Great Game
I’ve played this game for what feels like forever, it’s a great game fun to play but there is always been something I wish it had. I wish there was a game mode where you could play a season with your team maybe not 82 games but still a good amount then playoffs and a chance to win the Stanley cup after. I also thought it would be fun to have two lines but I wouldn’t be sure how that would work.
Does not work
I get the server messages. Even after I delete and reinstall it, same message.
Happy to see kid friendly app
With all the apps available that are not appropriate for kids but are games with misleading information that makes them appear safe and secure to protect children while on their devices. I’m happy to see that there is more apps being developed that are much better for children users
Matchmaking is terrible
If you’re about to download this game for the first time, don’t! You’re going to spend the next 3 weeks of your time on this app playing teams rated 90+ while your bronze players get worked over. Or you can spend actual money to maybe get a somewhat decent team and still lose.
Needs Work ASAP
loved the game as a kid and super glad to see life back into it. HOWEVER very bugged in its current state. your money can just randomly jump around and at this point idk how much i actually have or if i’m in the negatives. constant memory issues of what cards are owned which often leads to an error and the game crashing. I have hope

Bugs
Coins and big bucks always glitching and telling wrong amount and sometimes saying I have negative cash. Also needs huge update. Needs new stuff added to the game cause it hasn’t been updated in like five years. It needs a whole big update.
Play vs CPU
Why can’t we play a season mode against the CPU? Only online so we need to wait a long time to find players. Cause the game is cool

Can’t leave the game
Reading the title your probably like, “you’re probably addicted to this if you can’t leave how is this one star?” But hear me out, after I left the game to go on YouTube, it all seemed normal, then, when I go back to play, the screen is thinner than my chance of getting girls, I tried everything to get the screen back to normal, but nothing worked. This is why I give ts 1 star
Greedy
Do we really need to run ads after every game? At least give us an option to get rid of ads. Just comes off as money hungry especially considering that the last update was 2 YEARS AGO.
Skill based
I just stared playing and I’m playing teams that are way better than me we need skill based matchmaking
FOR EVERYONE COMPLAINING ABOUT GAME CRASHING:
I previously wrote a comment like this but it seemingly went into the void. Emailing support will not do anything, because Hothead Games went out of business in December 2024. Nobody has been maintaining the servers on their games so inevitably, all their games will be completely offline very soon.

This game never works, but when it does, which is very little, it is ok. I don’t like this game.
Team rating dosent matter
I’ve been on both sides of the story , level 78 team 94 overall losing to a level 7 team 52 overall . I’ve also been the 40 overall team beating a 100 overall full big rush team , it dosent make sense ,stuff like that should not happen

Love the game but needs more updates
needs more updates and it bugs out sometime and wont enter me in trophies. you should add two lines too instead of just one line so we can use more cards rather than just waste them all.

I used to love this game. My son and I would play it all the time and re-name the players after his hockey friends. Im probably one of the few that actually spent money playing. Now I have to watch an ad after every two games. That’s ridiculous. I can see watching an ad to get more energy but now I spend more time watching ads than actually playing the game.

Bad Game
Played this years ago, it was alright. Not much ads. Now, it’s an ad every 2-1 game(s). I don’t remember the retirement mechanic, but its 50 “big bucks” to pull a player out of retirement, and big bugs is the purchased currency. You earn 5 big bucks at a time per level up, so good luck. Pay to win, too many ads, bad mechanics.
Great game with a short term flaw
Really enjoy the game; however, it’s currently glitching every time I attempt to join a trophy grouping. Hard to get to into the game when a major part of it isn’t functional. Hope this gets fixed soon.
Great game, but they let it go
This game was fun and was playing weekly but it's clear they have let it go. Emailed support letting them know the game was broken and they never got back got to me or have fixed it. Can't even get in to the game. Disappointing but it is what it is!

Well it’s 2025 and I still enjoy this game a lot but the game needs to get a new version that works every time I load to play it says error 24/7 and it makes it very um enjoyable consider making a new hockey game or give it a bug fixing update so it all runs smooth like it use too
Used to be great, needs attention
This game is really fun, I played it lots as a kid. It focuses a lot more on the management side of a team over the actual hockey game play. I just redownloaded it to play again and found that the game is so full of bugs and glitches that it’s honestly unplayable. Which is sad because it used to be so fun!

Do you ever win in this game? I downloaded game and didn’t expect to be good starting off and my team wasn’t. Got demolished the first game. After that I spent money and now have a decent team and still can’t win? I have yet to win a game and I’ve played against teams rated lower?

I love this game, so much I have two accounts, but I tried playing this account with my other account earlier yesterday, and it said that there was an error, ever since it’s been like that and I haven’t been able to play my friends, please fix this soon, when you do this game is five stars for me
Terrible matching
It’s like every game I play in tournaments is a 80+ team with platinum and purple (highest level) players while my team is 51 with a gold and silver player. HTF am I supposed to build a team with the constant mismatch??? So dumb
One huge problem (might not be for all users)
This game is amazing! I used to love playing all the time. But now, whenever I open the game, the screen is very stretched out, and you can’t click any of the buttons, making the game unplayable.
