Terrible customer support
Mint digital doesn’t have a customer support helpline and wouldn’t respond to queries or even try to be helpful. They have one lady called Babli who is supremely rude and who doesn’t even try to understand the customers issues.

Not Optimized for iPad Screen
The app works well on iPhone, but on iPad the screen layout and resolution are not optimized. Many elements appear stretched or uncomfortable to use on a larger display. Please add proper iPad support and improve the UI resolution for a better user experience.

Missing Sections, No Search
I subscribe to the paper and many of my favorite sections are missing from the app like Weekend Vacations in Business of Life, all charts and data-intensive reports. Basic search feature is absent :(

In recently introduced Markets section, there’s a specific gainers and losers section for each categories, which would display which are the gainers and which stocks gain and loose clearly. It is missing now

Absolute fraud.
I signed up for the subscription since the wsj and economist articles were part of the subscription. Now I am not able to access it and they say it is available for additional subscription fee when I could access it all this time. Basically now they changed the plan details without any consideration for existing subscribers.

The app is just a browser served in an app! The most infuriating thing is that even after paying for a subscription, you get downright pathetic ads in the app! I accidentally clicked on one and a game showed up that I couldn’t exit out of!

Good app. Very incisive
Unbelievable ads
Video ads just start playing with sound turned on. I am unhappy that I have to endure this for the next year and a half (which is when my subscription ends). I'm gladly moving to FT when I'm done.
Decent app
This is a decent app for iPhone. A little more categorisation between general, economic, business news etc would have been better. Thanks for a big break from TOI's biased news reporting.
