This app sucks
The old app was 1000x better. This one redirects you to your browser EVERY time you try to pull up a Carfax or AutoCheck. And it also makes you sign into Carfax/AutoCheck every single time. No reason we needed this app at all
A bit slow still
Still lagging to scroll at times.. wish it did not send me to the website when clicking purchases.. I liked the other interface better. Was easier to find all the descriptions. This new one is darker tones making it harder to find information.
Always something wrong
For some features, the latest update makes you go out of the ap to use the web site. The update before that wouldn’t let me share gate passes. I have a iPhone 14 Plus.
Clean
Much cleaner than the old one
Made an already mediocre app worse
The new app takes you to the web when wanting to look at your purchases, looking at the run list takes extra steps and is not as user friendly as before.
Mmr
I just don’t know how you can design an app that doesn’t allow you to use MMR correctly ???
Update search function
If you already added a search function for the Make and model, why would you not also add the search quarry to circle through desired trim? Otherwise, it’s a user. I am constantly find myself searching for one thing at the top search and then always use the filter button right afterwards. It’s always too clicks. Nothing intuitive. I will never search for make model and then not use the filter. No one would. Nice touch on remembering the sort selections. Can also be applied to all the other filters with a tab button something like remember my filter options. Otherwise, I’m constantly having to edit year and mileage and stuff like that. Toast messages appear over buttons, I have to wait for toast to disappear to be able to press button buttons again.
Easy to use!
Clean interface. Easy search, fast response. Sorting inventory quickly is hugely helpful. Great app!
inconvenient
The app is absolutely inconvenient compared to the old one.
Can’t screenshot anymore
The new app has slowed down my dealership workflow tremendously. There is no easy way for me to screenshot and share vin numbers or info with my partners.
Improved Experience
Love the all the improvements. Search is easy and fast!
What a terrible app
The Legacy app was so superior in user friendliness and accessibility. The constant signing in and issues when doing so, the home page, navigation, auction search, etc. are a problem and this thing wasn’t ready for prime time. Whoever is in charge of design should reach out to dealers for advice and not force feed cumbersome changes.
So much easier to use
I am very impressed with the improvements made to the Manheim app. It is simpler, straightforward, and looks fantastic
Embarrassing
I don’t think I’ve ever updated an app that was a more a fall off than this. Every quality feature of the original Legacy app is gone. Search a company, then try to filter a certain car to see what they offer. Can’t even do that, resets it back to all Manheim inventory worldwide. Been using Manheim for a long time. This app is complete trash and for a multi billion dollar communications company. Please go back to the original.
User Review
Absolutely love this app! It’s super easy to use and the interface is clean and intuitive. Everything loads quickly.
Worst app ever
It’s terrible, search not working well, always rebooting, can’t save criterias, terrible app, previous was much better,it’s not showing tra normally,it’s not showing sellers you need to scroll down to find
Big Improvement from Legacy
This new version of the app makes it easier than ever to buy things on Manheim. I feel as though they tried to focus the most important features like search and vin decoding right out the gate rather than trying to cover every base. I really prefer using this one.
Needs massive update
As large as a company as Manheim is, every update to the app is almost a downslide to its predecessor. This app is confusing to navigate, not as descriptive which is importantly for both buyers and sellers, harder to navigate on both ends. An update is much needed.
Huge Improvement
Manheim Finally gives us a modern application! Night and day compared to the old one. I can finally use my phone to conduct business
Muy mal
This app it’s the worst Manheim app
Clean & User Friendly
I’m really happy with the new Manheim Mobile app. It’s super easy to use, clean interface and it take me right to my inventory. Thank you
Bring back old app
This new app sucks , lags and gives error
Can’t login
Forced to upgrade but the new app is useless. Whenever I try to login, I do not receive the code, even though my phone number is correct. I hope this gets fixed immediately.
