Difficult to navigate
Who ever redesigned this app should be fired with immediate effect
Review of App
App has been informative and contains everything that I need to know, all in one place. Convenient and easily accessible. User-friendly interface too. Only gripe I have is that feedback to management takes some time for them to review
Too many advertisement
The app contains far too many advertisements. Every time I use it, I am greeted with ads that are distracting and unnecessary. As a resident management app, the focus should be on providing a smooth user experience rather than advertising.
Signing on the app is a pain
When submitting forms, the page where residents need to sign is a pain. Instead of detecting user trying to sign it scrolls the entire page up and down. Please fix it.
Great to streamline estate work flow
Our MCST recently adopted iCondo, and the experience has been very positive. The platform is intuitive, easy for both management and residents to navigate, and has helped streamline many of our day-to-day estate management processes. What has truly stood out, however, is the backend support. Tiffany has been an exceptional point of contact throughout our implementation. She has been patient, responsive, and proactive in addressing our queries and ensuring that any issues were resolved promptly. Her guidance made the onboarding process much smoother than expected. It’s reassuring to know that there is a capable and dedicated support team behind the platform. Looking forward to seeing iCondo continue to grow with even more useful features in the future. Highly recommended.
UX
How is anyone supposed to know PIN Code means the last 4 digits of their mobile number? How many users have actually used it intuitively? How many times must security repeat the instructions to users?
useful app
a very useful app to connect with the community in my estate! !
App good-ish, but not user friendly
There was a lot of work put into this app. But unfortunately, not so much thought or work on the end users, for example, the intercom displays that is with this app at the doors. My home, Optima, feels like we’ve been involuntarily used as a test group for almost 2years now. Ugh. Why would you put a QR code to scan in a basement where there is little to no 3G/4G/5G coverage? But especially when, you’re not meant to scan this QR code at all, but somehow supposed to know to only press the touchscreen to prompt up a different display that asks for a PIN CODE to enter. Ah, but there is no PIN CODE as such, the PIN CODE is your phone number that you registered with at the guardhouse, but if that’s lost on you as a random visitor that is where you’ll call residents which will need to verbally explain this repeatedly or they just mark the delivery as no access. You can imagine that this isn’t ideal. It’s not what you would expect if there’s a flashy touch screen with an app at your condo. What kind of high tech system with a display needs to have notes pasted up around it to explain it?! It sort of defeats the whole purpose of having it. It’s been a journey having this intercom system. A journey of angry and frustrated delivery guys, a journey of running to the basement to open because they don’t want to hear it, they don’t care after that point they only demand you either come down or I’ll leave. It’s not very nice. I cannot recommend it. It’s just not yet all the way there of what this needs to be. Hm. Fix it? - update 2025 A lot has happened since my first review, they fixed the display and all of the misleading messages on it. There are still some issues, but I am not overly keen on reporting every single thing, it’s just a bit annoying. Because I do feel like these could have been avoided if someone just had a bit of a thinking through it all from the perspective of an end user. The product today, years later, is acceptable. It’s been annoying to be involuntarily on this journey for years, but here we are. I will give one more tip though. Perhaps put in an app notification before you lock out residents? Like “your tenancy is up next month, you’ll be locked out of app/facilities, if this isn’t correct contact your management office” or something like that!!! Yes? If their tenancy is running out in your system it relies on whoever put in the date/year to have done it correctly, if it’s not, you as a tenant won’t find out until you’re locked out of app and system/facilities , on the actual day. It’s annoying, we live with this it impacts our daily life a lot. So please do things better. - update 2026 Still no changes from 2025 that I know of, no notification if tenancy in app is about to expire. The intercom system now is good. A few times there are connection issues and facial recognition issues but they’re usually resolved somewhat quickly. Locked out of the gym a few times. The app is still quite cluttered with ads, and could be more clean looking/simple for my liking but is also acceptable. Wish there was a notice board for home renovations taking place in the building in the app so you knew where the noise was coming from and how long it’s expected to continue. Our management office still seems to only use a pinboard in the basement for this, which only includes your block and not neighbor blocks. I thought we had the app for this? But overall it’s a decent system now, can recommend this version and intercom displays.
International numbers not supported
How am I supposed to invite my friends unless they have a local area number? Is iCondo too cheap or incompetent to have a Twilio account that can send international texts?
