus. Et cela fonctionne parfaitement !

app works great, despite the system requiring the card
i understand systems are hard to upgrade. but having gotten used to the OMNY system in NYC, the whole card thing feels very antiquated. however the app was surprisingly good. it glitched and tried to charge me an airport fee for a bus ticket, but i think that’s because i was supposed to take the card off the screen after the first scanning and it didn’t tell me to. i was just following the instructions explicitly. a little UX research budget would go a long way to ironing out the remaining app kinks..
Use Google Maps to plan
App doesn’t reflect current closures, and currently chooses horrible routes to “guarantee comfort and safety.” Well idk about you but I’d prefer a crowded train for 5 minutes vs 50% longer travel time. Google Maps also sends you to closed bus stops but it’s no worse than the app.
When it works, it’s great
I’m an Apple user which makes things easier. But nonetheless, this app is quite iffy. I never know if it’s going to work not…but when it does it’s so easy.

Es fehlt auf einen Klick eine Karte mit den Metro-Linien. Dazu nutze ich separat die RATP-App. Es wäre schön, wenn ich nur die IdF-App nutzen könnte.

No scannable ticket
I was able to purchase a single ticket without an account on my iPhone. I received the emailed receipt. My iPhone Wallet says I have a ticket but nothing appears when I try an open the ticket. Thankfully the bus driver didn’t insist on a pass. Hopefully the subway system has an independent ticketing system.

Excellent app, easy to navigate and intuitive.
Impossible to setup
Could not but a weekly pass n iphone could nit create account requires sma text so i disabled saily re dis the process using native verizon from america to recieve text but then cloudflare decided to block many attwmpts and impossible waste of time
Schwierigkeiten aber gut reagiert
Ich wollte ein Tagesticket kaufen, habe bezahlt aber das Ticket ist nirgends aufzufinden und daher unbrauchbar. Von meinem Konto wurde das Geld abgezogen, ich habe aber keine Rechnung oder Bestätigung per Email erhalten. (Ergänzung) Nach einiger Zeit habe ich eine Benachrichtigung bekommen, dass die Transaktion nicht funktioniert hat und sie mir das Geld zurück erstattet haben, außerdem konnte ich nach ein paar Minuten das Ticket kaufen und dann hat es problemlos funktioniert ☺️ Das Ticket an sich hat wunderbar funktioniert und das Metro Erlebnis wirklich super gemacht. Für Touris auch top, da die Verbindungen alle paar Minuten fahren. 12.30€ für einen ganzen Tag ist sehr angemessen.
Pas très fonctionnel
Cet appli fait les bases, mais pas très bien. Parmi ses points faibles sont : 1) l’histoire est sauvegardée mais que les trois dernières recherches, 2) si on change la recherche, la vieille recherche reste affichée sur l’écran et on peut taper au dessus, ce qui arrête la nouvelle recherche. Très mal fait ! 3) On a très peu d’options (comme vitesse de marche, l’appli suppose toujours que j’ai au moins 70 ans apparemment; où insérer un station par lequel on veut passer dans le trajet). 4) Il est juste mal programmé d’une manière générale, le GUI n’est pas très fluide. Je recommande aux programmeurs de regarder comment est fait par exemple l’appli de la Deutsche Bahn DB Navigator qui est fait pour les même choses (juste dans un autre pays) mais BEAUCOUP mieux !
Im Prinzip ganz gut, ABER
Dass die App es erlaubt, sowohl Karten zu lesen und zu beladen, als auch App-Tickets zu laden ist eigentlich ganz großartig. Erstere sogar ohne extra ein Konto zu eröffnen. Hier aber Pferdefuß, die App für mich dann am Ende dann doch unbrauchbar macht: 1. Navigo Liberté + (1.99 EUR post-paid statt 2.50 EUR pre-paid) gibt es anscheinend nur für Inhaber französischer Mobilfunkverträge (nur „+336“ Telefonnummern werden akzeptiert) 2. Navigo Easy für Kinder können aus irgendeinem Grund nur mit Tram+Bus-Tickets (insb. für Pariser Umland), nicht aber mit Metro+RER+Bus (für die Innenstadt) beladen werden.

Once you passed the registration process it was easy and it was nice to be able to save the tickets in my wallet but only for iPhones

Man kann sich als Tourist nicht für den Kauf von Fahrkarten freischalten. Damit hat die App ihren Hauptnutzen komplett verfehlt. Werden wie in der guten alten Zeit vor Ort Tickets kaufen.

App won’t let you log in
I created an account, but was unable to log in and the forgot my password feature didn’t work. My wife couldn’t even create an account. This is a terrible app.
Ausbaufähig
An sich eine tolle App. Was gar nicht funktioniert ist die Registrierung für Navigo-Liberté. Weder deutsche Telefonnummer noch IBAN werden erkannt und akzeptiert, was eine Registrierung unmöglich macht. Der Support ist viel zu langsam

Blocked!!
Tried to establish an account, and for some reason I was blocked. Their AI support was no help. Said I needed to email the company, but no email address available. So guess I’ll be downloading Bonjour RAPD instead
Not a user friendly app
It worked OK, albeit slowly, until I tried to get to the airport having used the metro earlier. Apparently this locks you out of the app for 4 hours, meaning I had to buy a physical card for an additional 2€ on top of the fare to get to the airport. There really is no good reason why using the card should block you from buying tickets to the airport unless it is a deliberate ploy to get you to pay extra to buy a physical card

Stole my money
If you have IDF Mobilite+, it still allows you to buy individual tickets, e.g. tickets to CDG. But those tickets can NEVER BE USED. The app will always bill you IDF Mobilite+ account, and there is no way to switch/select. Also, tickets purchased on your phone CANNOT be transferred to another phone.

Cannot create account from USA or with USA phone number
So, we are planning trip from USA to France and we cannot create account either on app or on website because you do not allow USA IP address or USA phone number. So how we are supposed to use this or purchase tickets ???
