I was highest bidder and they dint offer the car to me got sold on buy now to someone else
I dislike how hard it is to navigate now it used to be easy now they made it to complicated. I also dislike that when ever am the higher bidder and is on pending offer they don’t ask me to buy the car first instead they put it on buy now and by the time I get a alert it’s sold.

It’s absolutely disgusting!!! Why, after the latest update, can an ordinary user (not a dealer) no longer use the 360° view or hear the engine sound? Is it really that confidential?! Everything used to be accessible—what’s changed now? It shows a total lack of respect for people!!!!

Every update makes it worse and worse...
Previously, there was a useful filter "Insurens". It's cancelled now. The application is always buggy and dull. EXTREMELY bad operation of the application itself and the Command that corrects it.

Too many glitches and issues. Outdated. I’ve lost dozens of cars because the app keeps on reloading me into the auction during the live bidding.

Slow response
The app is okay, I have an iPhone 14 Pro and it takes a long time for listings/auctions to be opened. Copart has a very fast response time and they even include a pure sale and minimum bid filter unlike IAA. Just some quality of life changes this app could implement. They also make you pay a cash discount forfeit fee if you pay online, where if you pay online at Copart they actually give you a discount for paying online.

Not worth the $250
If your looking to bid on cars as a “private citizen” your auctions will be EXTREMELY limited and most of the good affordable cars are only in “dealer auctions” which require a dealer’s license. You can hire a dealer to bid for you, but it’s another $300 - $500. I have no idea why there is a $250 sign up fee.

The ability to listen to the sound of an engine running removed as of 2/25. Not cool. You suppose to spend thousands and hope engine sounds good?

Needs to be fixed
Only one user is allowed to be on one lane at a time. It should be fixed to be like Copart so that multiple devices can be on one lane. This I especially necessary when managing a dealership with multiple car buyer agents.
Saved searches are highly needed
Please add ability to save the search parameters somewhere in profile. Thanks.

Cada día cobran más taxes en todo , y cada día quieren más por los carros y aunque ganes la subasta no te dan los carros , y para agarrarlos en buen precio tienes que agarrarlos que no prendan y uno se arriesgue más

Los fees carísimos, la subasta de IAAI no permite que los que compramos carros hagamos dinero del esfuerzo , ponen los carros muy caros , no dan margen de ganarse algo de dinero , el servicio para pagar los carros es pésimo , ya no se puede pagar los carros en las oficinas como antes , ahora es mucho problema el ir a pagarlos a sucursales de western union o money gram, y aunque se Que este comentario NO les impostara en nada a los encargados de IAAI aún así quiero poner mi inconformidad.

Now we have to pay to even see the cars on auction? What’s going that now I can’t even view any cars or anything? Kinda ridiculous if yall changed it to where the public now has to pay for this app just to view cars on auction. More way to get money out of people ? Crazy.