Useful app
Smooth and easy to use
Commercials
I feel as a condo app it has too much commercials. I wonder if we can have a clean version since the condo is paying for this.
Convenient condo app
Easy to use app, made it easier to managed and lesser hassle on having cards for entry. Ease in registration for guests and deliveries.
Buggy
Not a great piece of software..
It is ok
It does have some bugs to fix but overall it is ok
Useful app
Very convenientc app for booking facilities of the condo and can get many useful news
Useless app
None of the incoming call alerts are showing on Apple Watch. I missed all visitors calls and delivery calls because this useless app doesn’t push call notifications to Apple Watch. Useless app in a year like 2026
Convenient and useful app
I’ve had a great experience using the iCondo app. It makes managing daily condo tasks incredibly easy—from booking facilities to staying updated with announcements. The interface is clean, user-friendly, and everything is well-organized, which saves a lot of time. I especially appreciate how smoothly everything works without glitches. Overall, a very convenient and reliable app for modern living!
shameful to have UX this bad
In the age of AI and all the LLM coding tools it's a shame to have an app this bad. Kids in high schools ship better quality products than this. Their team must be still debating whether AI is "safe". Prove me wrong by the end of this month
One of Singapore’s hard working copywriter
Our Singaporean copy writers are so hardworking... they love all these news MEANINGLESS buzz words: eco-systems, tantalizing, indulging... it’s just a simple app, wake up. Eco-system, can I change my wardrobe? Phone covers? AirPlay 2 compatible yet? Apple Pay?
5 Stars!
All-in-one condominium app. Glad that my condominium has this 😃
Compatibility Issues
It is not compatible with Galaxy Tab A11. Neighbour feedback also for other Android devices. Would expect more professional standard from a company for so many families to use. Hope the developers resolve this. Not acceptable.
No full screen for ipad
Despite presenting that app can be installed on tablet/ipad. It just dont support full screen for ipad. Lot of black border on ipad, make the apps look ugly.
Brillant App!
iCondo makes condo living effortless. Everything from bookings to updates is smooth, fast, and easy—honestly one of the best apps I’ve used.
Charged extra for facility booking
My condo recently started using icondo app and it was a disappointment to know that the only method of payment for facility booking is via credit card and a processing fee of 3.4% plus 50 cents will be incurred for each booking. There is no such charge for the old app and honestly I do not find any benefit in using icondo app and the interface is not user-friendly. I wish we can revert back to the old app.
No watch version
The app is nice but the fact that there is no apple watch version is a major issue. The reason is that you wanna go outside for a run and when you come back, you open with your watch. Now you have to take your phone with you which is annoying.
Amazing!!
Works very well and has a very intuitive interface!!
Not user friendly
Very difficult to retrieve forms like minor works form that have been put up previously and hence unable to review if it has been filled up correctly..
REVAMP !
I have Bardi Smart Home and iCondo installed on the same device. I don’t have choices since my Estate Management using iCondo for access management. I already file my information to Bardi to notify iCondo. You must revamp your app icon and theme because it is confusing while Bardi and your App deliver push notifications at the same time with similar theme color. You are building in Singapore and selling your product to Indonesia. Don’t be cheap, go hire Native Mobile Engineer !
App review
Easy to use ui for gate access and allows visitors to be registered remotely and ahead
Bad app
Very lousy an cannot use
mediocre app
App deletes work on progress if sent to the background.
Amazing app for condo communities
very useful app to book facilities, view announcements, connect with neighbours - there’s functions to post discussions, chats and even sell items! it’s always working excellently and has never failed me!
Cannot even register my tenancy
Horrendously clunky registration process. You’re supposed to “leave the app open while waiting for building manager to approve”. What?! Is this the developer’s first school programming project? Clearly no thought has been placed in basic usability, probably less thought in security. Be very careful with sensitive data on this app. At time of writing six reviews give 5/5. Never has a bunch of glowing reviews seemed more sus given how obviously bad this app is.
Seamless
user friendly and very useful for home owners to have all in one access through the app, recommended!
1 Star, because you can’t give 0
One of the worst on-boarding experiences I have gone through. If you are going to require I have documents in a specific format to upload, tell me that up front. And then don’t kick me out of the app when I am gathering them. I can imagine that the user experience in the app itself - need to wait a couple of days to see - won’t be any better!
