Très bon outil, super pratique quand on voyage toutes les semaines en TGV !!

Worthless to anyone except French speaking. No options for any other language
Scan au portique
Il est juste dommage que le scan au portique déclanche souvent le passage en payement par carte. Sinon le suivi du voyage est top.

It’s no possible to change the language! It’s an app for traveling so it must be able to choose at least English!

Il faudrait pouvoir ajouter son QR code au Wallet iOS afin de n’avoir qu’une seule carte à présenter directement depuis son Wallet en cas de contrôle, vu que ce QR code contient les billets et la carte liberté. Dommage…
Une application très simple d’utilisation
Superbe application ! En effet, il y est très simple d’y retrouver ses billets et tous les services proposés en Optimum y sont expliqués et très clairs ! Je recommande fortement ;-) !
Anglais??
It would’ve been nice if this had an English option or very language options but it doesn’t so it’s absolutely useless. Unless you were extremely fluent in French perhaps the app developer could fix it so it recognizes the phone system and where it doesn’t matter I’ve already got.

Is the app can switch to the English language? The “Information “ section says it has both languages French and English.

Do you have a way to change the language setting? I’m not fluent in French so the app is hard to navigate.

Application pratique pour retrouver les cartes : réductions et grand voyageur le club, mais aussi ses réservations. Billets échangeables mais je trouve l’interface de changement moins facile que SNCF Connect…

Poor customer interaction.
Very poor customer interface. Sncf created low cost subs but forgot that customers are still important for the few strikers that block the entire french country to cover their interest.
Encore un effort
Dommage qu’il ne soit pas possible d’importer ses billets dans apple wallet à partir de cette application, celle de Oui sncf ne fonctionnant pas bien. Une seule application efficace au lieu de la collection SNCF serait plus avisée

C’est possible !
De mieux en mieux surtout sur l’ergonomie du site TGV PRO et la gestion des abonnements dématerialisés mais encore un effort pour attaquer la 5é étoile !

Pretty good but not PassBook Support
The app is pretty good but the lack of system integration with iOS. No Passbook supported therefor no AppleWatch either. Feels the full potential of the App is hold back.

Pratique mais pas automatique
Très pratique une fois les billetés enregistrés, mais dommage que l’import des billets ne soit pas automatique en fonction de la carte avantage et numéro client lorsque le billet et pris en charge par une centrale professionnelle d’entreprise.

The developers published this on the Apple App Store with languages of “English +1 more” when the app only supports French. There is also no plan by developers to provide English version as noted in replies to other reviews.

Il serait intéressant de pouvoir échanger un billet Paris -Province dans l’autre sens ainsi qu’à destination de gares d’une même destination : par exemple pour Lyon ( Lyon Part-Dieu et Lyon St Exupéry)

Trop de bugs... situations incompréhensibles (luminosité de la photo empêchant la dématérialisation de ses abonnements)... 2 applications... au secours!
Plutôt pratique pour billets
Appli plutôt pratique, les menus sont parfois peu clairs, les infos pas toujours synchrones avec la réalité (train considéré comme arrivé / passé après qu’on est en retard) la réactualisation des retards est parfois inutile aussi, souvent des messages pour 5 minutes qui ne sont pas avérées Globalement utile.

Programmé à la vite-fait ou par des amateurs
Par exemple si votre téléphone n'est pas en France, le programme ne vous le laisse pas entrer. Il n'y a absolument aucune explication. 👎

You can't retrieve your tickets though. You need another app for that. And there is yet another new app from the same company called Oui SNCF...
