Disappointing
Application free version is useless. Any helpful feature requires Premium subscription.
Could be better
It is good for planning trails are following existing routes, but it is a real nuisance if you want to use the application for browsing a map area, since it keeps jumping around, trying to show you trails in the area.
Love Wikiloc
We’ve been using it for years. Around 50 around-home trails. Mostly on BLM near our residence. It provides exactly the level of tracking and saving we want and need.
Claridad
Debería ser más claro más legible
Cancelled free trial
Signed up for the free trial of the membership to see how it worked - it was great! Loved it! Was seriously considering continuing to pay for the premium version of the app after this use! Got an email from Wikiloc today promoting ChatGPT, immediately cancelled the free trial. Do with that what you will…
Problemi
Carica
Purtroppo, scarica il telefono, se no sarebbe stupenda
Maravillosa
Lo mejor! Súper amigable y súper confiable!!
Skip it
Shouldn’t need an account to see trails
Wikiloc is great
Love this app for planning and following trails. However, the ‘Peak Identifier’ doesn’t work on iPhone😢
Secondo me queste ultime dovrebbero essere obbligatorie. Inutile dare indicazioni senza una accurata descrizione. Che senso ha? Grazie
Great app
Super precise! Amazing tracks, really well done!
As bad as the Alltrails
Every time I’ve tried to use the filters it asks me to sign in AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN. It shows 524 trails for a small town. There are probably 20 but if you can’t pair it below 500 and you don’t have a month to plan a hike it’s useless.
Good tracker - Poor planner
Ive used it a couple times tracking equine trails, and it does a good job of keeping track of us and letting me see the trails on my watch. However, when it comes to trying to find trails or plan trails for horses though. I cant even find the trails I added when I do a general search. All in all, as a tracker it's great. But as a planner, it needs some expansion in the equine division.
DEPRIMENTE

LOVE this app. Just 1 issue.
I’ve been using Wikiloc for many (9?) years. I have a Pro subscription. I absolutely love this app. I’ve tried several other apps for hiking and this remains the one for me. There’s just 1 thing that drives me crazy. I hope the developers will listen! There are times I decide to put my phone on airplane mode to save batteries while hiking. When in airplane mode, every single time I check the Wikiloc app, to get my bearings, to take a pic, to whatever, it pops up a dialog screen that informs me that location accuracy will be better when not in airplane mode and suggests me make changes in Settings. This message is helpful once, maybe even once per hike. But it popping up every single time I open the app is just plain frustrating. And eats batteries! Please do something about this.
Meh
Initial reaction is unimpressive. "Can't find trails" if I try to add on a map and doesn't seem to allow gpx uploads on the app. Won't let me login to web version on phone. Unlikely to extend after free trial
Need improvement
Dear Developer, I am a user from China. I have been experiencing significant difficulties when attempting to download offline maps, as the process is extremely slow and often unsuccessful. I am uncertain whether this issue is related to network connectivity, but I would greatly appreciate it if improvements could be made to enhance the user experience in this regard. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Funziona a singhiozzo
Wikiloc
It is a great way to find things
Trails draw in a straight line since last app update
Since the last update, the app no longer accurately traces a trail. Trails show up as straight lines. I’ve tried all the suggested solutions but none work. I submitted the app code as requested. Hopefully this will be fixed because it is a great app but totally useless if the GPS link no longer functions.
Having fun
I’m having double fun, first hiking and second using Wikiloc. Easy to use for following trails, I send them to my watch and I receive alerts when I go off trail. Once home, edit (add photos and comments) it’s a no brainer. But there’s no way to add a buddy if you haven’t done it right at the end of the hike. Wikiloc, if you’re reading this, please fix it 😃
Good for hikes. Bad for privacy
Anyone that has your username can see your favorites and other lists. They can also see every trail that you have hiked. Unless you manually make each private (very tedious). I’m switching to another app
Simple yet very effective
I like it for its simplicity and applicability in apple watch.
Security flaw, potentially due to user error.
So I noticed a security flaw with this app. There are trails that lead to people’s homes. This could easily be used to track people and target them for robbery and/or property theft. I understand it’s due to the user tracking their ride from their home, but this is not a good thing for privacy concerns.
Nice app
GPS real time and Track map not always accurate. Not that wild only if you've a view tracks parallel and some are Hardcore trails and some not and you want to drive the soft one. You end up sometimes at the hard one🤣🤯
Distance got broken
First of all, the app is pretty good. I encountered a bug starting from recent versions - the distance is recorded like 3 times large. Devs, plz fix it and preferably fix the existing recordings as well
Easy to use and reliable
Great variety of year submitted trails and ability to create, edit and customize your own routes.
Buggy
Please fix !!!
Good app on the phone, but not on watch
Works well on the phone. iWatch app needs work as often you can’t stop it from recording. Sometimes it is the next day before it will let you complete the trail. Very frustrating
CarPlay compatibility
Great app but much needed CarPlay compatibility please !!!!
Good app except...
I got this because it pairs easily with my Suunto watch. I like all the features and everything works great. What I don’t like about it is that it automatically uploads EVERY ONE of my fitness activities from my Suunto to the Wikiloc app. Plus, all those activities are immediately public unless I move them to a private list. There’s no way to turn the automatic upload feature off once it is paired with my Suunto. If someone doesn’t realize that all their Suunto fitness activities are public, then if they begin an activity from their house, the public trail shows the entire planet where they live. They need to incorporate a button that either turns off the automatic upload from their device or turn off automatic public without having to create a non-public list. Either way, I’m considering deleting the app because I sometimes do 2 fitness activities per day and I don’t need all that on my Wikiloc app. Edit: With iOS, there is no way to block or delete someone who is “following.” There is also no way to keep people from “following” you and your activities.
Apple Watch integration is cumbersome
Using Apple Watch is pretty useful, without looking on your phone, you can see whether you’re still on the track or direction. But watch app and phone app act like different applications, there’s no way to start at one, continue on another. Watch app is great to use it from your wist, but you cannot take picture, battery is not reliable etc, you don’t carry watch charge with you or you cannot charge on your way, phone app is great but to have to get it out of your pocket all the time. So, that would be lovely to integrate them. Also, it would be nice to be able to adjust lock screen widget components.
User data is the issue
Glad I discovered this app as an enduro rider in Colombia where it’s hard to find trails with so much private land, but it seems the people creating enduro trails are actually dual-sport riders with street legal bikes making sometimes >50% of the trail illegal to enduro motos.
A Great Tool
So far, every map I have used is accurate.
Worthless in Spain
Routes and maps either outdated or wrong.
Changes
You need to be able to reverse the trail.
Great idea needs work.
I wanted to love it for use with my Garmin watch. however, uploading to my watch was not intuitive. I tried for about an hour to upload the map and had to give up and use other means to start my trek. It didn’t help that the YouTube video was outdated and didn’t correspond to the current version available in the App Store.
Useful but with serious limitations
You cannot order your trails alphabetically so that if you have a long list of trails which includes different routes on the same trail, the trails will be far apart and be separated on the list. You cannot combine 2 different routes you have taken on the same trail into 1 combined trail. If you hike the same trail twice with 2 different routes, you have to leave them as 2 separate trails. You cannot edit trails to delete a portion of a trail (like a short wrong turn you took), manually add a portion to the trail or copy and paste a portion of a different route along the trail onto an original trail. These are basic intuitive functions that should haven built in from Day 1.
