Zero Accountability for Their Own Mistakes
I’ve worked with many large companies in the transportation industry, and Amazon is by far the most dysfunctional and poorly managed company I’ve ever dealt with. The biggest problem is the double standard between what Amazon expects from drivers and carriers and the accountability Amazon accepts for its own mistakes. One time Amazon loaded my box truck with freight and sent me about 300 miles for delivery. When I arrived, the receiver told me only part of the freight belonged there. Amazon had loaded the rest by mistake. We were then told to return it. That meant driving roughly 300 miles back with freight we never should have received, unloading it, and then driving another 300 miles empty. Despite the mistake being entirely on their side, we received zero additional compensation for the extra mileage, fuel, time, and lost opportunity. This isn’t an isolated problem. I’ve arrived at Amazon-scheduled deliveries only to find the facility closed until morning. You can sit for 10 hours or longer, lose your next load, and completely destroy your schedule — often with no meaningful compensation. Yet if a driver is late, even by a very small amount, everything is tracked and the carrier can face consequences. Mistakes happen in logistics. That’s understandable. What isn’t acceptable is a system where Amazon’s mistakes repeatedly become the driver’s financial responsibility. If Amazon expects drivers and carriers to be accountable for every minute and every mistake, Amazon should hold itself to the same standard.

Amazon makes way to much money for there to be this many “bugs” in your system..every time I have a problem with it “ try and troubleshoot it” * delete the app * turn my phone off and on * redownload the app * log back in All for the app to have the same problem Then when you call for help OMG ..look I’m not racist or prejudice but as a black men in America who drivers trucks i prefer to have another American speaking to me ..the fact that I don’t understand 95% of the ROC words or instructions gives me a headache.. Amazon has outsourced their phone program to a bunch of Indians with their fast talking and thick accents makes it damn impossible to communicate properly…it’s like amazon doesn’t want to pay Americans to do this job which is crazy because anyone would do for a reasonable amount. Jeff Bezos do better.

20+ Years on the Road: Amazon Relay Keeps the Wheels Turning
As a commercial driver with over 20 years on the road, the Amazon Relay app has been a massive time-saver. Skipping the shipping and receiving offices entirely and handling check-ins through their automated system makes getting in and out of facilities fast and seamless. Less time waiting in offices means more time driving, and when the wheels are moving, I’m earning money. Solid app for drivers who want efficiency.

ROC takes forever to call back if they call back. Also lately they going to multiple different locations and never receiving a trailer and 50% of the time when they cancel it you don’t even get the cancel fee. But when you drive 2 to 3 hours to a location to cancel fee really is it adequate they should not book things if they do not have the trailers or load their ready to be picked up.

Good but…
This app is good at getting where you need to go but it really needs the option to avoid toll roads.
Useless updates
Few months back app was updated and still some most needed options missing. No option to skip location in case trip is updated and driver already gone from location preloaded>empty(driver gone but have to check the app for the empty) No option to report wrong location No option to report issues like location only for 3,5/7,5 T Going with a lorry in tight places to collect few parcels is ridiculous and stupid. Fix the app and offer drivers option to actually report problems!!!!

you really to some improvement on the mapp..on the last update is showing you where exactly the yard is but still one some of the deposit you can’t find a route only if you put in the app you are without trailer and now after the last update if you get cancellation the app it will be stuck on that stop and you can’t go further.

各センターのルールの詳細(着車の方法など)の記載をしていただけるとありがたいです。 電話が必要なセンターは、アプリ上から電話が出来るようになるとより良いと思います。 あと強いて言うのであれば、配送時間の配分がよくわからないです。同じコースでも一方は1時間、一方は2時間。会社にもよると思いますが(高速使用など)それを考慮して欲しい。 ドライバーは余裕がある程安全に走れますから。。。

App developed better and better, but still has issues. Still don’t catch gps whereabouts when you come to site. Used to come notifications to Apple watch about changes of run, or cancelations, and it stoped, and you don’t fix that issue. Constantly need to manually override trailers to log in them in system, that you could get CMR. 4 stars, and you have still improve. Written from trucker perspective.
Doesn’t work on iPhone
Please help!! No matter what I do it doesn’t work on iPhone I press start or resume work and I get SOMETHING WENT WRONG there was a problem completing this task every time. What good is this app if it can’t run on iPhone.

*I’m facing a major issue with the Amazon Relay app. Every time I try to pick up a trailer, I get the error: “No geocoordinates provided. No recent location coordinates were detected.” Because of this, I can’t complete the pickup properly. Please investigate and fix this issue as soon as possible. I’m experiencing a major issue with the Amazon Relay app. Whenever there is an app update or I try to refresh the app, I get the “No geocoordinates provided” error. The issue also happens when: * Trying to take a selfie. * Entering the trailer number. * During check-in and check-out. Because of this, I am unable to complete my pickups and deliveries properly. This appears to be an app issue, not a device issue. Please investigate and fix it as soon as possible.

The app was recently updated to a new layout, and it’s unintuitive. No map for quick visual on full route including and easy to read mileage next to it. One of the most simple and best features removed for no reason. The app sometimes reverts back to the old layout randomly which seems to me like it’s possible to run either/or. Please add an option to customise layout to drivers wanting. Harder to read the load ID’s on new layout compared to old. Lots of white background with lots of black text was an awful design decision that seems like it was made by a junior designer with no vision. I don’t understand why it was necessary to try an fix that which wasn’t broken.
Fairly Straight Forward But
The navigation will tell you when you’re going over the speed limit but it’s not very clear, small and would be useful if it told you the speed limit for the road you’re on. Most routes have been worked out quite well but it’s failed to pick up some major road closures. Final nitpick is that sometimes it brings up the check in screen too early and closes the navigation when you haven’t reached your destination.
