Wonder the property guru could have any resources to make iPad user easier ... It’s been long the iPad user can only use iPhone version. It’s kind of waste and outdated.....
App glitches after update
After update to latest version on my iphone 17 ios 26.5.1, some of the buttons unable to function. Example the 3 dots to share the listing, "see all details" and "see more" buttons all no pop out info. Please fix the issues. 03-Jul: Font and text Size setting at default, no change. The location map also unable to pop out. Follow the developer sugguestion to uninstall and install but no success.
Dis function of the room selection
After the update, this app suddenly cannot select the room type in rental like master room, common room and so on. When there is no selection, all the rooms would appear but the room will become 0 after specific room type selected. So I hope technicians can help to deal with this issue. Thanks.

Annoying platform to use
When you filter the search using “Entire Apartment”, listings with room rentals are still showing. What’s the point of the filter then? We spent 20 minutes scanning through listings after listings of room rentals in a state of unsightly disarray. Renting in this climate is already a nightmare, and the platform’s interface just makes the whole experience so much worse.

Fake or incorrect property details Short cut search shows 4bed 4bath yet the click to view shows it’s 2b 1 bath. It makes searching worthless. I have the screen shots of the short cut search and main page. Ps mobile feedback not working ie doesn’t tell me it received. Update After the response received by developer I disagree with the explanation. The screen shots were clear the short cut version versus the click to view the property disagree. The screen shots were enough for anyone to go check the system. I will check again when the opportunity arises.

Terrible interface
Terrible interface, saved locations always disappear after a few weeks. Then unable to add again later on even after reinstalling the app. Property will disappear and appear when you zoom in and out of a region or area

Bug on the filter
When I filter price, bedroom and build year, the search result can do the filter accordingly. But when I click on the map view, the build year is excluded in the filters. Then I need to key in build year in filters one more time. This bug has been there for few month but not being fixed.

Inaccuracy and disappointment
I am writing to share some feedback regarding the mortgage calculation function on your website. While browsing properties for sale, I was initially thankful for the availability of this tool to help me plan my finances. However, I was quite taken aback by the inaccuracy of the mortgage rates applied. The discrepancies were significant enough that I had to cross reference the numbers with 99.co and MortgageWise just to confirm the actual current rates. Furthermore, your webpage titled “Best Mortgages Rate in Singapore 2026” is highly misleading, as it is still reflecting outdated rates from before 2026. As a platform that has long been considered the voice of Singapore homeowners, I am honestly disappointed to see PropertyGuru's reliability fall this much over the years. I have since obtained the accurate information I needed from other sources, but I genuinely hope you can work on improving the accuracy of the information provided to prospective homebuyers moving forward. Thank you, and see you 5 years later
Great app but better with google maps
It is a great app when searching for properties in Singapore, especially the map view is useful for people less familiar with Singapore. Before iOS 6 it used google maps which had more details like MRT stations included. The apple maps are a bit poor.

This app used to work very well, but after the new version was released, it crashes after just a short while of use. It’s really a terrible experience, and I hope it can be improved soon.

A lot of bugs
Everytime you take any action inside a ad/unit like roll the pictures, or text the agent, or just scrolling up and down the app freezes and you have to go back and enter again in order to take any other action. It is really difficult. You cannot see the map And pictures in the same search because it freezes.
Price history section bugged
Only 20 transactions seen, and not sorted by date.

Need to reduce duplicated listings
Duplicated listings is a big issue affecting user experience. As someone searching for a new home, I need to be aware of new listings in a particular area based on my filtered results. Currently in my filtered results, there are over 20 listings, but in actual fact, there are only 3 units available. Hugely misleading and I’m not able to easily notice any new listings at a glance. I actually have to click into each of the duplicated listings and play photo hunt.

when i select whole unit and 2 rooms, it shows shared room entries, we need whole unit means whole unit
User friendly
Lovely user friendly app but sometimes the pics uploaded are not adequate and those properties should not be included. Like I need to see the home, not 10 pics of the building. Also despite filters, it still shows up properties outside price range which is a waste of time

The update has more bugs than the previous version
The site always crashes after viewing 3 or 4 different condos and now you cannot search for the number of bedrooms and have to wade through every property. Please work these bugs out.

Rubbish buggy app
This 1* review would not have been here if the most basic feedback function had not been buggy. I submitted a long feedback, entered the security code. Even if my security code was entered wrongly (I tried three times but I doubt it was wrong all 3 times), it should prompt me to re-enter the code. Instead, it refreshed the page. Hello, are you expecting me to re-type my feedback again? And anyway my feedback is as such; simple “Find my agent” function showed the filter of list of MRT stations. While yes, if I key in a name or a mobile, I can find the agent, but simple bugs should not exist with proper maintenance. Secondly, filtering the tenure to be freehold, 999 or 9999 years, 99 year properties still appear. Simple filtering also can be buggy. Hello? Lastly, agents can post a property as “Upper Thomson” in the heading but it is 1 min from a Sengkang LRT. What?
