User Friendly HUD
The app is easy to maneuver and easy to read. Very clear with where things are located. Only thing I would like to see if there could be an online assistant in case of any issues or questions that can be addressed quickly.
GET NAVYFED MARINE!
Frontwave replaced all their call center marine spouses with people from India who hate you. They also list numbers on their app for member support that just hang up on you. Please young marine, I EAS’d in February 2026 before this new war, get navy fed and close your Frontwave account.
Refresh rate
Honestly this is the best bank ever never had a major problem in the 3 and a half ish years I’ve been with them the only thing I don’t like is how long it takes to refresh to see you account after buying something. They also need to update the way it shows the description of what you bought it’s to vague and makes it such a hassle to back track different payments and to tell them apart.
Poor app
App has been really bad lately, verification of “human” rarely works and you have to do it in order to log in. Also has been making me log in multiple times in one session.
Update idea
The app doesn’t let you see previous check deposits so the user doesn’t accidentally deposit the check twice please update this

We moved our account to Frontwave because of a security issue with our former bank.
Mobile Deposit
The most insufferable experience I’ve ever had attempted to deposit a check. Non of the prompts work and no matter what angle it rejects your check.
Love the app!
I love this app but I really am disappointed that we still have not gotten Zelle. I’m literally the only one of all my friends.
One annoying issue
Whenever I try to log in it will say “authentication error” for a whole day when I need to move funds. I’ve found no other way to report this issue except here.

I’ve been hacked into and had money taken multiple times and they always say they’re on it and then don’t do anything and tell the user that it’s they’re responsibility to do the investigation themselves

wish we had the ability to use zelle and other payment apps but other than that everything is setup well and easy to use
Good for temporary use
I’ve had this for a few years now and have waited to make a review because it seems unfair if I had it any less than I do now. Sure it give me my money 2 days in advance, but there’s more times than I like to admit where it will be a pending transaction for 5 whole days. The uncertainty of when pay is coming in makes baying pills and other necessities difficult and unpredictable. Not to mention when I was having fraud problems every other representative refused to help or send me a new card, only one individual helped me. Calling is impossible because if you work through their working hours, you’ll have to listen to an automated message which does not actually help. The support option in the app only throws out numbers to a customer service representative without offering any support. Very few times has this been reliable and predictable, and I mean that in a literal sense. Besides the constant unpredictable deposits of my checks, to no real support or help, the confusing nature of this app, it’s better to use this if you’re new to having your own bank. But prepare to switch to a more reliable and predictable service to be yet equipped to pay your bills and other necessities.
Very Satisfying Experience
A well-developed app with customer experience in mind, this app has been and is being geared towards user-friendliness and I am loving how easy it is to find exactly what I am looking for directly on the Frontwave Mobile Banking app!
Frontwave In General
Firstly; the app is solid enough. No complaints there. But seeing as Frontwave isn’t allowing me to leave a direct review of Security Services on the phone or with a manager, I’ll just do it here. Frontwave Security services hung up on me twice when I was trying to ask questions about fraudulent purchases made from my account. It’s stressful enough to get robbed of 300 dollars, getting hung up on just makes the whole thing so much more frustrating. And I’ll gladly acknowledge any situation where my attitude or tone was a problem. This was not one of those situations. I just asked what the dispute process was like and general questions like that to try to understand what to do and the lady got frustrated and hung up. I know people have bad days but that is just not okay. My bills that pull tomorrow aren’t gonna get paid now and the people supposed to help me just hung up. I’ve been with Frontwave since I was a baby faced 18 year old Marine in Cali. 12 years later, I lose 300 dollars and get hung up on when trying to figure out how and why. Pain.

Can’t sign in and having trouble getting my username which shouldn’t of changed and my password which also shouldn’t of changed but I will hopefully get this sign in issue resolved as I’m writing this after reaching out to front wave credit union
