A Complete Disaster for Active Traders – Avoid at All Costs
If you are a serious trader looking to scalp tech stocks or trade options, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this app. It is utterly useless for anything beyond basic, passive investing. First, the execution is a joke. The platform imposes incredibly tight, arbitrary limit price parameters that constantly reject your orders during high-volume market moves. Good luck catching a sharp dip or a fast momentum swing when the risk engine locks you out of your own trade. On top of that, the execution slippage is atrocious, and if you try to hold a 0DTE option anywhere near the final hours, they will forcibly liquidate your position early at the worst possible market price just to cover their own backs. The app itself is riddled with annoying technical bugs. The biometric login frequently glitches out at night, forcing you to type your password three or other times just to get in. To make matters worse, the charts are completely broken—the Income+ portfolio chart scale is so flat it’s practically unreadable, and transaction logs are delayed, leaving you guessing about your actual real-time cash balance. As a final insult, the recent updates introduced aggressive "Projected Value" metrics right under your portfolio that basically guilt-trip you into setting up recurring deposits. The analytical tools are barebones, the $0.99 USD minimum per-order fee eats your options premium alive on smaller trades, and the platform feels like a black box. It might be fine if you want to blindly deposit $100 a month into a robo-advisor, but for any active trading, it is a massive liability. Moving my capital to a real broker immediately.
Good Platform, needs improvement on Portfolio UI
Overall a decent platform offering various options for investment. However, needs improvement on portfolio view to assess the performance of investment. For those who do SIP investment, better way to assess the performance of my investment is XIRR while time weighted returns will tell how well the fund is doing. Appreciate if XIRR is introduced for each of the investment in the portfolio.

Big losses
It is amazing how I lose 3%on syfe investing in safe products like income+. When I want to withdraw my funds, the process takes so long that I continue to lose even more

Reinstating view chart
Hi Syfe. I have been using Syfe for quite sometime. Everything was so good and user friendly till you guys took away the link to view the graph chart from the “price alert”. Please reinstate back this function. It has caused very much inconvenience.

This ‘service’ is extremely wonky with hi/ux. their policies seem extremely discriminatory. I wasn’t even to open an account due to my country ‘not existing’ 🤡 Honestly, went with other rival service instead. At least their interface and policies are normal

Do not use their USD portfolio, slow bank transfers
As title reads do not use their USD “guaranteed” portfolio. The FX spread will kill you with a sure loss and marketing is dishonest with their tactics. The bank withdrawal lead time is VERY SLOW Their FX rates are quite terrible. They also do not have UCITS index funds. Their managed portfolios have high management cost and little benefit. Don’t be burned like me! Just use this app sparingly for Sg stocks. Use others like IBKR for the best rates for foreign stocks.

Now there is a useless advice that tells you the “projected dividends by 2031” displayed under every portfolio that cannot be turned off. Really an eye sore.

Overall it’s good and UX UI is good.

Sentences too long. Each page is too packed. Hard to navigate. Each page is like an ad. Font size too small for phone screens.

The worst investing and trading app, EVER!
Very disappointing experience with Syfe for active trading. The platform has noticeable price/time lag of at least 15 mins at times, which is unacceptable in fast-moving markets. There are also too many restrictions — users can only buy and sell within their imposed limit prices, making execution frustrating especially during volatile periods. What’s worse is that other broker apps don’t seem to have such issues. On top of that, their options trading fees are extremely expensive compared to competitors. Honestly, there are far better platforms out there for trading such as Interactive Brokers (IBKR), moomoo, and Webull which offer better execution, lower fees, and fewer unnecessary restrictions!

The software design is terrible; the corresponding operation is completely unavailable on the app. Does that mean other apps are insecure just because they don't have such complex verification? It's impossible to find it anywhere; the designer's thinking is bizarre.
Investing made easy
I have been using for a year and so far the return is decent. I believe the team is doing their best making risk spread low. If you have the time DIY your own stock investing or think you can do a better then this is not the place for you. My only issue payment process can be easier but due to MAS regulations I guess there is no choice
