Great investment platform
Just one thing I want to feedback about is the interface. It is too compact.
Scam
Set up an account and deposit to trade. End up account being suspended and they need to review the company which I work with? It that even your problem? Checking take 2-3 days to resolved and money they took it immediately without reflecting on the account, as if they have right to hold your money. I would really think it’s a scam website . Don’t ever want to use it
Live Chat
進行live chat時，曾跳到其他app eg. Gallery尋找相關資料，當跳回live chat時，系統會顯示已經有一個正在進行中的live chat，不容許開一個新的/進入原本的live chat繼續對話，令問題無法解決。 希望這問題有所改進，thanks
Customer Service is awful
Customer service offers scripted replies without solutions. Would totally ignore you after some time if they were not able to answer your questions.
too many forced updates
i understand the need for updates but almost every time i open fsm i have to update

FSM app sends too many Announcement notifications daily which can’t be disabled
Newsletter subscription is disabled in notification centre but the app still keeps sending like 5 markets news notification daily with no way to opt out.
Not as good as the Singapore version
Missing out on important features that are available in the singaporean version, like Regular Savings Plan for ETF
Interface quite buggy
Please fix the search feature. Around 80% of the time, when I tap the search button, the keyboard appears and immediately disappears before I can type. I initially wanted to use the app, but with such a basic feature being this buggy, I don’t feel comfortable using it until it’s fix. Please test and fix this properly! For your info , I am using iPad mini for this platform in case u guys can’t identify it in dev
A bug in profit/loss calculation
The market price of one of my stock is slightly higher than the purchasing price, with fees considered. However, the summary page shows some amount of loss. I logged in to the website, which shows some profit. I don’t know what is happening. It’s worrying. Please check.

Try updating your personal or details and you will know what I mean. Suggest you consider another vendor.

Non stop updating
This app is the most request update…every time I open the apps…I will ask for update…wtf ??
Excellent app for tracking funds
Quite good in terms of price updates. Only needs to include more funds
Load portfolio too slow
Every time I open my portfolio tab, it take 3 minutes to display, why your retrieve data so slow!
Not Very Well Optimized
One thing I realised about FSMOne Apps is that if you are using the apps for too long, your device will be very hot and that battery drops pretty fast. Even other apps like YouTube or Reddit are not as crazy as this. I hope the developers can fix this issue asap as it takes people quite some time to study, research and read the articles and reports etc.
Changing my review
As of 2026 their data doesn’t load for individual stocks. Went to ikbr for info and just buy from there. Hope they fix this issue or i am moving out
Unable to update
I have been prompted the update my app 4 times in the last week.However it is unable to update at nights. I am not able to check my holdings. V user unfriendly
Works well
Pretty good tool to track your fund performances, still needs to update more frequently, but overall solid.
Difficult to get a full picture of my investment
Finding out the status of investments is like going travel in a 3 world country without GPS. And the update are so slow it takes like ages for the investment to be reflected. Why is it so difficult to have a summary page for “all” my investments? Status of purchase (including the lots/ units/ shares I purchased at what price)? It is worse than Lim & Tan, Peoms
No LSE
My first brokerage outside bank broker. I love it, interface is snappy. But unfortunately fees are too high and lack of London stock exchange.
Enjoyed getting market updates
I like how this app notifies me on important market developments. Enjoyed reading the content as well! Love that theres a regular savings plan option too
Probably the worst UX
The UI is a mess. I use the app grudgingly because the fees are decent. Using the app feels like playing hide and seek trying to find the features.

Update problem
It doesn’t update. I spend a long time waiting but the update does not go through successfully.
Good app, but still have room for improvements
Good app for an investor who uses FSM as a platform, but like everything else, there's still room for improvements. The best feature to have is that i can do transaction right off the app. Hope it'll be up soon
Try others
FSMONE was the first trading app I ever used, and I thought it was decent until I decided to try another trading app. I found that many times, I failed to sell my stocks for a long time even when the trading prices already reached the sell price that I set. I thought this was normal cos “I was behind in queue”, but then when I used a new app, I never had this problem ever. As I have the opportunity to compare the price changes between this app and the other app, I realised that the prices shown in this app lagged the other app in both the Sg and US markets, even though I was supposed to have “live prices” activated for my account. Furthermore, other apps allow the setting of “stop loss” selling prices and other conditional purchase/selling decisions that this app doesn’t allow. I’d say that this app gives you a greater risk exposure due to the inability to make these decisions, especially when the market is moving when you’re engaged with other stuff. All in all, I’ll say go and try a different app. Currently I’m using tiger brokers and loving it!
Enhanced UI experience needed
The app is a major improvement from the previous version and packed with more features. However, it does feel abit dated and does have some design issues that sort of hinder the experience eg buying and selling - it’s easy to accidentally execute a sell because the difference between the buy and sell is a tiny slide button. Buy and sell are 4 letter words and can easily be missed even when confirmation is asked. Another design/experience limitation is the lack of infographics or more easy to access/digest portfolio information. Even simple information such as invested and current weightage of individual stocks in a portfolio is not available. I end up using an excel sheet i put together but as an overall app experience simple and more informative features would greatly help. Especially with newer companies providing more appealing user interfaces and info to customers. Overall the app is... ok. Nothing special about it. Designers would need to revisit the user experience and not make the app merely a mirror to the website experience
My go-to investing app
I have been a loyal customer for over a decade and have witnessed the growth and changes of the company—from offering only funds to providing a wide range of investment products—all conveniently accessible and manageable through the app. Overall, it’s a good all-in-one app, but hopefully the developer will offer more personalisation settings.
Slow, inflexible
After adding funds, my mobile app couldn’t do a trade. Tried to add into USD cash account, couldn’t. So inefficient, no wonder bad rating. I’ll stick to moomoo

Too glitchy
Hangs and crashes plenty. It fails to connect to the server frequently too, so the share prices are not showing up in my watchlist nor the buy/sell/view prices tab. Please fix these issues as it adversely affects user experience and may result in costly errors.
App update needed
Suggest to update the app to support current users as well as attracting new investors. As an example look at StashAway, they managed to get a lot of youngsters to invest in their product. This current app don’t have the ability to view managed portfolio as well. Apart from that we have to login separately within the app to see our funds.

Fund transfer
Transfering between UT is absolutely terrible and takes a long time. I believe FSm takes a cut from it too. After a transfer Net asset will drop

No Biometric Login
Please work on fingerprint and face ID login. It's a chore to have to manually input your username and password every time.

Always end up in wrong account
I have one in trust and one in personal name. Funding the account, buying unit trusts and switching unit trust is a nightmare. Have to triple check my trades and it is often wrong. Don’t know why I’m still paying platform fees for a bad platform. I’ve been with FSM since the early days, but I’m seeking alternatives now.
