Great company
No matter what I’m calling for customer service always tries to help in anyway they can. Understanding that some processes are easier than others. They’re always willing to help. Great thing I can handle everything myself on my own app and website.
Terrible app
I try to log on on the app. Always loops me over and over. There customer service is bad. And they want 100 for each employee

The app is horrible. Not compatible with all phones. It’s always log in issues. The cards were way better.

Great new features on the app
I use the app daily to add and remove reps and maintain my account. I can use it now at the Manheim kiosks to get my bid badge. Love being paperless.
Worst company to deal with
Need to sign a petition to find a new company to deal with instead of Auction access
I miss the cards
The cards were so quick and easy to use. Now with the app I have to log in every time to get a bidder badge. Much less efficient than the card. Please bring them back.

Im trying to enroll, but is almost impossible for a someone not related to a dealer, is very confusing ! I hope some want take a notice and explain, to a regular person how to get in to the sistem. Tanks!
Newest Tool of the Trade
What?!? I can submit my licenses and take care of issues from my phone! This app has transformed my auction experience. It also makes adding and removing my reps so much easier. It is an excellent extension of the myACCESS website. Keep the updates coming.
INCOMPETENCE
Worst company you can work with . Terrible IT, totally incompetent customer service.

So glad I can now upload any document without first having an issue. Allows for much easier management of my dealership information.
They rarely pick up the line
Probably the worst company in the US, their customer service very rarely and occasionally pick up the line, you may wait on call with the stupidest music you could ever imagine for alooooong loooooooooong time then you get bored and frustrated and you hang up. if there is an issue it might take days or weeks to be sorted out, most probably you might end up losing the auctions you’re planning to participate in. I paid the registration fee a week ago and still I’m not being able to do any business. why? they state that your account has issues and you have to contact their customer service support. but would they pick up??? i’ve tried tens on time and waited up to 25 minutes during working hours. Nobody is there. What a disgrace!

Worse than the website
Good luck when calling support they tell You that you’re wrong . Website is buggy does not work and same problem with app. Company just takes $105 a year and spends $0 on development lol. Terrible service and software. Unbelievable

Useful app for AuctionACCESS members.
With every new generation this app gains usefulness. My understanding is that the next version will include the ability to resolve membership problems from the phone. Can't wait!
