Expired cash cards issue
After cash card are expired, $1 is deducted every month for a year duration. Not sure why this is done. Not sure if there’s documentation on the deduction of money even the cash card is expired. Strange
Does exactly what it needs to
Really impressed. Stuck in a carpark with no debit card I was able to top up my flash pay with NFC card and the app even discouraged me from signing up for an account I didn’t need. More apps should be like this! Well done.
Useless app
To top up my cashcard using this app i need to pay transaction fee $0.50. Absolutely bonkers. This app is useless and does not add any value to the system. Giving it 1 star because I’m unable to give it 0 stars.
So close
Fantastic to be able to top up my cash card in the car for car parks and ERP. However, every time I do a top up it asks me for my credit card info again. Even though I’ve provided that info under payment methods in my profile. Would be great if I can just select one of my pre-entered cards instead of re-entering the details. Or add support for Apple Pay, that would achieve the same goal of making it quick and easy to top up my card.
Not the best. Somewhere near the worst
Top up is convenient yes. But auto top is the best. IF it works. Sometimes it does, most time it doesn’t. It’s frustrating to get stuck at the car park gantry waiting like an idiot. Hoping it auto top up.
Non-Intuitive Front Page
Just like most of the other 1 star reviews, I thought I needed to sign up for an account, and also couldn't initially figure out how to check my card balance. After 15-30 minutes of playing around, I realised I had to click on one of the options ('Topup' or 'History') first before the app asked to scan the card. Imo, it will be more intuitive if the app directs users to scan first ('Scan Card' button) and then only present the options available. Conclusion: The app works but it's very confusing for first time users.

Private info collection
Just simple top up when register asked for a lot of private information, e.g. Singpass, email (verification code x2), phone (verification x 1), location access etc. Why do I need to give u these info? And what are you collecting them for?
Needs bringing up to date
Trying to top up, was hit and miss to get the card lined up and was disappointed that needed to enter card details. Can we have Apple or Google Pay please?
So convenient
Just found out about this app. Glad I can use it to easily check my card balance and top up! I used to have to do this at the ATM. Note that you can’t use this on the iPad to check balance or top up manually. Can only do that on the iPhone.
Waste of time…
Worst app experience, how is NETS still relevant for consumers besides topping up ancient prepaid cards with their buggy app
Hard to use
If this not my only choice. I won’t bother to download this application. The flow of the app are so weird and uneasy to use.

28aug fail to log in and the app not working . Unstable and unreliable..

Takes 5 min to load, then now it hangs when I scan my card. Doesn't work anymore. Tech team should be ashamed of themselves

Rubbish app. Always crashing. Could not validate auto top up. The developer team should be sacked.
